Jonathan has been a great help to my family and me. Whenever we have a problem with our computers we take them to Jonathan, and he has shown himself to be very capable. He is eager to help and very pleasant to deal with. His prices are great, too. We wouldnt consider going elsewhere.

I have went threw ionpc twice and both times I have been very satisfied with my service. Very friendly and inexpensive. My laptop did take some time with my last experience but it was Christmas time and with him having to order parts with the mail service being backed up that should be expected.

Transferred data from an old computer to a new computer. Quoted me a price of 20 dollars. However, when I picked up the computer the bill was 60 dollars. He was not there to discuss the tripling of the original quote. He was gone and he had left my computer and bill with his father who has nothing to do with his business, so I was unable to find out why the extra charge. Very unprofessional. Best Buy had quoted me 80 dollars, however, I thought that it would be nice to support local business owners. Never again.
