Jim has such an awesome personality. Jim is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining. I have been with this company for a couple of years now. This company is affordable and their product is family and pet friendly with no odor. My only setback is I wish the lady Anne who handles the calls, can be a little more pleasant and relax when scheduling, and handling the calls. I know its not easy running a business but despite all the hectic chaos customer satisfaction is what keeps your customers happy and, maintains your business, by spreading the good word for the business. Overall l rate this company a 5 star

My wife and I had a great experience with All Service Pest Management. Unfortunately we found ourselves with a termite issue only a few weeks after purchasing a home. Joe and Jim came out and quickly diagnosed our situation and had the materials to start treatment right away. They provided extensive knowledge and were able to make us feel at ease. They did a fantastic job!

Joe was amazing!! My son had been having very severe allergic reactions to the bugs in our yard Joe came right out and sprayed the yard for us. He was kind, on time, professional, and the job worked perfectly. My son no longer suffers from allergic reactions to the bugs in our yard!!

The simple things that seem to be gone from society today are still in place with this business. Office staff was excellent with communication and scheduling. The workers on site were extremely respectful. They introduced themselves and even offered to remove their shoes before entering the home. All questions were answered and they took the time to explain exact what they has performed. I had all service pest management inc. come out today and I must say I am pleased with the work. Jim the technician they sent to me is the best! I cannot say enough about Joe and All Service Pest Management! We live near a canal and have mosquitoes horribly bad. Joe set us up with a bug zapper 3000 (not sure of the actual name) and it has been a godsend! It makes evenings on the lanai more enjoyable and keeps my adventurous boys from being eaten alive. Those same adventurous boys created a perfect home for rats in our shed.... they had bedding, food, and water! Joe was able to bait and eliminate all of our rodent issues super fast! I will definitely continue to use this company!

I call office and the lady is RUDE. I ask why they didn’t put a trap on roof to catch what was getting in. She said they did ! What a liar! When the guy was here he even walked me through exactly where he was putting everything. The service manager is rude and I will never go through this company again. She said they’ll send a guy out to check it again... doubt it last time after I called when they caught something and said they picked it up. I go home and they thing sat outside for 3 days before they came to pick it up. I never give bad reviews but this was worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of company. The guys coming out to the house get 5 stars. The office is what ruins the experience.

We had a rodent problem due to holes in the skirting of oour mobile home. I call all service They were prompt in providing service after the skirting had been replaced .Very informed, Within days our problem was resolved.We also now have protection from then entering our house again.

Promenades plaza in Port CharlotteWe hired All service pest management to service our tenant (Port Charlotte police station),we had a bat issue they came in and they evicted the bats in a humane manner, wich was very important for promenades plaza and the sheriff,they also recommended to install bat boxes thru out the palza wich they did,prices are more then fare,will diffently use them again for any pest control issues we have at promenades plaza thank you for your great service

Have been a loyal customer with 2 homes for many years.The operatives who treat the home have always been great. The problem is the old witch who answers the phone in the office. She is not the owner or manager but thinks she is. Goes out of the way to be as difficult, rude, unhelpful and obstructive as posssible.Even the emplyees say she should have been retired years ago.She decided that an ant invasion would not be covered (even though I pay for inside and outside pest control) and would not honor their free call out in the event of as problem. Asked for a call from the owner never happened. This company do not deserve your business- So much for looking after a loyal customer of many years standing. I just cannot face battling the old crone on the end of the phone any longer.

These people come into my apartment without forewarning about once or twice a month. On three occasions now they have left without locking my door. If I had a choice, I would require that they call ahead or post their schedule publicly.

Lady that answers the phone is beyond rude--should really consider getting a new secretary.
