Came in with a completely shattered Samsung Galaxy A32 screen and walked out with one that looked like it just came out of the box. Very reasonable price to get the job done as well.. I came in because my son saw its great rating online from Illinois. My phone would be charging all night and have 19% in the morning. I had to travel at 7AM. I called and Josh said to come even if it was near 6. He declared your phone charging port is fine. Its your case. Its draining your charge because its a charging case. Hes honest. Told me to get a case for my Samsung 7 on Amazon. Never charged me a dime. Now charges!

Poor customer service and bad expectation setting. Staff definitely needs training on transparency and prioritization. They are only interested in things they can get done quickly with high markup i.e. screen replacement or simple troubleshoot they can charge the elderly in this area for.Brought in an Xbox One on a Saturday around noon for what was likely a hard drive failure. Was told that if it were a hard drive, it would be about an hour. If not they would have to diagnose and it would worst-case e end of day but theyd definitely let me know by days end.I didnt hear anything so about 30 minutes before closing I called. They said they were busy and just didnt have time to get to it yet, but would get to it first thing in the morning. Okay, no big deal. So, I wait until the end of the next day to call again, just to see of they had looked at it. I got the same excuse that they were just so busy that they couldnt get to it and again was told that it would be looked at first thing in the morning. I said, Okay no problem, I understand, but youve said the same thing now for 2 days and you havent even looked at it. He told me I was more than welcome to come pick it up I said no, I want it fixed, but Id rather you be honest with me about when you can get to it.Of course, they didnt get to it the next day, (Monday). In fact, I didnt hear from them until I called at EOB on Wednesday. I called in and was relieved to hear that it was actually a hard drive, and they ordered it. It should be done no later than Friday.Come Friday, about mid afternoon I called to confirm it would be ready. This time I was told that it STILL had not been diagnosed, that they once again were too busy and didnt have a chance to get to it. Again, I was told I am welcome to come pick it up.I got there to pick up my system and they didnt even return my power cord I had provided, though it was labeled and kept together. I informed them about the experience I had, that they continuously kept putting me off instead of being honest about the time frame and they still refused to take any sort of accountability. Instead, they blamed being understaffed and having a lot of customers bringing in devices. Then, they let the secret slip, that they prioritize repairs over diagnostics. I asked if that meant they had basically been cascading dozens of screen replacements and quick fixes ahead of me and he confirmed that that does sometimes happen.Well, it doesnt sometimes happen. Its regular practice. More than anything, they showed a complete lack of integrity and accountability. There was no proactive communication, nobody seemed to care about gaining or losing business. I certainly dont recommend their services. I cant even tell you if theyre good at what they do because theyre so bad at getting to work I never found out.I spent a fraction of what they were charging for a standard HDD and got a solid state and all the tools I needed to get the job done from Best Buy. I then spent about 30 min. Following a YouTube video along to replace the hard drive myself. Turns out it was a hard drive. Now its fixed and I know better than to bring anything to these clowns.

I had the displeasure of coming here as a result of an insurance claim. I simply had to drop my unit off so it could be returned to the insurer. The employees were in the back swearing at each other rather than dealing with the customers in line in front of me. When one did finally return he spent about 20 seconds with the older gentleman handing him a pamphlet stating the service he needed was $250 and once he arranged it, to return the phone to them, and sent him on his way. Poor guy looked confused as heck. Why not just help him with the process right there? You guys are supposed to be the experts.Ill avoid this place for the time being, hopefully theyll hire someone with a bit of professionalism.

I have a Galaxy s8, and it is a 4 year old phone. I was going to get something and I dropped the phone on my tile floor. Right away I noticed and I looked up places to fix the phone and I saw uBreakiFix with a 4.9 review on google maps knowing that I would go there to get my phone fixed. My only complaint was the cost of the phone repair, but I understand the reason why the repair was so pricey ( it was because of the technology underneath the screen ) which I am not as upset about it. I didnt have insurance on the phone but it didnt really make me upset because its and old phone. I came back with the phone and it was so amazing! The phone looked like it was just bought. Any breaks in electronics that I encounter, will be a definite trip to uBreakiFix. And again Im very thankful about the amazing work done on the phone.

Everyone at the port charlotte location was helpful and super nice. Most importantly they were able to figure out what was going on with my laptop. It was a glitch that didnt require anything past the diognostics step, so there wasno charge!

Phone battery started dying, and my pixel b literally told me its covered via recall and to take it in to uBreakiFix. has it back in my hands in 4 hours. word of advise... they dont know your phone warranty situation so its your responsibility to show whats covered.

I stopped by late morning on Saturday to ask about moving pics from my phone to my chromebook (according to mom, chromebooks are their specialty 🤷‍♀️). The place was clean & tidy; the associate that helped me was extremely pleasant as well as knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long, there were two people in line ahead of me who were assisted with the same pleasantries i received.

They replaced my rear camera on my Note 9 due to a factory defect. Its great that they are paired with Samsung Care.They were able to take apart the phone without taking off my Dbrand skin.However, they did accidentally peel off my screen protector and tried to put it back on, but Im not even mad, its expected.Everything works as it should. Called to see if they had a part to our broken phone. They were fast and courteous and let us know they did have the part. To replace the screen was going to be $239, $39 more than our insurance deductible but we would be able to get it fixed right away. Long story short Scott let us know that since we had insurance we could put in a claim and get the screen fixed for only $30. They already had our business and didn’t have to tell us about this since our insurance provider didn’t but wow- glad they did! Thank you so much Scott!!!! Not worth the money. Use them multiple times, last time I use them I waited over two hours to have my phone fixed and the home button was no longer working it worked when I dropped the phone off. I asked for temper glass and the guy did not put it on right causing it to become extremely dirty and unusual by day two. Screen constantly Glitches out, I can’t even make out a full text message without having to shut it off and turn it back on. I used them one other time lprior to this and within three days the internal screen of my replacement screen was turning all black. The last time I went I waited over two hours to finally get it fixed I saw maybe three people walk into the store in that time. There was no reason that should’ve taken that long after the man had tried to put different screens on to see if that would fix the home button and could do them within relatively 10 minutes
