I’ve never had an issue with getting my vehicle in and out with straightforward service. Fair prices and quality work. I will continue to use Tuans every time I need work done. I went with another service shop for a small repair, now I need to take it to Tuans to have that repair fixed correctly. Love these guys

Khan the mechanic is fabulous. I have 1994 Mercury Cougar needed the transmission done/replaced and he was able to get one at a great price only $1100 parts and labor. Anywhere else would have been a lot more money. Wont take my car anywhere else now.

Needed a new alternator at 2pm: it was fixed by 5. The staff tested for the issue, did quick and accurate work. Im so happy to get my car ticking again.

Honestly the worst mechanic I’ve ever used. We brought our van in because it was giving us trouble (difficulty accelerating, overheating easily, etc.), and they looked it over and said that there was nothing wrong. We knew we needed an oil change and new brake pads, so we told them to do that. They did that, and told us other than that it was good to go. All in all they charged us $400. The day after we picked it up, we were driving it for about 10 minutes and it started SMOKING. It’s never done that before. As I write this review, I’m sitting on the side of the road next to my van, which I’m too afraid to turn on because of the smoke. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. They have NO IDEA what they’re doing.

My old review: Fast, honest, CHEAP! I love this place. My new review since Tuan retired and sold it: Dishonest, not cheap. Dont go there. I had a bad plug and he tried to convince me I needed my engine rebuilt. I didnt believe him, took it to Andys and it has been running fine for 6 months now. The reason I didnt believe him is because several months before I took it in for and they replaced my shocks for 600$, when I brought it back for squealing in my wheel that appeared after the work they swore it was my muffler, even though the muffler wasnt even near the sound... after that time I took it to Andys, it was a spring set wrong in the breaks. They have replaced the same hoses on my friends car 3 times and the price goes up every time.

My old mechanic closed shop. Found Tuans Auto Repair five blocks down the street. Had both my Camrys wheel bearings replaced and Tuan suggested turning the brake rotors and replace the brake pads since it would need to be taken all apart for the bearings anyway. Did it the same day and charged only for the bearings job. Thank you Taun for taking good care of my car and for such a great price.

I have been using Tuans on 13th and Killingsworth for over 5 years now and havent had a single problem. He has worked on my 4Runner and Mazda on multiple projects from large to small and has always been extremely fair on pricing and the work has been top notch. He has replaced my (Clutch, Oil Pan Gasket, Timing chain cover, Brakes, Water Pump, etc..) and havent had any issues yet.I read in a review that the quality has gone downhill since Tuan sold it??? Its the same crew that worked on it with Tuan with a little less cigarette smoke. I always recommend Tuans to friends, family and co workers.

I live a block away from Tuans. At first I was reluctant to have them do my car repairs but with a broken down car so close to the repair shop, I decided to give them a shot. 7 years later, Im still taking my car there. They are fast, honest and beyond reasonably priced.Tuan has told me I dont need repairs Ive gone in thinking I needed, what mechanic does that?Im planning to move soon and will be driving across town to have Tuans do any repairs I may need in the future.

This father and his son are the most dishonest and hypocrites people at any auto service that I ever been to. Don’t go specially if your immigrant or black.
