We worked with Arciform on a new design for our home and they were SO GOOD. The design was incredible, and they did such a great job of talking us through all of the options, what we needed to consider, and did an excellent job of helping us understand enough to make the best decision for ourselves. They were never pushy and were super responsive. Well be using them for all of our future projects.

I did a significant remodel of my 2nd floor with Arciform about 18 months ago. They provided a lovely design, meticulous specifications and accurate bid and a high-quality finished product. I live alone and work full time and can be easily overwhelmed. Communication was top notch by every member of the team--I understand where we were at every stage of the project. The on-site project manager was personable, reliable, clean, careful and thoughtful of my needs as I lived in the house throughout the remodel. My 2nd floor is now open, beautiful and practical. They helped me re-imagine my living space, and I still love their work as much as ever!

This is an amazing design/build company. Anne and Richard have created something very special, highly ethical with the highest standards of service. Everyone we worked with was highly skilled, professional, friendly and willing to do whatever it took for us to get the kitchen we wanted. Our design team helped us find the best layout for our small space; choose everything from appliances to tile, and saved us money by suggesting companies that had better quality for less. The project manager, Adam, coordinated everything and kept us informed, in detail, of what expect every week. The construction people and our painter are so skillful, helpful and nice to have around. There are so many small details I could describe but this review would be a book. I cant recommend this company more highly. I miss working with them.

Weve had two basement renovations completed by Arciform and both of which turned out beautifully. Our favorite part was working with Project Manager Joe Hoffman--hes sensible, responsive, and very knowledgeable. If we ever get to do a third project, well request him again and we know well have a great outcome.

Arciform has done two mega projects in our house, transforming our space to take advantage of every square foot. The people who work there show an incredibly high level of craftsmanship - their attention to detail is amazing and the quality of their work is unparalleled. Our projects ran on time and on budget. They rely on a high level of planning up front which gives you a good idea of cost - which isn’t cheap - BUT there are no unexpected costs down the line (in our two experiences). Friends of ours have done similar projects that were quoted as much less but ended up costing much more and the level of detail was mediocre at best. I would definitely recommend Arciform to anyone who is looking for quality and reliability.

We had a wonderful experience hiring the Arciform team to redesign and totally renovate our kitchen. The design was sensitive to the historic feel of our 80 year old home and yet totally enhances the enjoyment of our home and kitchen. All their work is first quality and thoughtfully executed. We whole-heartedly recommend them.

We loved working with Arciform to re-imagine and transform our 1952 two story ranch home into our mid-century Dream House! They included us in the design process, which was really fun as well as empowering. Anne is such a talented designer and a good listener. She was very open to our ideas, and would show us how various changes would look in her cad system, and also sent us examples of other projects with similar types of features. We decided to change the roofline of the home, which gave us an incredible sky view, as well as making the interior ceiling much higher. Our Master Suite is even more wonderful than we had imagined it could be, with beautiful mahogany built-ins and a sculptural hanging screen that was all created for this space. Our new master bath is truly heavenly, and Anne brought together such great lines, a clerestory window, a watery combination of tile finishes, as well as our artist designed shower window screen all make it such a serene space.The project took a total of 15 months, and it was worth the wait! Arciform was also very thorough with their punch list and follow up on all those little nit picky details that can be challenging at the end.Thank you Arciform, for making our house even more fabulous than we thought it could be!

Not many designers and contractors understand the challenges of working with an 1882 treasure; not only did Arciform rise to the challenge, they took things to the next level with their ideas and talent. We chose Arciform for our 1915 kitchen remodel because they produce sweet design and flawless buildout. No stress for us from start to finish. Very attentive so as to minimize our disruption and they always clean up the mess. Slick!

Scope of work: Complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, including moving a wall and enlarging 2 entryways; new furnace installation; new water system from street to fixtures; custom cabinetry, counters, tile work, windows and backdoor installation; electrical including partial heated tile floor; uncovering and finishing original wood floor; painting and staining.Everyone on project did EXCELLENT work: Design - Anne, Bradley, and Stephyn; Wood working (on-site primarily done by Roger Muller; cabinets and windows custom made at Versatile); Project manager - Joe McAlester; Subcontractors/tradespersons. Close attention to detail and quick response to a few design swerves.Timing: First walk through Aug 7, 2017, Agreement signed Sep 28, 2017, followed by design sessions at Arciform; Work order signed Mar 7, 2018.Demolition started Mar 12, and final details of assembly mid-August, 2018 - approximately 5 months of construction dust.Result: BEAUTIFUL, functional, and fun to work in!! All the folks who worked on the job were responsive, lovely to interact with and did fine work.Recommendations: Pay attention to what is included in the Work Order Contract, and how design expenses are charged. Be sure to include everyone (design, project manager, site supervisor) in any questions/changes/purchases you are making.
