We purchased a new Subaru Forester in 2018 and have loved it! The salesman we worked with (Ricky) did a good job explaining the different models, as we had never owned a Subaru before and helped get us into the best fit for us. We have also exclusively used them for oil changes and tire rotations so far. We plan to keep this car for as long as we can, but will definitely return when it is time to get another.
Castle Subaru is an excellent place to get an oil change. They also do a 5 point inspection free of charge. They found that my rear brakes we completely gone and to the roters. They called yo inform me and changed them at that time. I highly recommend castle Subaru for all your car needs

I like the covenants of the location near me. I also like the staff how attentive they are to everyone coming in. The show room was very comfortable alots of room even if your there for repairs i watch people playing cars on the table or just reading a book. I been enjoying my new Forster and just love it with all the high tech in safety features. Would recommend this vehicle to anyone.
Just purchased a brand new vehicle from Castle. My experience was amazing! It started with me calling and inquiring about a vehicle I was interested in. With the shortage of cars they told me it was available and if I wanted to come see it they can set an appointment for me. Overall a pretty great experience. I was able to reserve the exact crosstrek I wanted ahead of time and come pick it up when it was delivered. The salesperson made sure I understood all of the features the car had before I left the lot. The process took a bit longer than I had expected, but Im very impressed with the service I received.
Short story:The whole thought of buying a car was nerve racking but the guys at castle made everything easy and simple. They were really hospitable and easy going wasn’t pushy or forceful. They made sure to explain to us every detail and if some deals were worth it or not for what we were looking for. A very honest team ready to help you buy a car.Long story:First time buying a car for me and I had the car I wanted in mind for a week or so. When I knew I could get the crosstrek I went in to buy the car a sells rep actually came to us while we walked to the door a sweet man named Joe. Joe helped explain to us some things and asked us about the interest on the loan and actually told us we could get a lower interest rate if they ran our credit through them (Castle). I was hesitant but in the end I ended up doing it which was the right decision for us because I did in fact get a lower interest rate. The interest rate was not only the right decision but they also got the car in sooner than they expected which came in two days after we bought it. They are an honest dealership and have kind employees. Not to mention the car is fantastic.

Castle Subaru was incredibly helpful and kind when we got a flat on the highway en route from Minnesota to Massachusetts. They had the tire in stock that we needed (only needed one since the tires were new), and were able to fit us in relatively quickly. We appreciated their kindness in what could have been a bad experience.

They are the best; fair, honest. I bring my car in twice a year for service; several times they have not charged me at all. Once they misdiagnosed a problem, so they fixed it free. My car now has over 200,000 miles, and has never broken down on me. When something major needs to be fixed, theyre very upfront about it; but when everything is fine, theyre clear about that too.

Purchased a 21 Crosstrek in August 21. Primarily online at first, was able to identify an incoming model and put a deposit down on it over the phone from 2 hours away. Pickup experience was pretty good, car was ready and waiting at the correct time. No issues with prices changing or hard sell on upgrade/wtty packages, they took no for an answer the first time. I appreciate not being jerked around, seems like thats hard to find. Overall very satisfied and would purchase here again.

I made an appointment, was greeted promptly. Our car is under warranty and we are going on a traveling vacation. Oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours, at 18,000 miles a filter needed to be changed and total cost was $144.00. That included $10.00 off coupon. Seems like crazy expensive to me.
I recently bought a vehicle through them not even 24 hours later had to take it back to them to get serviced due to a sensortwice because the first time they fixed it apparently they did not fix it when I got it back I had to take it right back now here we are two weeks later I still dont have my vehicle its already been to three different dealerships and now theyre telling me I have to wait another 2 weeks their customer service is beyond horrible and rude The loner that they did put me in would only fit half my family and when I go to ask for a bigger one because we have a family trip coming up and they currently have my truck NOPE cant do that either because they have no other loaners availabile not to mention the loaner car but they did loan me has a hornets nest in the door and unfortunately we have children and one gets stung. I wouldnt recommend anybody to go through this dealership for anything nor will I ever make the mistake of going here ever again.
I recently bought a 2016 outback at this location. About a week after my purchase I noticed a noise and started to get concerned about the breaks. I scheduled an appointment to have the noise looked at. The team they have at this place is great! I waited for my car and boom. Car was fixed up and taken care of. Stephanie in sales, Dave in finance, and Mario were all so awesome and helpful though my experience!

I went to look at a used 2018 Subaru Impreza. I was pleasantly greeted and was expected because of the form I filled out online. My sales rep was Mike, and he was wonderful from start to finished pulled out the car for me show cases a lot of the key features and even showed me personalized features that he thought I might enjoy. On top of that he gave me a way better financing rate then my bank did. Everyone in the store was friendly and they even gave me a nice little bag with goodies in it. You will not be disappointed with their service or mike.

Everything was going good until we got into finance. Apparently, our salesperson added in a $1500.00 package that couldnt be taken off because it was put on right away. We ended up having to buy it for $1000.00. Instead of driving off in our first Subaru all excited we were aggravated for being tricked. Now we bought the car in July we still dont have anything to make the payment. No one has ever contacted us saying they were missing anything from us. I call the finance company and they do not even have record of us purchasing the car. When I call the dealership I asked for finance, the sales manager, the Gm, the biller and the office manager one after another because no one could pick up my phone call. Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spent.....well not yet!
If this rating system allowed, I would have shot them a zero. Came in for a brake check/replacement and it took me more than 4 hours, and I am still waiting here. No communication until I pushed them. Then they said it will be another 15 min. Ridiculous. They are either hiring poorly skilled technicians or running with broken management of service. Never come back again and dont recommend if you are looking for a brake replacement. Covid is difficult for everyone BUT they dont deserve your business!

From the start of emailing with Lisa, to testdrives and working with salesman Tarik to finishing the final paperwork with Tito, Castle Subaru staff were kind, patient and willing to assist with everything. Both myself and my mom came and purchased new Foresters so it was a process (felt long sometimes with a 2 year old with us) but the staff made it go smooth and were understanding with the breaks we had to take outside sometimes.
Had to drop off our car earlier this week for some recalls and they gave us a vehicle to use in the meantime for no charge and were really accurate with how long the repairs would take. We’re super happy we chose this location to purchase our family car, they take great care of us!!!

Very knowledgable, patiently answering all our questions, and making sure we were totally satisfied with our purchase. Traded in our 2016 platinum explorer on a 2018 wrangler sahara 4 door. Great experience. Feel bad we forgot to ask for Reece when we went in since he helped us last year when we visited. Mike Roman was very helpful. Even after we signed the papers Tito in financing kept looking at our deal and was able to get us a better interest rate with another bank. Castle Subaru also doesnt have crazy dealer prep fees. We will definitely be repeat customers!!

I was extremely happy with my most recent service experience at Castle. I stopped by without an appointment in the afternoon because my tire wasn’t holding air. They assessed things quickly and got me on my way with new tires and provided a loaner car since it was late in the day and they needed to handle it the next day. Mario was my service advisor and was quick, efficient, and courteous. I was extremely happy with my service and I must say that in 3 years of service there I have been overall extremely happy. In that time, I have only had one issue, which was an error in pricing, and it was remedied quickly and fully.

As a car enthusiast I tend to buy one or two cars a year as I try new things. I can confidently say that my experience with Castle Subaru was one of the best used car buying experiences I have ever had. I do not know if they are highly organized out of necessity for COVID or if that is just their nature, but the communication and efficiency was off the charts.I bought my car remotely from a few states away; Tiffany, Shane, and Lisa worked together to ensure that my questions were answered and the transaction went smoothly. They sent me additional photos, evaluated my trade (and honored their quote), and answered my questions before I even stepped foot in the dealer. I left my house knowing exactly what I was going to pay, and the folks at Castle honored every statement which isnt always the case in this industry. I was also highly impressed that Shane did a fair amount of research on his personal time to learn more about the car he sold me.I would be happy to make another deal with Castle in the future.

Excellent experience across the board. I had Shane as my salesman and he did a great job. Trusted my knowledge of the vehicle to not over explain everything but also made clear certain details on selling points. Purchased a 2021 Ascent Touring, the price we settled in was several thousand left than other Indiana area Subaru dealers. They offered additional warranty packages but weren’t overly pushy with it which is appreciated. I’ve had the vehicle for about a month now and are very pleased so far with it. Highly recommend this dealer to someone who wants to make the drive up from Indianapolis and save some money.

I wish we had been told the hitch that was installed was a 1 1/4 not a 2. We would have requested the larger Incase a larger camper is bot in the future.

We arrived at the prearranged time and the car was ready for our test drive. Overall we spent about three hours at the dealership buying the car. That is pretty good overall! The time actually would have been a less but there were issues pulling the credit report (issue seemed to be with the credit bureau). The salesperson was very friendly and did a nice job. The finance person was also pretty good and got us in and out relatively quickly.
I recently bought my third car from Castle Subaru, and had another great experience with my salesman, Frank Salinas. Frank was very patient and pleasant with me. The dealership was very clean and they had a variety of vehicles on the lot. I will always buy my future Subarus from Frank at Castle!
3 hours to do an oil change on my WRX?????? Good thing I have a dash cam to view the footage of their little test drive. Oh, looked at it. Pretty abusive from what I see! Never getting service here again.

When we arrived the Ascent was pulled out front and waiting. Joe Amore was our salesman. Good guy with a lot of knowledge on the car and its features. Joe went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and made the experience enjoyable. We wanted to look at a different color combo but it was plowed in from the snow storm but they still pulled it up front for us. Dave in finance made that experience pleasurable as well, and I enjoyed the blues music he had on in the background. No one we dealt with was pushy or rude. This was my third time buying a new car and it was the best experience yet. We look forward to family trips in our new Ascent.
