The team at Uptown take pride in their work and it shows. They did an excellent job on my 2003 BMW 530i that had some bad swirls marks, plus its a black car which is harder to work on. They cleaned the glass in my car so well its like its not even there. Just a passionate team of detailers who love what they do and it shows.

Jon and his team are top notch, they are experienced, customer oriented and extremely professional. I would not take my 2018 Porsche Carrera anywhere else. They are really nice people there and make you feel right at home.

Updated 6/2020:Bought another car, another set of paint problems off the lot including some serious scratches in the hood. Uptown cleaned em up. Missed a couple spots on the roof but that isnt too big of a deal. Feels and looks like glass and ready to get some PPF put on.Old Review (2017):FYI: Entry is the garage doors or the blue door between them. Excellent results. Body shop hologramd up my hood and doors after some repairs.I was told my car would be done by 3:30, I showed up at 3 and it was ready to go. Looks fantastic, holograms are gone. Better than driving it off the lot because there were some mild holograms in the hood when I bought it!Only flaw was that my little black microfiber cloth I kept in my dash tray seems to have disappeared or got sucked up into a vacuum (dash is black so it was probably very hard to see).

I was very happy with my service here. They were quick and less expensive than what was quoted! Will go here again.

My family took our Volkswagon van here years ago and it was a wonderful experience! Customer Service, flawless detail, countless recommendations to friends... the whole nine! would definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Went there last week and got a quote for a quick and easy auto detail inside and out for my brand new pickup truck. The owner walked with me through the inside and out of my truck. We agreed to a price and scheduled a date for service. When I brought the truck back, he said that the work was now going to take 2 hours longer and he will need to charge me $100 more than the quoted price. There was no difference in my truck from the week before. Really shady business to change a quoted price like that. I left and will find somewhere else to go that I trust.

The staff was very professional and on time. The car looked brand new! Amazing! We’ll use Uptown again and recommend to anyone who wants the best detail in town.

I just scraped a white pole with my black highlander’s front bumper and could not wipe the paint off. John had us in to check it out in 15 minutes, worked his magic and we were on our way home with a seemingly untouched bumper in another 15. Great service, even better result.

Short review:The fantastic reviews are all incredibly well deserved. Jon and his team did a great job taking the skunk smell (yes, I ran over a skunk - didnt kill the little guy, but boy, did he make his presence known!) out of my C300. Uptown has a full-vehicle, tenting ozone treatment (as far as I know, the only one available in town) for dealing with unwanted smells and it works. You leave your car over the weekend and by Monday, your car is good as new!Now for the longer review: Happy Valentines Day to me; I ran over a skunk! Thankfully, it wasnt the neighbors cat, but within a minute, I knew this was going to be a pretty terrible day. No animal parts on the car, but a very strong smell permeated the inside and outside. I quickly drove to the car wash...no luck. Desperate, I called Jon at Uptown and he suggested I come by so he could assess the damage. Jon has a great sense of humor and that helped because I was feeling pretty distraught about getting the smell out.What I really appreciated was how he took a good walk around the car and helped me figure out where the skunk smell was localized. Instead of recommending a full detail (which frankly he could have recommended for a lot of money), he said that in all honesty, the smell was localized in my rear passenger wheel well. He suggested that I call the dealership and replace the felt liner of the well. Then he suggested a full undercarriage power wash, and because he didnt have the ability to the wash at his location, he gave me a competitors name. I really think it takes a *lot* of integrity for a business owner to say, Look, I dont have the tools, but heres a guy I can recommend... It shows that the owner is looking out for his customers and his company. He gave me all kinds of good, *free* advice and Im extremely grateful for his expertise.In the end, I had the wheel liner replaced and asked Jon to do his weekend ozone treatment for my car (it was only $50!). Im happy to say that the smell is 90-95% gone. I wish there were more business owners like Jon out there, who take pride in helping customers and sharing their knowledge and just being an all-around cool dude. (His staff is pretty awesome too!). Awesome interior detail at a price that can’t be beat.

Uptown Auto Detail did a nice job detailing my Acura MDX. The person who greeted me was friendly, and he even upsold me to getting an interior detail on top of the daily deal for exterior detailing that I had bought. The job was done on time and met my high standards. I took off one star because the location was a little out of the way and up a big hill, so not as convenient as it could be.
