Emily Cox has been very communicative about my options for home and auto coverage. I had the same insurance broker for years who never asked if anything in my life had changed. I feel like Emily is looking out for my best interest, quality coverage at the best price (including researching workplace discount - which applied). I highly recommend Cox Insurance!

We signed up with them when it was Cox & Fiddler Insurance In 2015. We had been cancelled by our old insurance company after we had a house fire that was not our fault. We signed with them for both auto & home. The agent we signed with there was a friend of the family. We thought the price was a bit high but needed something right away. We never had a claim with them but our rates were going up 10-15 % every year anyway. I called to see if they had a different carrier that could get us a better rate on Auto. I also wanted a quote on pay per mile. The name was now just Cox and our agent no longer worked there (we were not informed of this).The answer I finally got back was we could stay where we are, or try to get back with the company who previously dropped us. There was absolutely no mention of pay by mile as I had requested. Their customer service is greatly lacking and they seem only interested in high priced companies to make more commission. We switched our auto insurance to Geico Auto and are paying half as much.

I am an electrical contractor and have used Corey since I started my business in 2012. I started with just business insurance and have since added my personal auto and home as well. He has been super straight forward with me from the beginning and I never feel like he is trying to sell me something I do not need. I would recommend him to anyone who needs business or personal insurance.

Love this place and Corey and Emily. I was recommended to go here by family that have used this insurance since Coreys dad was was in charge. I couldnt ask for a more pleasent and friendly environment. Everyone is super helpful and attentive to our needs.

Its a family owned business and Emily and Corey Cox (the proprietors) are knowledgable and professional, yet warm and fully invested in taking care of their customers insurance needs.
