Horrid, most vacuums don’t work & not marked out of order. So keeps your $. The cleaning supplies vending machines are always either out or just broken. Again, keeps your $. Has no posted contact info to remedy this.Owner verbally assaulted me & screamed & cussed at me bc apparently your not allowed to remove items temporarily from your vehicle in order to vacuum them.Told me he was calling the police, bc I had pulled a gas can & one tote out of my car in preparation of vacuuming. Then stalked me out of the property.I am outraged!!!!

I go to car wash whenever my vehicle is dirty its a good carwash except it doesnt get my vehicle very dry and it was bringing my side pa to off my vehicle so its gotta have some power in washing it it would be alot nicer if it got it dryer

The change machine was smashed. The area is creepy. The parking lot has more craters than the moon. The drive thru wash is always down and the vacumes have less power than my home Bissell. Dont risk your safety or waste your money.

Wanted to get the salt off car. Put in $5.50 worth of quarters to then find out that the sprayer wasnt working. Moved to another bay to try again. This one worked. Have called the number listed to get a refund but no one answers. Does no one ever answer the phone for this business?VERY DISAPPOINTED>

The foaming brush needs replacement. Otherwise good water pressure.

The only reason this is getting one star is because I cant give it half or no stars. The place is absolutely run-down, nothing worked, the bill changer ate our $10 bill. I called the phone, and it rings in the building, no one there, no answering machine! There were papers in the Dropbox of old money owed from faulty machinery that date back to February of this year, its September! Do not waste your time! Do not waste your money! Horrible!

Waste of money. Worst quarter car wash I have ever been to. No pressure and the change dispenser didnt work.

Most of the vacuums are broken. The parking lot is disgusting. The pressure washer barely works.

Going to give up on this car wash. Nearly all of the bays do not work for one reason or another. Once I finally found one that would accept quarters there was no soap of any kind or wax. Just PLAIN water. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident but it has been bad every time Ive tried it over the course of nearly four years. Avoid!

Put in $6.00 only to find out high pressure sprayer and foam brush dont work...worst car wash ever..dont waste your time or money at this garbage car wash.

I have a large van, 2014 Promaster. I cant drive thru a regular car wash, I have to use the truck bay. The last four times that I have stopped, I deposited $3 - $4 in quarters. The lights for the charger do not work, you just feed it your money and no way to get a refund. The isnt anyplace to leave comments either. This is a rip off.I wish the owner would either close it or repair it.

Worst car wash in Kalamazoo county. Horribly maintained.

Its a little rough around the edges. Most of the time out of soap or wax. One time the hose had a crack in it didnt realize until put quarters in...both car and I got a bath that day....lol

Nobody cares for this car wash. Do not waste your money.

Piece of Sh-t carwash!!! Took $6 of my money and the car wash didnt even work. Went to another Bay and it works but didnt have any pressure. Vacuums dont work either

Just went there about 30 minutes ago and the auto wash did not wash my car tried calling no one answers no numbers listed to contact some one wasted 6 bucks

Wasted money at 2 bays $3 first bay flat out ripped me off second bay just water no soap these people just dont care about this place dont even bother
