Trying to get the scanner to work on a brand new printer, should be simple. We have spent many hours waiting on a new session because if the person on the other end cant fix it our session mysteriously gets disconnected. This has happened many times in the last 3 days. We have wasted many hours waiting

Brought my Macintosh in for a sweeping and cleaning to get it to run. They wiped everything off the computer and now it is more broken than ever. $200 for this “all inclusive service. I am absolutely disgusted!!

Brought my computer in for some miscellaneous issues. When I picked it up, they have removed Office 2013 and Quicken programs. Fortunately, I had my key code to reinstall Office 2013, but I do not have the disk to reinstall Quicken. They told me I will have to purchase the Quicken program. This infuriates me! Why would you have to delete some programs. Some of my purchased programs did not get deleted. You people are crooks!

I’ve taken my laptop to geek squad portage 4 times, and they couldn’t fix my lap top. So, I bought another one, from that Best Buy, and I’ve had this computer into geek squad over 6 times in the past year, and they can not fix anything. I picked up my lap top from them today, went home to turn it on, and it wouldn’t. When I picked it up, no one talked to me about what was done to my lap top. I’ve been going to geek squad portage for 2 years, and it’s a worse experience every time I go in. Absolutely horrible service. Having a geek squad membership is the worst investment I’ve ever made. I would have more luck giving my computer to a child, having them hold on to it for a week, and then receive it in the same if not worse condition. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They took care of an issue with my computer quickly and I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

Not impressed. I cant repair it and cant even check if its working. A computer AC charger, so high tech.....

My laptop repair will take 10 business days but its 15 days now and still in the process,every time I call them they put me in hold and someone else answer and I have to repeat my story and explain whats going on.

I had a protection plan on my phone and was going to just bring it in for them to get a replacement. Said I had to setup an appointment 4 hours later just to see that its broken. Couldnt just take it in and process it. Geek squad is a joke.

After I paid for my month plan I decided I wanted to cancel it because it was a junk plan I was told Im not covered if anything happens to my phone nor will I be refunded for my payment what a bunch of garbage stay far away from there plans its a way for them to make money and not offer good service

I dropped my iPhone off for repair and the geek squad lost my phone. Do not go to Best Buy for anything. I’ve never had any luck with service or quality products. Never go to them

Expert didnt even actually look at my computer, just diagnosed a motherboard off of what I told him. Glad I didnt give it to him for the 4 week lead time he quoted as the only issue was the battery had failed. Make them actually look at your computer before they try anything.
