Let me tell you a story. In Dec of 2020 my mortgage got sold to another company. In the process of switching over the account neither mortgage holder bothered to ensure that the insurance company was provided the correct billing information to be paid out of escrow. So the coverage on my house lapsed. I found out about this months later when I got a notice in the mail saying that my new lender was about to purchase insurance on my behalf to the tune of roughly $1500 a year. Obviously I freaked. I reached out to Brett as one of three places I was researching for quotes. The other two businesses (who shall not be named) gave me the run around, transferring me a few times before I could even talk to someone about my predicament. Brett talked to me straight out the gate and gave me a reasonable estimate promptly. Hes been very communicative and knowledgeable. On top of that he assured me that this kind of situation with my mortgage company would not be repeated since his office monitors the accounts and if there had been a snafu of this kind he would have reached out directly to inform me of the issue and to find a resolution right away. I feel a lot better knowing that an individual person (not a conglomerate) will be my point of contact going forward and that I dont have to worry about this kind of issue in the future.Five stars.

Both Brett and Toni are absolutely amazing! Top-notch customer service. Just coming off an ice storm where a tree fell on my house and we lost power for five days. Very stressful but they made the claim and reimbursement SO fast and easy I am incredibly grateful. Highly-recommend!!
