Justin, Jarid, Pete and the team at Matrix Integrated are top notch!! I had a quote from another car service, and they quoted me a much more fair price to replace an oil pan gasket and valve. When I had another issue pop up before my scheduled service with them, I let them know that we were trying to fix it ourselves as we have some experience and enjoy fixing cars, they also offered to help us try to diagnose it! Who does that????!!! Well, these guys do! Theyre super friendly, helpful, and offer honest prices. I will continue to bring my BMW to them for services needed.

My car was in bad shape. I had taken it to another local shop and they quoted me $4k to repair. I tried fixing myself and got stuck when I needed to calibrate the new part. I had it towed in to Matrix. They were able to determine the actual problem was due to a water leak in the trunk. They fixed it for less than $1100! The repairs quoted by the other shop were not needed at all. They even put together all the random parts I had laying all around the car from my repair attempt.Jarid was super fun to work with! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and made me laugh with his great sense of humor. I will not take my car anywhere else in the future. They are the best!

Matrix Integrated is frickin awesome! Outstanding customer service and work. My wife and I were in the middle of a 6k mile road trip when our Boxster sprung a coolant leak and needed repair. I managed to get in touch with Matrix Integrated after having found them through the local PCA website and had it towed in from where we broke down in Washington, Along the way I was communicating with the shop via text and picture messaging so that theyd be able to order in parts for the various potential ways it may have failed so that we wouldnt delay the repair waiting on parts to arrive. Incredibly friendly staff that went above and beyond for us as well as managing to squeeze us into their schedule last minute. Ended up being a water pump failure. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was top notch, the rest of our trip was completed without issue. Its under unfortunate circumstances that we came to Matrix but Im glad this repair was completed by their capable hands.

Finding a good mechanic for a VW is difficult aside from going to a dealership but that usually is costly, but matrix has done quit a bit of work on my car for fair prices. Theyve also been efficient with their timing and are willing to work with their customers when picking up and dropping off vehicles. The staff are chill and its a very welcoming place I would recommend for any VW BMW or even Audi cars. They show you what they work on and other potential issues that may arise in the future. Overall a pleasant experience 10/10 would recommend.

First is like to submit that I only requested a quote from these guys. But Id like to post an email for a spark plug change that blows my mind. I sent this to my mercedes dealership and asked if this was standard procedure and had several technicians tell me that this place is ripping me off, and lying to my face. You see the intake manifold sits on Top of the engine. And would never have to be removed in order to change a simple spark plug. Any technician worth his salt would never suggest such a thing unless he or she was trying to rip you off.. I provided a pic of my engine after removing the engine cover no tools required. See the arrows. Ya thats the ignition coils. 2 torx screws then the spark plug. 3 total tools required for this job. Read below and see for yourself.Thank you for the inquiry.  On your C300 the spark plug replacement requires removing the intake manifold. Do you have the gaskets required as well or would you like us to provide the proper gaskets as well?Labor charge to replace the spark plugs is $345 (takes 3 hours and our labor rate is $115 per hour).  We will also need to replace the 6 intake manifold gaskets and possibly the 6 plenum gaskets (these plenum gaskets may not be required but I’d like to have them on hand just in case)$54 for 6 intake manifold gaskets$52.50 for 6 intake plenum gasketsBrings your total to between ~$410 and ~$460 if you are providing the spark plugs

Whenever someone talks about being skeptical of the integrity of their mechanic, my response has always been, I love my mechanic!. Matrix, and specifically my experiences with Jarid, Pete, Steve and Jeremy have all been above my expectations. Every time. They always take time to explain necessary repairs/routine maintenance and have made me feel comfortable that I am driving a reliable, solid vehicle (and have patiently endured my questioning of this, as its a 2005 G500). Awesome shop! Ive had 2 Audis tuned through Matrix. Their customer service has remained at a high level since they opened their first shop on the waterfront years ago. Its nice to have the Westside location now to go to. Jarid Perry has helped me out the last 2 times in at the Westside shop. Jared was very professional, informative, and kind. This was a rather large, unexpected repair. Jarid listened, understood my situation, and did his best to accommodate me, including rides to/from the shop.

I can’t say enough good things about this Mechanic! I took my Audi in for a problem that I was having and Jarid did everything he could to minimize my costs but also make sure that I was leaving with a safe vehicle. He used the method of elimination and even recommended that I take the car to Audi to see if the factory warranty would cover the issue I was having before he recommended that I pay him for repairs. I have never known a Mechanic to do something like this. I also had another encounter with Jarid a week before I was set to give birth – my car had broken down and I wasn’t sure if I’d have a car to make it to the hospital with. Even though they were booked out a week in advance he still managed to get my car in right away so I had a safe vehicle to drive to the hospital in and take my baby home with. 100% customer satisfaction.

This place was so nice my best friend was not looking forward to repair costs, They went out of their way to help us right away. Right front tire was making a terrible noise. We took it in and it ended up being a rock int he caliper. Reminded me of a commercial I saw. Well they put it on the lift and took the breaks off and took a rock out. they would not except a tip or any money at all. what a great place. we are opening a new Jewelry store down the street and we will be using them. Stripped my oil plug and denied it. While waiting overheard Matrix Integrated employees speaking bad about another customer. I could have received better service at lower price point elsewhere. Do not recommend this place. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

These guys didnt fix the issue the first time and I had to return to the tune of $200. I couldve dealt with that if they were actually polite instead of condescending, seemingly chauvinistic, and just weirdly defensive when I asked simple questions that should have been volunteered. At one point, the dude was implying that I was lying when I returned with 3 random bolts left on the strut that had been discovered by the oil change technician where I got a service directly after. He seemed to suggest that they had been planted in the hopes of getting a discount. If youre a woman or have an older car, Id look elsewhere.

Took my MINI to Jeremy at Matrix after my thermostat housing leaked. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me back on the road in a couple days after we were able to track down a replacement since the MINI dealer did not have any in stock. Even took me to my work after I had dropped it off and picked me when it was finished. Very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. Will definitely be going back when my MINI needs additional service.

Ive had such a great experience working with Jeremy @ Matrix Integrated that I just had to share my story. First off, my in-laws own an automotive shop, but we do not specialize in German vehicles. After having some hesitation issues with our 2010 Audi A4 we decided to drop our vehicle off at a different automotive shop (NOT MATRIX). Our vehicle was then stolen in the middle of the night. This is actually how I met Jeremy. Him and his brother spent hours trying to help locate our vehicle after hearing about our situation. This is how we met for the first time. Fast forwarding, We ended up recovering our vehicle. After dealing with constant insurance problems, and trying to figure out how to go about our vehicle getting fixed, we decided to take it to Matrix Integrated off Cornell. I later found out that Jeremy was the owner, and was already impressed by the amount of respect and kind heartedness he had showed my wife and I. After going back and fourth with the insurance company about what they were willing to pay and not pay we finally came to an agreement. Jeremy and his team did an amazing job at communicating with us every step of the way via email, texting and phone calls. Made me and my wife feel very comfortable after everything we had just been through. Come to find out we had run-ability problems after our vehicle had worn out timing chains and tensioner assembly. They replaced those mechanical parts, and its ran great ever since. The dedication and friendlyness of this shop has me sold for all my future German automotive needs. Im glad I was able to meet Jeremy and work with him through all this hectic process. He was the person who made it less hectic and more understandable for me. Just received my car from Jessie and the guys at Matrix Integrated/Westside. This is the second time that MI has worked on my Audi A6 Avant. Twice now they have surpassed my expectations. The first visit resulted in new coilovers, a rear sway bar, and some cosmetic work. This time it was for an updated GIAC map. Its like driving a new car!I even dropped the car at their location and they helped facilitate a pick up by Nick at Autowerx Detailing in Sherwood, OR to get a full detail after they were done with it!
