So I called too ask if they had a big parking lot and where there located. A women picked up and was very rude. Saying how did you get this number lol I mean Google it. Really. What kind of business you running with an attitude like that? Good luck.

They didn’t clean the hair off the chairs and the floor. they wouldn’t wash any used items, i waited 2 hours and didn’t get a haircut. my opinion is don’t waste your time going there.

Took kids there for haircut . I didnt like how they cut their skin. Many deep cuts with blood. Now Im worried because I didnt see them clean their clippers. They are careless.

Being from out of state is already bad since you do not know any of the local spots to go to for anything you’re used to back home. Looking for barbers using “Booksy” and Gwani’s is the only that pops up. Try setting an apt and asking if mobile services were even offered since it was described that it was, has been a full day and still no reply. All other reviews that state the service might be good, could be fabricated to by friends or family to boost score. Personally if they cannot be punctual to a simple message, that shows to me that they really could care less about new clientele. Also check out the “menu” and whichever barber decided to put “stimulus package” as an option probably to sound funny is a straight up clown. Fortunately for me other reviews have shown how they operate there.

Made an appointment 2 days before and it’s was set. I get there and the barber I requested just leaves. After 10 min I get an email “your appointment with gwani was canceled. The other barbers seemed chill but just don’t request gwani he’s very unprofessional.

One of the most professional shops I have been to in Maine. The owner is a very classy gentleman, and his staff is great. Very nice vibe inside the shop. You will walk out extremely satisfied with thier work.

If you want to get disrespected as a patron come here! You will watch this guy hang out with his “homeboys” play pool while you wait sometimes hours for a simple cut. Probably the worst hair experience I’ve ever had, after hours I walked out still with no haircut! Unbelievable. You can’t make this stuff up!

The workers are nice but they dont stick to their appointments that are made by online or over the phone. Plus they claim that theyre open at 10am but whenever I show up theres never anyone around there and the shop is dark.
