Im fairly new to Oregon but Ive been with State Farm for a very long time. Im one of those folks that you dont hear much from. I pay my monthly fees and thats about the only interaction youll get from me.I accepted the enrollment with Drive Safe in anticipation of lower monthly fees. It turned into a huge thrash and I was about to call it quits but she worked hard and got everything worked out. I very much appreciate that.I think Ill stick with Lisa Parks and her incredible team. This is the best insurance agency I have ever worked with. Lisas team is fantastic! Tammy and Kirsten are great... friendly, super-helpful, efficient and prompt in responding to all requests.Unfortunately Ive had two claims in the past two years. Once my car was hit in a parking lot, and then I got rear-ended on a busy street. In both cases, the claims were settled quickly, without any hassle, and for a satisfactory amount. And of course my premium did not go up.I would not change insurers for 15% or more savings. Not even for 50%! What good is a low rate if the agency doesnt take care of you when you need them? Been with Lisa since before we got married almost 9 years ago. Shes been so great and always so helpful throughout every situation, car accidents, moves, etc. Most recently we had our computer stolen while living overseas, but it was covered by our personal articles policy. Lisa was so helpful and gave us the peace of mind the love forward with replacing it even when in the middle of so much other stress going on. Shes been such a blessing to our family and is just a great person to know professionally and personally. She will take care of you and your family. State Farm has always been good to us also. You may pay a little more for their policies, but the customer service is second to none. I was able to call using Google Voice from Africa and talk to the claims people about our theft and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Its like why people still pay a little more for Verizon service. You know youre getting what you pay for and are covered everywhere you go.Thanks for everything Lisa!
