Hands down the best and most trustworthy mechanic Ive ever used- they keep my old 250k mile 97 tacoma running perfectly and have always shot straight with me on what really needs fixing. Wouldnt even think of bringing my truck anywhere else. First experience with them I had been quoted $800 for an oil pan replacement that parry fixed for $150 by repairing the threads on the plug. Since then I have had them do front end work, timing belt, valve cover gaskets and general tune ups and inspections for me. Communication is super prompt and even when they are busy they manage to find a way to get customers back on the road asap.

They have a lot of Prius expertise; not easy to find. They did not charge me to do diagnostics and resolve an error message. They did some maintenance at a very fair price. Easy to work with, return calls promptly. Family business. They were recommended by another auto repair shop, and Im delighted to have found them.Their entrance is awkward to find. i pulled in to Hertz, drove around the building and found them.

Have been looking for a Toyota tech that will work on lifted vehicles since picking up my new to me/older rig. Did a drop off oil change, was done quickly and received a prompt call when it was done. I could tell they did a safety check because automatic lights were turned off. Very happy with the service.

RELIEVED that I finally found an amazing mechanic/auto business! I have an older car that is my baby and the best people I have ever dealt with for repairs are at Parry. The woman who runs point on operations is a great communicator, honest, and just REALLY crushes it at running a business--so many mechanics over the years have been talented at fixing cars, but cant explain things clearly or its like pulling teeth to get them to call before they fix things to explain whats going on. Honestly she is the reason I will never go anywhere else, but the work thats been done on my car is excellent too. I just really cant say enough about how happy I am to finally have found a place like this. I recommend them to anyone who doesnt know much about cars and has been made to feel stupid or taken advantage of at a mechanic/dealership before.

I brought my Tacoma (142,000 miles) to Parry’s for a rather stubborn oil leak problem. Chris and his team worked on the issue until it was 100% resolved. Customer Service is excellent. Anytime I called with a question or concern there was an immediate response from either Chris or Ricki. They are knowledgeable, skilled and honest. They are not satisfied until you are satisfied. I highly recommend this repair shop. You will not be disappointed. As a side note my truck runs like it is new.

They got me right in for an inspection and they inspect Toyota vehicles for free. Will definitely be bringing any mechanical problems here. The waiting room was very nice with leather recliners too.

I love these people! Chris heads up the shop and his daughter heads up the office. Both are a pleasure to work with, making it very well-rounded. They are incredibly fair, honest and friendly. A rare find. Theyve worked on my Honda Civic and will work on my Jeep Wrangler when it eventually needs repairs.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable mechanics and staff! We were recommended by a local friend we were visiting as we passed through Maine on vacation. Our Sequoia needed professional mechanical help and we certainly got that and some! Saved our vacation and are very thankful!

Honest and communicative. Gives an accurate estimate, doesnt perform work without contacting you first, and will provide honest information about what repairs are reasonable or not (I have an aging vehicle, where almost every repair consists of a cost/benefit of keeping it on the road). My new go-to mechanic in Portland, despite the not-so-convenient location for me.

I live right across the street from Parry and wanted to give them my local business. I brought my car in for a leaking tire repair and an oil change. They were unable to repair my tire (fine) but they charged me $60 for the oil change. Ive never been charged over $32 for an oil change. Very unhappy and wont be going back.

I’ve been taking my 4Runner and Mini Cooper to Chris for 4 years now. I can’t say enough good things about his shop. They are the most honest, knowledgeable and skilled mechanics I’ve ever been to. I’m a “weekend warrior” mechanic myself, and find comfort knowing I can take it to the professionals here when I get in over my head or shouldn’t be tinkering with a project in the first place. Many shops outright refuse to work on Mini Coopers because of the difficulty. Not Chris. So grateful - Thank you Parry’s!
