This is a great gym. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. They engage their members and treat you like family. The equipment is cleaned regularly by both the staff and the members. The facility is larger than it looks. It is not cramped and people are not on top of each other. There is a wide variety of machines and weights allowing for a wide range of workout programs. Personal training and group classes are available and both are solid options. The 24 our feature is nice. Quick and easy access allows you to get in and out and be as productive as you want to be. Get a membership, you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place.With the key fob, I have access twenty four seven to several convenient locations throughout the state (and even more if I was to travel out-of-state or internationally,) and they have great equipment, group programs and targeted regimens.The price per month of forty nine dollars is also quite reasonable.

Ive been going to this gym for 5 years and now doing small group training for about 18 months!! The trainers and other gym staff are amazing, especially Becca and Matt!! They both help to keep me on track with not only exercise but my diet! They are very aware of my limitations with my bad hips and always make sure i am staying within my Drs instructions, but still getting killer workouts!! I use to make excuses to not go to the gym and now Im here at least 4 times a week. Defintely would recommend this gym and the training classes!!

Really friendly staff, but the contracts can be tricky. Was not made aware that my annual membership auto-renewed and had a random “club enhancement” fee that apparently is charged every July. Asked some friends that have memberships also and they have not seen this annual charge come through. 🤔

Called to sign up for a membership and nobody was at the gym or ever answered the phone for 2 days in a row

I changed my review (from a 5 to a 2) in consideration of their response to our concerns about COVID-19. I needed to reduce my exposure as much as possible so I requested a suspension of my membership in regards to my concerns surrounding COVID-19 and was told that I needed a Doctors Excuse to do this. But, I dont have a medical reason, I have a professional reason.Within two days of my disappointing call, I received a message saying the gym has been closed for the time being citing my exact concerns. I understand that not many companies had plans surrounding these changes but if someone specifically brings up concerns and points out the issues, as a customer service response, it should be considered instead of blowing someone off on a strict company policy line.Recently, I received a text message that the gym was reopening on the same day that they sent it out (18th) with only a small mention of extra sanitation and social distancing. With the concerns that many people have, it would be nice to have a better understanding of what these measures are before we even consider heading back. While driving by, it looked like the front machines were spread an extra foot or two apart but the parking lot was packed! There is only one other small business in that lot so how were these measures performed?I wont be coming back anytime soon. Yep, locked into a contract where the management doesnt care about your safety concerns. Just, get em in and take the money is the feeling that I get.

Have been a member for 3+ years. Very clean gym and the staff is always pleasant. Plenty of equipment and they are always adding more and updating. I really like it because I can go there Anytime.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every month there is a more expensive charge, then not charging me because I’ve been out of work & no longer live in the area they take 350 dollars from me! You make me sick!!!

Really costly membership compared to others. That do have good services and a good team if you are willing to pay. Never had a trainer but they seem at least average

Nice facility with great equipment that never gets crowded. If you like to focus on your workout and not on socializing this could be the place for you!

So far I am disappointed with this gym. Charged me while they were closed for COVID-19, asked for a refund and a copy of my contract. Still never got both even after asking twice. Constantly blowing up my phone with text messages also making me uncomfortable to even come.

The trainer program is a pure scam, dont sign up for it. The gym is pretty good and has lots of equipment.

Sold my 18 year old (just turned) a gym membership. Told him he could cancel anytime. He went in to cancel and they told him he had 3 months to sell it to someone else. If he made a valiant effort they would cancel. They just charged him again....predatory practices.

Have called everyday for the past week trying to set up a time I can come in to start my membership that I won and everytime I get a voicemail. Very unprofessional.
