They are always the best price because they are an insurance broker and can shop rates with many insurance companies. Dont choose a captured agent who can only sell you insurance with one company. I only dealt with the secretary. She came across like she was doing me a favor by talking to me.They apparently prefer to do business over the phone rather than in person.They told me they do not do just auto insurance you must have another policy like homeowners or renters.

When ever we call about anything, we get prompt courteous service. When our van was demolished by a hit and run driver in Chicago, Illinois on a weekend, quite a few years ago now, we made a phone call to the company. My daughter took photos, put them on a CD, and sent them direct by email to the company, and everything was done. Lynn in the Portage office was already aware of things and on Monday she sat down with us and gathered a little more info, and It was only a matter of two days and we had a different vehicle. In my opinion, the ethical level of the owners/top executives of Don Rick is disgusting. RUN they only care about how much money they make not contracts or people. Their pettiness cost me about 200 a month, thanks Don Rick. ... you should read the companies response it is funny they dont even follow up with my comments they rather discuss the fact that they were adding fake reviews for their own business.
