They are awful. A terrible company. Over priced. Left hand doesnt know what the right is doing. If I could do a negative star of 3 that would be my input. So sad. Wont give a refund of monies due, please!!!!!! Wont be good for them in the long run for refunds due customers.

Excellent prompt service always. Hired Massey for my residence because they of their service at my employment was always so prompt, it being a school and having the playground treated within hours of a phone call, techs are super friendly and know what they are doing. Now getting the same service at my home.

Massey Pest Control has seriously been nothing but wonderful to us. The staff on the phone is always polite and have no issues scheduling quick appointments. Mike, the service tech, is so polite and professional and knows his stuff. We had fire ants in the yard come back prior to our quarterly appointment, so we called to schedule an appointment. The office told us that our normal scheduled appointment was in 3 days and asked us if that would be okay. We said yes and appreciated their help. Mike ended up stopping by the same day we called and fixed the ant problem. Nothing but good things to say about the company and the people who work there.

They promise the moon and stars, dont believe the sales person that comes to your house, their not cheap. I got a new company in one visit the grass is thicker and greener than Masseys and its still dormant now. Masseys had it for 6 months and still looked terrible and they didnt even have it in the dormant season. Oh yeah the money back guarantee is only a percentage even though the never fixed what I hired them for, i was an experiment I guess. Canceled three weeks ago still wanting for my part return! Dont go cooperate!!

Massey does most of the things you need to eliminate Florida’s bugs, including termite control for your home and insects that could destroy your lawn and shrubs. They will fertilize your lawn and apply weed killer too.Their staff is competent, professional and very friendly. It’s a large company with thousands of customers, so sometimes things fall through the cracks. But because of their size they have deep resources and will be there when you need them. Licensed, bonded and trained. Not all of the smaller operators can say this. Massey is also very price competitive. I know, I shopped around. If you want a single service provider, Massey is a good way to go.

Termite ContractI have been with Massey for two years (2017), I didnt have any problems. I renewed my contract a month ago, I am asked to make an inspection for my home. I got an appointment. The inspector came to my home, but he couldnt get into the attic, he didnt have a ladder. Each year the inspector checked my attic. I made a phone call to send another inspector but the customer service told me that your attic not covered. How come if each year they checked my attic without telling that I didnt have a cover for my attic and a dry wall??? I called the customer service to explain it to me. She told me in a rude way when the inspector comes to you he will explain that to you. if the policy doesnt cover the attic and dry wall, what am I paying for?????

Walked in the house never knocked or sayed who he was. I think he gave the ants food because i have triple the amount of ant hills.

When my house was built a few years ago Massey was the one who treated the foundation for termites. So after 1 year I called the local office to come and inspect the house. I thought that was part of the program to come and inspect the house, they refused and told me unless I was having a problem. I told them I did not have a problem but I want them to check anyway. Finally a woman came, and all she did was asked me questions, she did not check anything or spray anything. After she left I went ahead and cancel the service and got someone else. Now every two to three months I get an inspection, the house gets treated outside and checked inside, trees get treated and the lawn as well. Now Massey keep sending me useless mail to come back with them, well if you are reading this Stop wasting your time they go in the trash automatically. I will never be your customer again.

Only does the bare minimum, spray in the kitchen front and rear entrances and spread general outdoor pellets. Did not look in the attic and did not remove webs, coccoons or dabbed nests...

Service people were very knowledgeable and effect was immediate with pest control.

I had a local company for my quarterly pest control for years. After having four applications at my rental property for German roaches to no avail, it was time to hire someone else. Massey came in and did one German reach clean out. My tenants never even called the tech back once. Im sold on Massey for this reason alone. The icing on the cake is the level of service they provide along with the safety of their products. They sell a pest prevention service as opposed to the old fashioned interior spraying.

Good service but it takes more than 1 treatment . at 50$.

Were to spray under my concrete foundation for termite protection. But they were to busy. Put bait traps around and now they want me to pay to have them inspected. That not happening.
