Needed a beard trim and buzz before my journey to Amsterdam and got the finest Portland style. I walked in and Girts squeezed me in between appointments. This is a proper barber shop with excellent customer service and the barbers are artisans with slick vintage tools.

Olivia squeezed me in between appointments to make my goofy mullet dreams come true. She was so fun, professional, and knowledgable, and while the nonsense style I insisted upon is questionable, the cut itself is amazing. Prices are fair, the shop is clean and looks great. Thanks Olivia!

Coincidentally, my beard had been driving me nuts all week from overgrowth and my lazy maintenance. I popped in - unplanned - and Geovanny got my taken care of right away with a straight razor service and clean-up. He knocked it out of the park. Great conversation, fantastic and relaxing service, and the end result is far more comfortable and better looking.Fair pricing, phenomenal service, convenient location, hip set-up. Cant wait to return.

Logan is the only person who has ever been able to cut my hair well as an adult. It took a long time to find someone who could do it. No matter what I want or dont know what I want, I have never been disappointed. Really enjoy the class and professionalism and the humor and enjoyment these people all pack. Theyre all masters of their craft and take well deserved pride in their work.

Great spot. I popped my head in without an appointment for a beard trim and they had just had a cancellation. Knocked it out super quick and was the best beard trim I’ve had out of the 20 or so I’ve had over the years. Only sad I didn’t realize the bourbon until I left. Great prices and great work. Will definitely come back next time I visit Portland.

Logan is a very skilled hair stylist. Best coast barber is conveniently located between home and work. Logan gives me the style I want at an affordable price.

Kourtney does a very thorough job. I get just a basic buzz cut and a beard trim, but she spends the extra time to make sure all the hairs are cut and lines up all the edges. Plus the buzz cut is cheaper than what a chain will normally charge.The shop is small and locally owned, free drinks (beers sodas and what not).

I stopped in for a quick bang trim and the guys there are fantastic. So friendly and they offer drinks like beers and kambucha while you’re there. My stylist was so thorough and made sure my bangs turned out exactly how I wanted them. I would highly highly reccomend this place!
