My torque converter went on my Ford Taurus, and they were happy to take my car the very same day I called and asked, and went above and beyond telling me about how long to expect until it would be fixed, and exactly how much it would cost before I even had it towed to their yard. They made sure to give her a really good once over and mentioned a few minor things I should just keep an eye out on, which I appreciate. Their pricing was way more than fair and they didnt take advantage of a young woman who knows nothing about cars, which is actually very refreshing. They took amazing care of the last thing I have left of my grandfather, his car, and they now forever have my business. I really cant recommend these people enough.
