EXTREMELY complicated repair with computer/module components that involved heavy diagnostics on our Mercedes SUV no longer under warranty. Prime Mercedes was on the take and was trying to charge close to $3k just for the initial diagnostics, which would have been the wrong issue anyway! We could have been close to $5k for this one repair. We took a chance and called Blaise. He took so much time listening and really was invested in investigating and determining the real issue. Then the repair was done very quickly! He literally saved us thousands of dollars. This was this past June and its been perfect since! 100% coming back here for any other issues! Our other Mercedes thats still under warrantee, were kind of stuck with Prime, but beware if youre paying out of pocket. For any European car, instead Id call this European car genius! :)

Blaise was the most knowledgable, honest, and caring car repairman I have ever been to! He not only stayed late to take a look at my car on my way home from work, he was able to identify and fix the complicated problem right then and there. Most auto-shops would have kept my car for a week and then charged me for a whole new power steering pump, when I just needed the old fluid flushed out. He is committed to his craft and it shows.
