Glad he has such a nice manager, and hope she lasts a long time. Owner is a scam artist and completely unprofessional. If he wasnt I would not be using my time to leave bad reviews for him. Cant tell the whole story, just know your money is best spent somewhere else! He has three active accounts on Google because he is trying to evade his poor reputation and reviews.
