Cheapest place around to have my phone screen fixed. Brought it in they had the parts in stock and had my phone fixed within an hour for $89 no appointment needed. Everywhere else I called was $ 140 $160.

I was very pleased with my battery replacement today. We arrived earlier than expected but the technician greeted us and started right to work.Several papers were signed and off he went with the promise it would be done in about 10 minutes. My husband and I went for a 10 minute walk and when we returned my IPhone 6 was ready and waiting with a new battery!I couldn’t believe how easy they made this seem! Ive never been in a Batteries Plus store before but my first experience was great! The staff was friendly, wonderful and polite! They fixed my phone in said amount of time and it turned out great. I LOVED this place! A lot of cool, unique & cute little gadgets here too!!! Would recommend 100%! Definitely deserves more business imo!

Very very pleased. I made an appointment on-line, which also pulled up a coupon. They assessed the phone, confirmed it was a battery issue, told me it would take 15 - 20 minutes to repair, but actually only seemed about 10. The staff was very informative, pleasant and patient - not only with me but with other customers. They explained their recycling program, which is important to me and commendable of them, and also the warranty on repair and parts. I couldnt be happier! Thank you B+B Port Charlotte!

I’m torn on this review for few reasons.....The store itself and the employees were all phenomenal; very nice, polite and eager to help.The negative is the mere fact that the phone still doesn’t work properly.Brought an iPhone 6 in because the screen was pretty much inoperable. It would not respond to any touch.Ultimately the screen was changed out which resulted in it working quite well for the 5 minutes or so I was still there signing docs and paying ($80 plus tax) but as soon as I got home with the phone, it’s working sporadically (at best).24 hours later and still the same. It works maybe 30-40% of the time.

So far, so good... my iPhone 7+ was developing an “issue” with not holding a charge, crashing/shutting down, etc. that was beyond annoying. A visit to nearby retail store provided a clue, “it’s the battery,” further confirmed by a visit to Batteries Plus. A brief hour later... it’s as if I had a new phone and great performance (seems to be faster... but perhaps the lack of waiting for it to restart/reboot contributed to that). Overall, I’m very pleased.... was asked to “hang onto the old battery and if within two weeks you’re not satisfied... bring it back and we will swap it out.” Very cool!

Ingrid greeted me with a smile and explained the service they could offer to replace my phone battery and what else they would check to make sure my phone was working properly. The battery was replaced very quickly and the price was reasonable. Would recommend highly.

I dropped my phone and needed to have an entire screen replaced. Batteries and Bulbs in Port Charlotte repaired my phone for me in less than an hour, also including a thick protective screen. I have had my phone for almost five years and it now looks like a brand new one. The customer service there is always great, I have been there several times from Arcadia with my sisters to have their phones repaired and also bought a battery there before myself (they can also check the battery before you buy one). I highly recommend them for any repair services needed on your phone. ☺

Im so excited to have my phone in good working order, and with a beautiful face. I had dropped it in the driveway, and the face was shattered. not only bad looking, but dangerous for finger cuts.Thanks to Scott at Batteries Plus in Port Charlotte Im in business again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have a watch that needs a battery, and thats where I will go.

My salesman had zip personality. I could hear other salesmen explaining things to their clients, etc. etc. I got the battery replaced in my I-Phone and so far do not see much difference in the one that was orignally in the phone. Ill give it a few more days. He did say that there was a 7 or 14 return policy.

The repair went exactly as I wanted it to. I was treated well, my phone was thoroughly checked before being worked on, and the new battery is functioning perfectly. Its what I wanted, and I got exactly what I wanted at a good, fair price.

Not impressed.

Employees dont have accurate information. I was told they didnt have the screen in stock. Then is told that they had it. Then, after I dropped my phone off to be repaired, they called me to tell me that they didnt have. I ended up going two days without my phone. Very aggravating. Once I got the phone back, the repair was done well.

I saw I could make an appointment to go to batteries plus for a new cell phone battery. I received a $10 discount for making my appointment on line. Dropped off my phone, did some errands and an hour later got my phone back as good as a new one. Cost was 59.00. Thanks battery plus

Very pleased with staff. How quickly they replaced my IPhone 6 battery. How quickly I got my appointment (30 mins later). If anyone has tried and the key word is tried to get your battery replaced by Apple you know the huge hassle it is. Than you battery plus!!!

It’s not the first time I’ve used this batteries plus store. The staff is very helpfull, knowledgeable & very pleasant. They go out of there way to assist in every way they can. When I told them that I’m having problems since I’ve moved to Port Charlotte, only 8 miles, from North port, the gentleman checked my phone to make sure what should be on was & shouldn’t be on wasn’t !! He didn’t “just” sell me a battery for my I phone. The service I get there is the reason why I always go back there. 🌻

Went in an hour before close because my screen stopped displaying anything on my iPhone and they had a new screen on in the time it took me to go next door to taco bell and come back. They provide a 6 month warranty on new phone screens and it was FIFTY DOLLARS cheaper than the kiosk in the mall that does it. Highly recommend.

Brought in non-working Iphone 6. Thought it might need a new battery but might be some other problem. new battery installed in 15 minutes. The 14 day guarantee of full refund made the repair practical if the battery was not the problem. Iphone works fine now.

My Samsung Galaxy S8 screen failed 11 months after i broke the screen. Initially over the phone i was quoted one price... on site the price was over $100 more. I must say their service was fast and accurate. Even the stickers on back of the phone were undamaged. Phone and screen work great again. I dont like the price my company had to pay but they did give me a discount.Batteries Bulbs + has become the new Radio Shack of our age Blessings, John 20:29PS... The Other repair shops didnt even have the part to fix my Galaxy S8, but Batteries Plus did.

The phone repair is great except the volume buttoms dont work now everything else is great. Looks real good. Clean job. Need the volume bottoms to work.

Brought my Kindle in for a battery replacement and they broke the screen which they covered and replaced. I have shopped here many times and will continue to do so because of their great customer service.

Took almost a month for my Galaxy Tab 3 battery to arrive. I had to pay in advance and was told battery will be in about 7 days and also Id recieve a call. No call came. After 7 days, i called them and was told truck late from snow storm and well call you after another 7 days. Seemed plausible but after another 7 days no call came. I called them and was told sometimes things just dont show up but another truck in another 7 days should have my battery. Ground Hog Again wait anither 7 days and well call. I finally drive there to get a refund. Battery showed up on day 30. They told me to leave tablet and come back in a few hours. Six people benind counter doing pretty much nothing, no customers in store and itll take a few hours to open tablet and change battery. I asked for the phone number to the companys headquarters and magically battery done in 15 minutes while i wait. Should have just got battery from Amazon the first time. Lesson learned.

Throughly reviewed phone 📱 operation and confirmed specific repair required. This was my 3rd visit. 1st was for a cracked glass. After repair the screen failed for the 2nd repair at no additional cost. 3rd and I hope the final repair was the replacement of the front camera and proximity switch which was causing problems with phone calls as it was not switching of the touch screen. This may have been damaged in original fall or repair. Who knows for sure. They replaced at a reduced price and was working again in a few hours. Each time they have been reasonable to work with and pleasant to resolve issues. Importantally they have been prompt in their handling and repair.

Well worth the trip. Explained before and after how and what would be done.

Went and got my Samsung Galaxy s8 screen fixed and the LCD was bleeding and they didnt clean my camera so now I cant use my main camera they said they would fix it for free I still hope thats the case they told me they would write down my name and fix it for free
