Used this dealership a few months back to have a vehicle registered. Very unprofessional and taking advantage of people during Covid. Due to covid and dmv being closed for a while and now appointment only the state has allowed dealers to participate in a program which allows them to register vehicles bought through private parties. This is the dealers option if they want to participate in the program or not no one is Forcing them and per the state they aren’t allowed to charge more than $25 on top of normal registration charges.When I went to have my vehicle registered I was told I had to pay $100 for the service on top of registration charges. When I questioned it and said the state said $25 he told me his mom told me the price over the phone which she didn’t because I wouldn’t of went here if I was told that and if I don’t like it they don’t have to register my vehicle and also told me if DMV asks tell them $75 of it was for a donation. There was no donation the money was going right in there pocket. Again no one is forcing them to participate in this program there choosing to and taking advantage of customers during covid to benefit them selves. Places like this make small dealers look bad. There are plenty of small dealerships that’s are great so go to a different one and don’t go here for any reason.This appears to be a family run business and the person I dealt with I think was the owners son he sat at the desk to the right when you walk in. Don’t quote me on that part as I can’t remember his name I was too frustrated with his repossess to recall his name. He referred to the other women working there as his mom and was whining the whole time about how she was scheduling appointments to late in the day for him. He was considerably rude to me and I was tired of hearing him complaining the whole time while I over paid him to do what he was supposed to do. The fee had to be paid in cash so there is no paper trail of them over charging.I filed a complaint with dmv but as of now they are still on the list of dealers providing this service so I’m unsure if dmv followed up on this. I have since registered another vehicle at another dealership and was charged correctly. I’ve only left 3 google reviews before and this is my first negative review. I would not recommend anyone using this dealership for any reason unless you like dealing with dishonest people.

Sold me a car that just gave me multiple after multiple car problems didn’t handle the situation well that I no have to trade in my vehicle because a year later the headache and night mare hasn’t stopped paying 7,000 something for a car that’s just not worth it in the end but now i know not to buy from a place like this! Never ever again!

I would send anyone I know to Moore Brothers for all things auto (body work, mechanical repairs, used car sales). This family owned business treats you like part of the family and you know you can trust what they tell you. That quality is hard to find in a mechanics shop. I had an air conditioning problem in my 7 year old Ford Escape Hybrid. Monaco Ford charged me for the diagnostic and told me I would have to replace the air conditioning at a cost of $6,750. I brought it to the Moores and they diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a couple of hundred dollars. It was a huge relief because the car was only worth $8,500. They have done lots of little dent and ding repairs for us too.

Moore Brothers towing has no respect for residential neighborhoods. at 1:30 pm on Friday 10/15, one of their trucks exited BRC at a speed well over the 25 mile an hour limit and continued down the road. Please, have a little respect when navigating thru a residential neighborhood.
