I have had State Farm through Luke Ganzars office for a few years now. They have always been super helpful and incredibly nice whenever Im in the office or on the phone. We recently moved our renters insurance to a home insurance policy when we bought our first home, and Matt was particularly helpful and patient with me. Matt walked me through the entire policy and mapped out line for line what everything meant. They are so polite and pleasant to talk to on the phone and I couldnt recommend this branch of State Farm more!

I have been with State Farm for 40 years now and with Luke Ganzar for the last few. I have had excellent service always with Luke Ganzar and this includes a few very serious situations. I have always been treated with respect and claims have been settled in a timely manner with the best possible outcomes.

Very easy to work with in setting up new policies. Much cheaper and better coverage on earthquake insurance then other places I have found

Negative interaction with Kelsey - I have excellent credit and driving record, and she couldnt explain extremely high rates, she didnt ask to bundle and see if it lowered rate, and cut off call when I was confirming the amount for my notes. Also was gving me her pitch to lower deductibles before any quotes or decisions, which would have raised the rate, and interrupted me a lot. I would NOT recommend working with her.

I received IMMEDIATE response from Megan who took all of my information and worked with my crazy schedule to ensure I was quote the best policy! I was very pleased with my new policy offer as my current insurance policy was a bit ridiculous with the deductibles. I was very warmly welcomed to the State Farm family and would absolutely suggest others reach out to see what they can do for you!

All the staff from this office have been supremely helpful. My auto insurance is the most affordable of anywhere else I researched! Even the special deals my credit union sends me claiming they will be able to provide more economical auto policies and give me savings dont compare. Adding my partners vehicle to my policy was a breeze, and the service weve received so far has been so friendly and helpful and easy to understand that we are sticking with this office to maintain our auto and renters insurance policies even though we just moved to Eugene. Never saw myself writing a positive review about an insurance company haha but Im pretty happy Im with State Farm after hearing nightmare stories about other peoples experiences with the companies theyve gone with!

Luke and his team have provided me with excellent prices and customer service both for my business insurance and bundled home and auto insurance. They are also pleasantly responsive. I once called them late Friday afternoon with an issue, and they had it resolved within the hour. They beat everyone on price. Believe me, Ive shopped around and was quoted 4 times higher at other insurance companies. (if those companies bothered to get back to me at all.) The already low price on my business insurance actually decreased this year by 12%, and it wasnt because they were too high to begin with. When does that ever happen?
