The company showed up at the property with no notice (someone was home but door bell was never rung), proceeded to replace the screen while trampling through the new flowers that I was growing. Upon finding the mess they made of my plants I contacted the office and spoke with two very nice ladies who assured they would get back to me in the morning... that was more than a week ago now. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The plants were in memory of a loved one that has passed, which made it even worse.

Screen Master, Steve answered questions quickly and in detail. Michelle in the office was communicative and easy to work with. And they bumped us up in there schedule to within a week for a complete large lanai panel replacement. Very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

Screen Masters did a phenomenal job with our new pool cage! We had our old pool cage removed and replaced, and had the front porch frame and screen removed and replaced as well. The communication between Michelle and Steve was beyond what we could have hoped for, and they kept us informed of what was going on with each step of the project from beginning to end. The crew was absolutely amazing and they worked incredibly hard to make sure every detail was perfect! I am completely thrilled and satisfied with everything theyve done and would highly recommend Screen Masters! FYI - we had the large picture window screen installed along the back portion of our lanai and LOVE the unobstructed open view it gives us!

They were friendly and easy to work with. I just needed some samples of their screen but they treated me like I was a big money customer. If they treat high paying customers anywhere near as good they treated me, then I absolutely recommend them!

They were hired as a sub contractor by my general contractor to reattach the pool cage to new work that was done to my home. I asked him to change one overhead beam for aesthetics and rescreen the whole cage as the old screen was brittle with age. That was separate from the main contract with the general contractor. After all was said & done, the new beam was an inch too short and they tried to attach the walls so it wouldn’t be seen. They also didn’t replace the old screen with the correct size on the sides. I got so tired of trying to convince him of the problems I finally agreed to a jury rigged attachment for the walls to the short beam and since the 2 week job stretched into a month, I let the screen size go. Now I have no-see-ems in my lanai all the time and every time it’s a bit windy my pool gets loaded with sand! Steve was very hard to work with and not very professional in his workmanship all the way around. The general was constantly having him redo things that weren’t level or plumb and cuts were made for the new connections that were just not mechanically correct. They had to come back at least twice to trim the screens both on walls and the top. One new wall and entry door are out of plumb. There comes a point in time that it’s just not feasible to call them back again....over and over for a month was enough. I’m living with the shoddy workmanship until I can afford to change it. I don’t want him on my property ever again!

Just had the lanai re-screened. I called three companies for estimates this was the only company that responded.They showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up when finished. Good work for a fair price.

We are so pleased with the work Screen Masters did building our lanai cage. They went way above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I grow orchids and hang them on lattice attached to the cage. They built me special frames between the supports so I could hang the lattice inset from the support bars. Their employees are courteous, professional and fantastic craftsmen!

They did a great job, I used to do this kind of work when I was younger and know what to look for. Excellent work and prompt service and the price was way less than what I was expecting. They picked up all waste and put it out for pickup by the road. I would definitely use them again. I call them on a Friday and it was finished on the following Monday. Very polite person on the phone and acted interested to speak to me. Wonderful experience, thank you all.

I cant say enough about Screen Masters. Called them twice for screens that had blown out, both times, they were here the same day to replace them. One place I called said I would have to wait 3 weeks! When another screen blew out, I decided to have it all replaced! I got a quick estimate and when I agreed, a crew was here the very next morning! They were very personable and worked their butts off, even though the rain! They did an outstanding job, and the price was significantly lower than the last outfit that did it! The only problem, which is not really their fault I suppose, was I requested the no seeum screen, dont bother, this morning I have already gotten bit at least a half dozen times! Sucks because I am the only person in my family that gets bit! Anyway, I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

They were very prompt with there service. Called Wednesday and they were there to Thursday. Kevin the installer was very nice and very good at the instruction plus the price was very reasonable.

Got a quote from absolute aluminum for a doggie door over $1000.00 and 6 weeks out. Screen masters did it for $225 door included and took less than a week. Installer was professional fast and did great work! Will use in the future for sure!

THE OWNER HAS BUSINESS ETHICS SUCH AS--NO FOLLOW UP, LIP SERVICE-MEANING HE WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR BUT DOES NOT MEAN IT. I SIGNED A CONTRACT ON OCT 17, 2016 WITH THE INTENTION OF BEING COMPLETED BY JAN 15, 2017. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE GROUND TO BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE CONCRETE AND IT IS NOW JAN 5, 2017. EXCUSES IS ALL I GET ON WHY IT COULDNT OR DIDNT GET DONE. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Screen masters built a pool cage per my design exactly as I wanted. I then had them add some more co.posite roof after the fact. Again just as I instructed. Would use them again

Quick and efficient.

Very unreliable and inconsiderate ! Screen Masters came out very promptly and gave us a estimate for 3 screen panel repairs . We agreed to the repairs and they were suppose to do the repair on either Wednesday or Thursday we waited around all day Wednesday and no call no show ! So we figured they would be out on Thursday . We waited until midday Thursday still no show or a phone call ! Finally after wasting over a day and a half we called to inquire what the problem was and the woman in the office stated that they would be out on Friday to do the repair ! Once again waited until Friday evening and no call no show ! Apparently this company feels that a paying customers time is of no importance !
