I had no place to go while my headlights were being restored the owner and his wife let me hangout in the shop! Super awesome friendly and fast! They even cleaned my car while my headlights were being done! Will be going back! My headlights look great too!!

Huge waste of time. I should have read ALL of the reviews before purchasing a Groupon for car detailing. Like others, I showed up at 8:30 as directed in my confirmation email. No one was there. Called one phone number and no one answered, the other (on the website) went straight to voicemail. Someone arrived and I asked if they knew anything about the business, he said they had moved at the beginning of the month. He didnt have anything nice to say about Beaverton Car Care and neither do I.

Is this place even open anymore? Cant get anyone on the phone, website is broken, and they never call you back.

Beware the Groupon scam. Several customers bought the Detailing Groupon for $70 and showed up this morning to find the business at the Middleton location sold. I was already suspecting something when you just kept getting a voicemail when you tried to make an appointment or ask questions, so was ultimately forced to schedule one on line and just show up. Wasted my time and my wife’s time who had to drive a separate car anticipating a half day drop off. Fortunately Groupon refunded me fully.

I bought a Groupon and called BEAVERTON CAR CARE, made an appointment, they called me today when I was on my way to my appointment and told me they don’t even do groupings there and “Beaverton car care” isn’t even the name of the shop. So I went back to the Groupon looked up the number and it was a totally different number, I called 6 times and went to voicemail every time. I clicked on the contact email that’s on their Groupon page, sent an email and I got an email back saying the email address was invalid. Searched around some more and found another email, tried that one and same thing, invalid. The address on the Groupon. Is differ t from the one on Google. Weird and confusing. Waste of time, I had a ride set up because I expected my car to be worked on today. I’m getting my money back! Fix your website, contact number, contact email and what information you have on Groupon AND Google! Get it together because this whole thing was ridiculous!

Drove 35 minutes and waited outside for my scheduled 8:30 am appointment and nobody ever showed up. SO irritated. I want a refund.

Bought a groupon for this place and was so disappointed I did not even leave my car there. I paid for a detail and was told I had to pay an extra $45 for pet hair removal. This was for my sons car and he has never even had a pet in there! Terrible area with no enclosed space for cleaning and had to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for someone to show up. SO SHADY!

I booked an 8am appointment for car detailing and received an email booking confirmation. I showed up at 8am and waited until 8:20 and called their number three times. No one was there and no response. Frustrating when I had arranged for a friend to pick me up and scheduled my day around my car being there.
