Cindy signs you up for programs and policies you didn’t ask for. They have charged us thousands of dollars erroneously. Cindy is condescending and rude. I hate this office and intend to switch insurance agencies soon. Her son David is no better and I would never recommend someone see her for any insurance needs. It is unacceptable. Go literally anywhere else, I am sure you will get better service and pay far less.
