I have had a bad experience with Elite Inspections and Pest Solutions.With their first full treatment of my lawn in August (fertilization, weed control, and pest control), they damaged my lawn; dead grass around curbing and house foundation, and dead/thin grass throughout the lawn. Their photos prior to their treatment show that my lawn was full and green and healthy prior to their service and then this happened just after their service. The owner denies any responsibility. He first blamed the mowing guy, then me (for spraying Round-Up on these areas) then the trees for giving shade.The owner would not stand behind the damages. Beware!

This company was referred by my realtor one of the only things she and her husband/partner did right.I cannot say how happy I was to find that they handled pest control as well as inspections. I hired them to handle bug control of my new home and had the pleasure to have a technician named Mary Ellen . She was thorough and professional as well as pleasant to talk with .I would gladly recommend Elite inspections and Pest !

Came out and did a very detailed home inspection for average cost. They were very informative during inspection and showed things to look for as a new home buyer. After inspection we hired them for pest control and prevention and they were very informative and did a very good job. They showed us ways to check for bugs in popular spots in the home and taught us things about different types of bugs. Overall very good company and very good at what they do, would definitely recommend.

We have been clients of Elite since September of 2018. They were referred by our real estate agent and we were initially happy with the service they provided.Over the last year, their customer service has decreased sharply. It started with little things like techs showing up without appointments and claiming they called and/or text us even though we had no missed calls or text messages. Annoying, but I was unwilling at that point to do the leg work to find a new provider. The final straw was when we ended up with rodents in our attic due to a missing vent cap. Elite provided a one-year contract for $850. We were originally told they would use high tech traps that would alert them as soon as the trap was sprung When they showed up on the morning of Friday, September 3 to set the trap, Elite brought standard (not high-tech) traps with the explanation that they had problems with the trap provider. My husband heard the trap spring Friday morning. Elite did not come back until Tuesday, September 7th even though they said they would be back on Monday. If they did not plan to work the holiday Monday, the trap should have been checked by Saturday.The rodent was left STEWING in the Florida heat for four days. Our house REEKED so bad of decaying animal matter that it was almost uninhabitable. I was left to put out bowls of vinegar and bowls of cleaning solution to ty and cover the scent. Even with wearing a mask (including when we went to bed) the stench was horrible, caused headaches and nausea and was off putting to our dogs. When they finally came out to pick up the trap Tuesday (9/7) they refused to apply a sanitizer or deodorizer. I emailed and text several messages to the office and the office manager. The snippy response I received from the office manager was that they tried to call me twice that morning. Unfortunately, some of us have jobs where we cannot drop everything to take a phone call. Fast forward to Thursday (9/9) the technician came out to check the trap and let my husband know that they are “busy with big jobs”. After that he had the nerve to ask my husband for a bag to put the trap in. If they are so busy with big job, they should not accept “small jobs”.My emails to the office manager and the owner of the company expressing my dissatisfaction with the level of service we provided have gone unanswered. We are obviously not big enough of a contract for them to be worried about our business, so I have cancelled our service. Elite Inspection might want to consider changing their name to Mediocre Inspection because they are not providing an elite level of service and are obviously unconcerned with client satisfaction.

Great company to do business with. Always on time and very respectful employees. Weve had our home inspected from them as well as lawn (bugs be gone) care service.

Could not have been more satisfied with Elite Inspections and in particular Raymond Burke. The report I received was comprehensive and Mr. Burke was very accessible to answer questions and provide additional information. When I had a concern over a specific area of the home I was looking to purchase, he agreed to make return trip to look the area in more detail and contacted me right away so we could meet the inspection review deadline. I would recommend EI&PS to anyone needing fast response and quality work.

Selling our house, the buyer used these clowns for a home inspection. Despite Not marking one item as Unsatisfactory on the inspection report, the Inspector verbally told the buyers that the roof was shot and needed to be replaced! That killed the deal completely! I ended up paying to have the roof evaluated by a certified roof inspector and he gave the roof 4-5 years. We did have a leak at the seam of 2 lanai roofs, which we were repairing but even with that, he marked the roof Satisfactory on the report itself. These people are incompetent!

I cannot say enough good about Elite Inspections and Pest Solutions. We have been using there service since we moved to Englewood, FL in 2018. They do a fantastic and very thorough job with both pest control and lawn and shrub treatment. There price is very fair and when you need them outside of the regularly scheduled service time, they are right there.

I had an inspection done by these people. I have no idea what they did. I cant imaging anybody this bad so it makes me wonder if they had some skin in the game by giving me a glowing report.. To name a few; Kitchen drawers werent working, faucets were leaking, outlets werent working etc.if i could give them a negative number I would. Dont trust them or do any business with them

Roy was very helpful and did a great job in spraying my house and shed. He also address the ghost ant issue I was seeing. He advised he put bait outside the house to draw them outside. He stated never put bait inside the house or you will draw more in. Never thought of that. Very happy with this service.

Applicator today did not take the hose from the truck behind the house, only applied a product from the tank on his back. Thus, spent less time than the Owner had when he worked for us last year. I need an explanation.
