Its tough to find a good car wash that can accommodate a 9-ft plus truck. This is the place! Great service, and their system does a great job with my lifted truck and canopy. Reasonable prices, and three main options.Tip: if you have a trailer hitch with a cover on it when the hitch isnt installed, be sure to remove it. Otherwise, it will wind up in their collection. They will remove your antenna for you.This location is a little tight for my big, tall truck to maneuver around inside, but theyre very good at directing you. Because of the location, its not usually busy. Part of the reason why I like going here. This is my favorite car wash! 😎

Pretty good automatic car wash. The people were friendly and the wash worked as expected. It wasnt expensive. Next time I go Ill also get wax. The basic wash is very basic.

The worst car wash Ive ever. It nearly destroyed my car and it popped my mirror off the door.

The drive through car was just completely scratched my car from front to back. And its very clear and obvious that the pattern of scratches are from the car wash bristles. You would think they would want to know about their equipment malfunctioning but when I pointed it out, all they said to me was our car wash doesnt do that, then proceeded to show me obvious grocery store dings that have nothing to do with what happened here today and completely ignored my concern.When I asked to speak with the manager no one came out.What the heck am I supposed to do now? Its literally every surface of my vehicle and was not like that when I got in the car to drive here! It appears to be $$ hundreds or more in damage. FML.

Fast and thorough car wash at fair price.

Had to go threw twice cause the wash guy thought pre wash spraying the front bumper was enough.... ummm, the clear in view of dust/dirt build up on the side panels would of been a indicator that, hmm, maybe I should spray down the side panels cause this is the 2nd time the customer came back and explained that the automated wash brushes didnt even make contact w my vehicle. This location is a sad excuse for a WASHING service. Please improve for the sakes of Nobody gives a F here.

This one is my favorite. Your car is directed by the attendant to get on a track that moves your car without moving the wheels. It is a gentle wash with big fabric wash cloth :-)

Never going back and here is why.From the picture you can see discoloration on the plastic trimming after the wash. Wont go away after washing by hand.The wash jerks your car back and forth and struggled to grab my impreza to move forwardThe wheel dressing only applied to half of my front tires and never even touched the backCar was dripping wet after the washCarwash didnt even wash my car, I ended up going home and hand washing my car. I basically only paid to get my car wet.Terrible experience, will never go to this location again. Recommend going to the washman near milwaukie or some other car wash.

Its a good drive through car wash. The attendants at this location are very helpful and generally display a good sense of humor. Combine that with the colorful lights to illuminate your sudsy windows, and you can have a pretty good time while getting your car shiny!

Quick and inexpensive!

Horrible car wash. Didnt even get the dirt off. There is no way to inspect as you enter a busy road directly after leaving the car wash.

I expect my pickup truck to be clean everywhere when I leave. But I still have bug debris on the front and the wheels still have residue on them. Its nice that they can do a truck with a rack for sure. This truck Im speaking of is a regular pickup with no rack.

Had such a long line and still managed to really maintain an efficient pace. Really appreciated the staffs professional attitude.

The worker refused to direct me or speak one word to me, when I told him I was confused and needed directions he just kept pointing in different directions, seems like he is fed up with life, which is fine that’s your business but to be downright mute when your working seems pretty unprofessional. Please don’t come here, or ask for anyone but the chubby one

Paid 160 bucks to have my car hand waxed and it came out with areas that were clearly not clean. No thanks, will not go back. The responses from the management and owner are tone deaf. Dont go here, dont go to their other locations. You will overpay and receive terrible service all the same.

Theres a wonderful lady running the show here and she was fabulous, I will return to her from here on out

The Washman Car wash is the best vehicle wash around the zone.It was my first time to visit Washman Car wash at any rate was not enchanted by the affiliation they gave.After the stunning precipitation, my vehicle got superbly jumbled that is I why I have to visit a vehicle wash that day. I have been chasing down after down a typical vehicle wash around town. Satisfying thing I discovered Washman Car wash. Outlandish alliance. The vehicle was sparkling clean to the eyes. Also, character you the rate was moderate.The parlor for the clients was immaculate and clean. Nothing absurdly rich. It was key at any rate is standard to the eyes. I am for no condition got exhausted in light of how the comprehension was lively. The association store looked radiantly capable. The methodology with boss was even eminent and kind. I like that.Will return to Washman Car wash again if at whatever point my vehicle should be cleaned once more. Astoundingly proposed.

Yay! Got all the pollen and gunk off my car, its been too long.This is my go-to carwash. Now with covid-19, the team is doing an awesome job with social distancing, and the prewash really gets the job going.

Extremely professional staff, they even taped the crack on my bumper. Never seen my car so clean and shiny - truly the best in Portland! This was basic $8 wash and dry, nothing fancy. Amazing quality.

No nonsense staff do their duties with upmost diligence at this location, which I have been going to for over a year. Know which of the 3 washes you want, follow driving instructions and signage and leave. Auto wash quality, good price, quick if no line.

Interesting place! Nice, for a autowash, I think. Doesnt get anywhere as close to the clean you can get with a self service wash, but it sorta does the job: car is waxed, but theres still some dust and grime on the roof. Didnt clean under the spoiler at all.

I bring my huge transit van here. The wash does a good job. Only had to hand finish a couple of spots. But it had been 6 months since the last wash. Guys do a great job guiding you in to the wash. Pricing is good too.

For some reason my car didnt get very clean this time. Normally I have pretty good results here and it is super fast and convenient. But if a car wash does not get your car clean that is kind of a problem.

Gal that works here is very positive and upbeat, works hard. The guy however is the polar opposite. Hope your visit is on a day the gal is working.

Stay away. FAR FAR AWAY. Unless you particularly enjoy being borderline violently yelled at by the surly attendant for not lining your wheels up properly. I almost thought he was going to attempt to punch through my window as he stood there yelling at me at the top of his lungs and ended up leaving without getting my car washed as he was so aggressive and his behavior was so unbelievably inappropriate that there was no way I was staying there. Tried contacting management before posting this review and requested a call back from the manager at that location as I was seriously shaken up by the experience, but got an equally inept canned email reply from them. I have the unlimited wash pass - which I will not be renewing after this experience - and Ive always dreaded this location as the employees are consistently awful and rude, but this employees disgusting behavior was just on another level. Seriously, do yourself a favor and take your car - and your business - elsewhere.

Its a car wash. Because of the busy downtown location, it doesnt have a good place to get out, check the car, and do vacuuming or anything like that. But if you need a quick spray, its not a bad place to do it.

Scratched vehicle, clueless staff, car still dirty. I feel like my expectations for a car wash are pretty reasonable and this place failed on all accounts. If you want a dirty car, scratched paint and clueless people trying to give you directions this is the place for you.

Whatd youd expect when you go to an automated car wash... Relatively vague instructions, yet happy to see you service attendant. Would go again, but just dont expect it to do everything perfectly for a filthy car.

Car wash is fine, and even ecologically aware. This particular Washman can handle higher profile vehicles, but theres nowhere to pull over to wipe down the car afterwards.

Little hard to see, but they are good at getting you all lined up and cleaning your car.

Asked for #2, charged for #3. Otherwise great

You cant expect much from a car wash that just sprays your windshield without using a brush. I never come out clean.

Attendant tried to take my antenna off without asking. dude not only bent my antenna strenuously wrenching on it to take it off, but offered no apology or resolution when i called him on its being bent. i ended up just telling him to wash the car, and left, with an antenna that i likely have to replace now.

The car wash only got about 85% of my car, and theres no way to re-enter to get the rest cleaned. This was after paying for their premium most expensive option.

I would have given 5 stars but when I paid $1.25 for the Jasmine scent and you couldnt even smell it 5 minutes later, I kind of felt cheated
