Unprofessional services. Julie Ellsworth, a representative who works there, was very short tempered, withheld explanations of services and was so rude I switched immediately to another State Farm office. State Farm is good, but stay away from this office.

Id recommend staying as far away from this agency as possible. I love State Farm as a company but this office is a complete joke. I needed to change my billing information for my auto payments and everything went off without a hitch of so I thought. A month late I receive an email (not a call) stating that my policy was in a state of cancellation due to the office not filing paperwork correctly. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to call the office between 20-30 times and was never once had my calls answered. I emailed them back to state that Id been trying to reach them. Their only response was a snotty email that said I needed to learn how to properly use voicemail. Id strongly advise going to any other agency other than Rick and his joke of a team.

Ridiculous. Its taken a month and five phone calls just to get a simple declaration page for my landlord to have my proof of renters insurance. I STILL havent received it and no one seems to know whats going on. Im so disappointed in how this agent handles client cases, especially since Ive been with State Farm for a while. I will be switching agents as soon as possible.
