I called at 1 pm and I was given “4:30-5” appointment, I called again later at 4 to see if I can come in at 4:30 he said no 5 should be good, I show up at 5 and and he’s working on a person and there’s a person ahead of me, this is unacceptable. People have work, appointments and other stuff they have to attend thats why appointments exist. I couldn’t be mad if this was a great clips and I checked in online because that’s not a reservation but this is really upsetting

Dropped in today for a cut, been a long time. Tes said come back in an hour and hed be free. I grabbed lunch nearby, and came back for a great haircut and interesting conversation with everyone in the shop as we observed a Presidential address in Florida.Great cut, engaging community, great price. A guy who used to get his hair cut semiannually will likely upgrade to quarterly because of this place.
