Though the service technician was prompt, courteous and seemingly knowledgeable, the problem was never fully resolved. My callbacks to the service/ sales representative were fruitless and met with general dismissal. Im unsure why a contract was even necessary.I will say, positively, that on a separate occasion I called with a bee dilemma and the tech that came to my home was wonderful, expertly knowledgeable and very fair and honest.$800 and a signed contract later (not for the bees) and Im still dealing with the same problem I started with. Rats.

After 3 different lawn and pest control companies finally we found the ones who don’t make excuses only solutions. My lawn looks like a pga golf course and I haven’t seen a bug in my house or pool area in 4 months now

From the people who answer the phone, to our service technicians. Travis does our yard and is always pleasant and professional on the phone when he calls to confirm our appointment. I moved into a rental that was infested with roaches. They came in and with consistent treatments the roaches were gone. Their personnel are clean cut, polite, professional and on time. I have full intentions of using A-1 Superior Pest Control on a scheduled basis. Very impressive.

Im sorry the technician is a big lazy, i walk with him several times to take care the weeds i had and he ignored.. i complains to the office and they did just like the technician. Terrible service!

I hired this company to maintain my lawn, to keep it green, lush and free of weeds. I purchased the service for a one year period beginning April 2012. By September my lush lawn had large brown patches of dead grass all over both front and back. Brian the owner apologized and said he would re-sod the front immediately and re-plant the back in the spring (the only time seeding can be done). The re-sodding was completed however from the beginning it looked patched in and still does today 8 months later. There are MORE brown spots in my front yard and the back has never been re-seeded as promised in addition I received a bill for service provided last month. No one from the company ever called to inform me that my contract was up or to see if I even wanted to continue my service. I called last week, spoke with the receptionist and was told Brian would call me within the hour, it has now been a week and still no phone call, no re-seeding and a brown screwed up lawn. I am not continuing my service and suggest you NEVER begin yours.
