Not very happy with this agent . If I could give a ZERO stars, I would.All was good until my rates got raised for no reason. The only explanation I received was that Safeco sometimes does that.Well, I asked to have them shop around, and they came up with another option for me which was great.I was assured that everything had been taken care of and that Safeco would no longer be deducting the automatic payments. Low and behold, when the 15th of the month came around, they deducted payment. We finally got the transaction reversed. Now, a month laterI am receiving letters and phone calls FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY for a bill.Ive contacted this agent again, so get some insight as to SAFECO thinks there is a payment owing, and was told that he cant find anything on his end showing that I owe anything and that I need to contact SAFECO.They wont give him any info because he is no longer my agent.This is total BS. I have had no prior contact at all with either the insurance company or my FORMER agent in regards to any remaining bill. And now my credit rating is being affected.Sounds like a total racket to me.BEWARE ...
