So you insure with Kemper few weeks ago i started it over the phone with my bank card. You took my money on a weeked and started it. Then kemper sends me letter that i recieved in mail today saying they werent insuring me. Then i call im told because its a weekend you cant give the almost 500$ i paid you back. So now i have to go all weekend with no insurance!!!!Not ok at allDont trust themIf your willing to take your customers money on the weekend you most certainly should be prepared to return it if necessary on the weekend the same way you took it

Didnt even return my phone call for my quote after I called twice the lady was rude very unprofessional. She always say Ill have one my agents call you. I figure you dont like your job you shouldnt work with the public because my money is just as green as anyone else!!!

3 weeks after calling in to make a vehicle change on my insurance I noticed my new car was not insured. I called in to see what happened and to get coverage on my new car. The first person I was transferred to was incredibly rude. He even told me I was making it up that I called in 3 weeks ago, and called me a liar! I was furious and was going to drop them completely but when I called in again I was transferred toDamian Lezama Branch Manager / Agent9804 SW Shady Ln Tigard, OR, 97223! he not only updated my information so I was covered, he went above and beyond to help me, assure me that this mistake would not happen again, that I was a valued customer, and that the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I was told I could contact him personally with any further questions or policy changes to assure I would be shown respect. He was great and if not for him I would have cancelled my policy and never recommended them. As of now I will recommend Damian Lezama to everyone I know! If I could I would give him 6 stars but since I cant I will give him 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!

Robert and Toni are the best! Robert actually called me out of the blue to change policies that saved me over $700 per year! I like brokerages because they can shop different carriers. I have worked with Robert for over 15 years now!

They are respectful and polite regardless of how difficult you/ I am to insure! On a few occasions they have called to let me know they shopped a better rate....wow! Also very up front and clear about policy costs both to start and monthly. Usually willing to reduce or split start up costs as well. To answer a few of the negitive reviews; it doesnt matter if insurance companies name is blank of Wisconsin the policies brokered meet all Oregon required minimums, also if you feel you were hit with a hidden cost its because you need to clean your ears! Also lastly have a little patience the number of customers they have is baffling.... Your not so special you cant wait for a call back if you cant stand to be on hold! All in all a fantastic company and experience for me for several years now. Im a lifer!

The only good thing was they were affordable. Other then that the employees have no idea what they are doing. Coups never get a hold of mt agent directly.I was told the wrong price and had to pay double. Then they canceled my policy without my knowledge in oct. I got new insurance, and they took $171 from me still, and said I restarted my policy. Which I never did. It was the 9th of Nov and Im still waiting for them to return my money. Nothing but stress the entire time.

First off, they do not insure you, they find a cheap company that will. (I had Vikings Insurance Company of Wisconsin, but live in Oregon). I went with them a number of years ago and now am switching back due to a plethora of tickets (first motorcycle!). You get what you pay for. Dont expect quality customer service or to be promptly transferred to an agent. I got a quote a couple weeks ago and all looked good. When I called today to get the insurance started, I was informed that the agent who i talked to isnt in the office. I asked if I could talk to another agent and the lady told me they were all busy and it wouldnt be worth waiting for. She told me to call back tomorrow. If I needed Insurance right now, I would be dead in the water or driving illegally. Hire more staff if your customers are having to wait. I wouldnt call them back if they werent my only option at this point. They do have great rates. Like, really good rates. If you have a rough driving record, these are the guys to talk to because they will save you a lot of money over big insurance companies like State Farm. I went from 300 a month with State Farm (2 tickets, 1 accident) to 150 a month with Vern Fonk (3 tickets, 2 accidents). $1800 a year I saved with an even worse record. I do however fear the day I have to make a claim. It really scares me with how bad the customer service has been for me in the past. Maybe this time it will be better....

Called them while at a car dealership. Was quoted $400.00 got home .found out they charged allmost $100.00 fee to get me progressive.$735.00 per month for full coverage.I got stuck with.after 6 months i switched to geico saved alot.never again.
