My fiancé recently went to this nail salon and had a horrible experience. She was forced out of her chair 4 separate times by customers deemed more important than her, despite having started already. Her technician was incredibly rude and continuously blamed her for mistakes he made while giving her nails a polish. At one point, he took a phone call and completely stopped paying attention to his work. He also harassed her about what she wanted to be done and wouldnt stop pushing more expensive procedures. She was incredibly disappointed with the results. It was $20 wasted on a polish job that she could have done better herself.

I always make sure Kevin do my nails PERIOD!!! My toes I go to nina.. My daughter loves Coco she does an awesome job on her toes and eyebrows.

My nail technician at another salon was on vacation so I decided to use this Nail & Spa Salon since it was closer to home, big mistake..I greeted the her and she just nodded her head.The nail technician used the electric file and put multiple indents in my nails & burned my cubical on my right big toe. These indents are beyond filing out.Nail tech., tools not sharp, could not cut my toe nails and she started to use the cubical snip to cut my toe nails.This place use to be know for hospitity. We were not offered any beverages until we were about to leave after the nail tech., heard another tech., offer their client a beverage.Massage chair didnt work. They charged me $43 for a packet to put in the water but water jets did not work, so all the packet contents set in the bottom of water.They turned on hot water only while our feet are sitting in the water, had to tell they 3 times its too hot.Not organized, they have to walk and get supplies that were supposed to be in their tool box that they carry around.They left wax on our feet that we had to clean off after we left.Surprised at the end, when they pointed to a that said, if you Bill is more then $60 and you are playing with an card you will need to use the ATM and be charged a $3 fée to get money to pay. (Due to the Covid Pandemic). Glad I carried some extra cash in my pocket.

Kevin always does a fantastic job on my nails😍. Coco does my Toes and eyebrows as well and does really good!!!!

WOW I cant tell you how utterly impressed I am by this place. First of all I showed up ten minutes before closing and they still did my nails. And Vicky did absolutely amazing. I dont think Ive ever seen my nails look this good before!!!! And she was fast! I think I just found my new nail tech!!!! definitely recommend coming here!

It was unsanitary and application was messy and I got charged $47 😐 I got it done yesterday

I asked for a hand massage and my nails to be repainted. $20 later including tip this is what I ended up with. I specifically asked that the entire nail be covered several times. Its not gel just nail polish on my natural nail.

Terrible Experience. Can’t believe how unprofessional and uneducated way of speaking to a client. Had my son with me he was crying I understand some people get annoyed of a crying baby. But it is nonsense how one of the Lady’s came up to me and she said I was ruining her clients because of my son. You don’t do that I said: “ I am your client as well, and I’m paying for my service.” Terrible! The way she spoke to me was not right. Please don’t support this place!!!!!!

Great employees but they need to wipe down and clean more often. Following the covid 19 protocol is very important, especially if we are still supporting the business. Another problem is, theres a worker always arguing with other employees and always on the phone very loud.

Great workers! Monique did an amazing job on my nails 😍.... the owner on the other hand, she is a B. I would reccomend this place because they do a good job but I wouldnt reccomend it due to the nasty owner, which starts on you but doesnt finish. If it gets busy and she was the only one available, I would either wait for someone else or just go somewhere else. I paid almost 300 bucks the last time I went and everything was good til she started working on my lashes and nails. Omg just because the owner gave me a very bad experience the last time. Walked in 30 mins after they opened and only one person was there and told me the rest would show up in 10 mins and to just take a seat, 10-15 mins later everyone else shows up and the owner and this other worker were screaming and chasing each other around the salon and couldn’t care less about the clients there that were supposed to be relaxing, whole time I was thinking a fight was about to break out because they kept screaming in and out of the salon so unprofessional!!! There was flys everywhere and kept disturbing me and the other clients, they don’t wipe anything done or use anything clean and have poor covid safety precautions, nails came out lumpy and slanted !!! Absolutely horrible and will never come back again or have my friends come back !!!

This was my first time getting my nails done. They were very kind with a good attitude. Very focused on there work and always ask to make sure I like the design and shape of nails. I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Florida. There prolly the only nail salon I’ll be using from now on. 😊

Me and my best friend booked an appointment for mani-pedis last minute which can go either way but we had a great experience! We paid extra for the spa pedicure and it was worth it - my feet left feeling great and we got some beverages to go with 🥰 my gel manicure lasted two weeks which is impressive for me because I work with my hands all day as a baker! Just be aware it’s cash only, but they have an atm there. It didn’t work with my card, though that could have been because we were from out of state. Super friendly!

Dirty, distracted while doing nails, the husband of the owner is the only good mail tech and the pedis a great if they changed the bags on the tub part.

Omg I found my new spot, its been hard to find a good nail tech, but Mia is wonderful, she does a awesome job, i already made my 2nd appt.

It is filthy. Staff walk around barefoot and the bottoms of their feet were black. I made an appointment online for a full dip set, after I arrived I was harassed 4 more times to get a pedicure and was about to walk out. The instruments are not new nor sterilized. And there was no trying to even hide that. The man who did my nails filed 2 cuts in 2 different fingers. The staffed paused working multiple times to have full on conversations with each other. So, I will not be returning. Hopefully this review will cause some positive changes for the salon.

PLEASE BE AWARE they use the same foot scrubbers and appliances on all customers. They are suppose to clean behind each person, And use clean appliances especially when doing pedicures. Also VERY unorganized, people who have appointments having to wait hour to be seen.

Always great service! Front desk girl is the jack of all trades, she’s everywhere doing everything and the service is fast. Love Kevin and his brother. They do a great job and are speedy with getting you in and out. Love it here

Worse experience acrylic poorly done. Within a week I had 3 nails break in the same spot, the nail art faded off within 2 days, my pedicure was not satisfied and the lady who waxed my eyebrows burnt my skin and took some off. My daughter polish changed was horrible. This place ruined our mommy and me day. We will never return here and I dont advice anyone to come.

Very disappointing! I purchased a Groupon for a manicure/pedicure. I called to make an appointment. I told the gentleman on the phone that I had the Groupon. He told me to come in at 2:30. I arrived at 2:25 and was told that there was a 15-20min wait but I could let my feet soak. The chair was filthy (see attached picture). The area around the chairs was filthy as well- dead skin shavings left on the floor from the pedicure before. I sat waiting for my appointment. Around 2:55 a women came over and told me 5 more mins. She reached into the hamper near by and pulled out two unfolded towels that appeared dirty. I then asked if they were clean and she replied “yes, this is our clean hamper we just don’t fold them. See they aren’t wet”. She began giving me a pedicure and asked if I also wanted a manicure. I told her that is what I had made an appointment for. She then told me that they wouldn’t have time for that today. I was very confused because an hour earlier when I called to make an appointment they had time for both. I told her I was all set and ready to leave. She dried my feet and off I went. As I was getting out of my chair a large bug ran across the floor. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by my experience. I am shocked that a salon so poorly managed and dirty is able to stay in business.

Went in for a pedicure, and walked out looking like all I had done was a color change. It definitely was not the pedicure experience I was accustomed to, anywhere else would clean up and scrub your feet throughly and also massage your legs. But I got none of that today. Just my nails cleaned up and gel polish put on. I definitely will not be returning

This place is very unorganized. The owner smokes in front of the shop...awful his name is Kevin..messy. his wife is very nice but the employees arrive to work late and when they feel like it. This is not a professional place. Plus social distancing was awful...i wish I had a video to post. I will not return..I deserve better in the middle of a pandemic

This was the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. I had a dip manicure that completely destroyed my nails! A month later and my nails are still breaking from the damage. On top of the awful quality, the salon was dirty, and one of the technicians was walking around barefoot.

Walked in and no one came to greet or attend us. No one was there (should have been a sign). The lady I walked past outside finally came in after 10mins still on her phone. Pointed to a chair in the back. Before doing my eyebrows she never washed her hands. While doing them she kept scratching away stray hairs with her long dirty nails. I have never been to a more unclean nail salon in my life. I was considering getting a fill while I was there and after the eyebrow lady I decided not to take my chances. Bound to catch something. She didn’t clean the tweezers before or after she did my eyebrows. She just put them back in the box with other tools. Barf.

Disorganized … it was my first time and I never want to go back they are not kind, literally your nails suffer in that place they are not careful with your nails

HORRIBLE!!! Mani and pedi were very bad. She kept rushing and doing everything without caring about details or how bad it looked. It felt like she just changed my nails color. She started my GEL mani at 7pm and by 7:18pm I was “done”😂 definitely they need to be more detailed with what they do... my nails look bad... will never return to this place.At the end they were having a discussion with another client and when she left they kept talking about her in front of everybody and came to me to “tell me” what was happening, I asked her to do not tell me anything as it was not my business. WORST PLACE EVER.

I had a bad experience here with a Pedicure. Horribly done but hey! Maybe she was new. Then I decided to give them a second chance with the eye lashes. $140, I came 2 days ago and made an appointment, I was told by the male owner that his wife Vicki will do the job, no problem. I just came for my appointment and they made me wait confused about it. Asked me several times if I did have an appointment, they said Vicki was in the back. One guy came to me and said, Vicki had an emergency and she is not here (so, I thought she was in the back?) Can you come back later or tomorrow? I walked away and said absolutely not!!!

Kevin the manager is really the best when it comes to executing a shape when you do dip or acrylic! He has a pleasurable attitude, vert nice, and works real fast! Jojo is so sweet and did a great job on my deluxe pedicure. I’ve been coming to LS Nail Spa since they opened here in pompano. They’re the only nail spa I like coming to. I recommend these two. The place is big, nice and clean. It looks so pretty and refreshing inside with beautiful artwork. Love coming here.

My nails were I’ll fitted, I had to wait for the salon people to arrive, well after the time they open. High price, poor quality

Went in for deluxe manicure and pedicure. I did not get some of the services included with said packages and they didnt tell me gel cost $15 extra! I definitely dont recommend getting anything additional here, just the basics. I didnt get the deep tissue massage on the legs or 5 minute massage on my back and I was here for 3 hours! Very disappointed when the owner said hed give me a $5 off.

Today was my first time coming to this salon. Kevin was already holding the door open for me and my friend. Such great hospitality here. He was very thorough and made sure my nails were up to my standards. Didn’t complain about going back to fix them. Very patient . He had me laughing the whole time. Has great conversations. Very gentle and worked fast. Very reasonable pricing !! Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Y’all ask for Kevin !!!! Thanks again your the best ! ❤️

I just got my nails and feet done. Full set and pedicure. Nina did my feet she absolutely amazing, she took her time and did a decent job. Not the best but she was very pleasant. The owner (lady) did my nails and she rushed. They are super thin she was on the phone kept getting up walking around and then she had Coco finish the polish. Now Coco was okay until it was time for me to pay. My change was $6 I said give it to Nina and she apparently got up set and swooshed me out of the shop saying bye go like I was a dog. I’ll never return

They are very dirty, they don’t change the bags after someone’s pedicure which I found disgusting since I personally saw someone finish their pedi and then they automatically seated someone else with out changing the bag! I was going to do a full set but changed my mind after seeing their uncleanliness. Also they had nail clippings all over the ground!!!! Omg I couldn’t even believe my eyes. Do not go here

Omg this my second time getting my nails done and it was amazing. I feel extremely comfortable there. I’ve been other nail salon that hurts my nails but Kevin really took care of me. I recommend Kevin he’s mad chill and knows what he’s doing. I’m definitely coming back.

This was my second time coming, the first time my technician did not get my nails right after I showed several pictures and confirming she could do it. I still paid and tipped. Came back a second time, which was the worst experience, unprofessional, rude to the employees, I left with a huge cut on my finger after she had glue on my finger and instead of leaving it or rubbing it off, she RIPPED It off, bleeding, burning, causing the cut that Im still healing from. I was still patient after no apology, but instead being even more rude after ONLY after asking her to just be gentle around the cut. Even then I still paid. I will never return, and this treatment was from one of the owners. - Transaction Receipt added So I dont get accused of lying***Update : You see they say call & theyll refund. Vicky, the owner, is AMAZING. I come all the way from Oregon to get my monthly spoils from her. My lashes are insane and I love em! I see her EVERY TIME I come to town!

Moniques took her time with my nail I have small fingers/nail beds and she made sure that the nails fit as well as add extra support to my nail she was very nice sweet calm understanding and patient with me any question I had she answered with no problem I feel like she is one of the best in the shop!!!!

I went to get a pedicure this morning 10/31/2020 and I asked the guy to give me a regular pedicure for $24, instead he does what he want to do and give me a gel pedicure. Nor to mention on on my left foot he cut my toe nail down extremely far plus on side is straight across and the rest of the nail gets farther and farther down the nail bed. I have gel nail polish on top of my skin on all my toes and the polish is clumpy and wo sides. I get to the register and pay and he says $44, I looked and said I asked you for a $24 pedicure and Im walking out paying $44. Not to mention I have to go to another nail shop to fill his error and pay more money because Im allergic to gel nail polish when it gets on my skin. Management did not seem to care when I told them I asked for a regular pedicure the guy who did my pedicure act like he could not speak English all of a sudden. Normally when I go there I never have an issue they were pleasant and gave the customers what then requested. Now they have lost me as a customer for good never again will I go to a place like that nor will I recommend people to go there. Im so glad I kept my mask on the whole time because the guy kept coughing if it wasnt for the shield I would have have walked out earlier. If so have to go to the hospital because of their inconvenience they will be hearing from my lawyer. So I went here may 10th or 9th don’t recall exact date but I went for a pedi & full set of acrylics... tell me why in these pictures does it look like I have had the nails for a week when it was only one day!! They put gel nail polish over acrylics, didn’t even ask if I wanted gel just assumed I am very polite person so I didn’t say anything about it but after the guy took almost two hours on only my nails not even feet then I had a problem I walk out with these botched nails that were suppose to be “coffin” style... does this look coffin style to you?!?! Then I had to tell him multiple times that there was acrylic under my nails can he buffer it out & he did some of it but still left a few chunks I have never had acrylic like this under my nail.... I PAID $70 FOR THIS POS JOB!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE COMING BACK!!!!! P.S I got proposed to with these freaking nails HOW EMBARRASSING!!

Located in mall next to Panera lots of parking. Place is very warm and welcoming . Pedicure chairs are in separate room. Looking at beautiful ocean mural . The ceiling is sky and clouds makes you feel very comfortable. The gave me a choice of a glass of red or white wine. Great way to start. Pedicure was excellent Mario took his time same got me manicure . I found my new place !

I absolutely love this place. I had Kevin and he was wonderful! My nails are beautiful. I moved here from NJ 5 years ago and havent found anyone I liked until now! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

I recently went to this location on Thursday and again on Saturday and both times were great. My friends recommended I come here because the work done on them was amazing and they said nothing but good things about this place. The people are amazing from the receptionist to the nail techs. It’s clean and organized and very pretty inside. The prices are reasonable and the work is great ! Kevin is going to be my nail tech from now on, he’s amazing and sweet 😩. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏽

The worst customer service! I got my nails done on Wednesday . I was with mom celebrating her 60th birthday. We both got mani and ped, the basic polish because we didnt have a good experience with gel before. Right when i got to the hotel I noticed that my nails was bumping up and on Thursday my mother French polish was coming off. When I went back on Friday to tell them about how my nails look very bad and to look at my mothers nails, the woman told us its because we didnt use gel nails. And alway use regular nail polish and it doesnt fall apart in two days. She redid my mothers but told me that they wouldnt fix my nails, I didnt care about my nails and was mainly about my moms nails. I would never go back there again. The lady was rude and wanted to yell at me and I had to walk out because I wasnt going to fight with someone that knows they were wrong.$41 in the trash!!!!

Went several time and every time they do a horrible job. whether it was nail eyebrows or lashes 😩 just horrible.

The place is a little pricey, but if you get the right technician (mostly Kevin), it will be well worth it.

I found this place a while back but honestly stopped going there because it was always such a long wait but I decided to give them another chance after my mom went again. I highly recommend Daniela aka Ela!!! She is Colombian and is incredibly sweet. I am so glad I called and made an appointment with her because she did such an amazing job. She’s a perfectionist and takes her time making sure you love your pedicure. I have received some many compliments on a simple French pedicure. Thank you Ela you were the best 🤩

Today was my first time coming here to get my acrylics done. The wait didn’t take long, and Kevin had done a great job. I posted a picture of what I had gotten and I have to say that they are one of the prettiest nails I’ve had done. He was efficient with them and they were done in about 30-35 minutes.

I did my nails with Kevin. I feel like I finally found a nail tech who’s work is exactly what I want. The salon is big and clean. Prices are reasonable for their work. COME SEE KEVIN!

I had high expectations for this place. After a friend recommended and the awesome reviews I was so sure I’d have an enjoyable experience. I had an appointment for 5:30 (full set and pedi), was greeted and sat with my feet soaking by 5:35. There I sat until 6:35 when finally someone started working on my feet. By then, my water was cold and I was annoyed but I let her continue. Then a customer started screaming which of course isn’t the establishments fault BUT the lady doing my toes kept stopping to see what was happening, she even started praying -.- I asked for a color and she told me she didnt think that would look good and recommend something else, with all yelling that was happening in the shop I didn’t want to have to speak over that to explain to her that I like the natural look and just accepted her recommendation (trying to get out of there ASAP). She didn’t even ask me if I wanted gel (which of course I do, regular polish chips WAY to easy) and being the blind bat that I am, I didn’t even notice how terrible this paint job is until I got home and shined a light on it. My heals are still rough with little pieces of skin coming up. Didn’t even get the full set done. So disappointed.

I went home so upset. I told them that tomorrow was my engagement picture session. first the lady running that place is rude (what happen to good customer service)then the pedicure lady suggested a upgrade pedicure and she said you get extra massage, well she didnt even do a massage and when I tried NICELY to tell the lady running the place she was very rude again!then I was getting pink and white acrylic I hate to say anything bad about it because the guy that did it was sooooo sweet but unfortunately he did a really bad job. I live check to check and I saved for a nice night getting my nails done for pictures and I feel like I got just totally ripped off. Very upsetting. please take my advice if you want what your hard earned money deserves DONT go there.With my pictures being the next morning LUXE NAILS tried cleaning up LS mess thank goodness

I requested coffin nails and I am extremely particular about how I like them to look and he definitely executed them to perfection! I recently just started going here because it was recommended to me and i’m glad it was. This nail salon is very well kept and pretty. Kevin is the one I go to for my acrylics and he does an amazing job! He makes sure the shape is on point, he is careful and never cuts you with the drills and his paint job is also very well done. I recommended making an appointment with him and coming to this nail salon! :)

Horrible service manager only wants to argue with customers. Owner needs to know the staff not very nice. I had to go back twice to fix my nails. Young guy did bad job. No training.

Been coming for the past year and everything is great from the massages to the customer service. Always welcoming and friendly, clean, and they do a great job! Always available and flexible never a long wait! As soon as you walk in they great you and offer you something to drink. There is always someone that will attend to you in less than five minutes. Everyone takes their time with you and makes sure you feel as if your in a freak relaxing!

This is hands down the worst nail salon Ive ever gone to in 10 years of getting my nails done. My nail technician spoke minimal English and did not understand anything I was saying, which is the least of it. I was told, she was good at doing designs and would be able to draw a simple design on my nails. Nothing crazy, just a few nicely placed lines. Needles to say, she butchered it, so I told her to simply give me a solid color. This is not my first bad experience there, I decided to give them a second chance, much to my own disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and it’s an amazing shop. I wouldnt go to any other place to get my nails done. I’m always satisfied with my nails and always leave with a smile on my face. The people here are super friendly and loving. Absolutely love it here!

Horrible everything. Went in for an eyebrow waxing. No customer service or manners whatsoever. My eyebrows are ruined because of them. The associate who did my eyebrows literally spent about thirty seconds on them in total. I asked for them to simply clean up the edges, and they took off about half my eyebrows. (Imagine normal thick brows, to early 2000s brittney spears) incredibly unsanitary as well. She put the strips ON MY SHIRT???! and reuses the same stick to apply more wax. They also got wax in my hair. Also, incredibly dirty and unorganized, had to step over boxes to get to the lawn chair they had me sit on. My mistake was not walking out the door when i was first rudely asked what do you want? When i first walked in. My second mistake was staying when they led me to a lawn chair. My third mistake was staying when they told each other dont worry Ill be quick on her when referring to me. Also why kind of place doesnt have a mirror???!! I didnt even get to see my eyebrows until i got to my car. Ive learned my lesson ever going here again.

Kevin took great care of my 13 yo daughters and she loves her gel nails. Coco was very good at my mani /pedi recommend the spa upgrade cucumber melon . My feet and legs are so soft. Will be back again

This place is amazing. I’ve been a long time fan of angel nail and PA nails but this place is my new favorite. Customer service is excellent. They really take their time on the pedicures. Great designs as well. Must try.

My second time going there and my last I went there for a basic full set and a pedicure the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted Gel I told her no. I was given to a man named Kevin that would do my nails who asked in the starting if I wanted gel witch I again said no.before he put color he asked What color do you want I told him I would like regular white he showed me a color and I told him yes I would like that when he told me this is a gel color I told him no I don’t want Gel I don’t like gel it makes my hands and nails very fragile and I don’t like it and I expressed this twice already so he goes and starts to color my nails and he puts my hand in a gel light, to witch I pulled my hand out and told him I said 3 times I don’t want gel so why are you putting gel to which he gets upset and tells me how about I give you a discount and we just do the gel I got mad and I told him I told you before and I’m going to say it again I don’t want gel I don’t like it.So then he gets a file and he tries to take it off and he is showing me that it’s not coming out because he put my hand under the light and he says again I will give you a discount to which I express again I don’t want gel I don’t know how many times I’m going to tell you i’ve been there for two hours for him to fix my nails I did not get the shape that I wanted it’s a very sloppy job he painted over the gel to which it started bubbling up in the paint and then at the ending I asked him to clean up around the nail at least all the white on my cuticles and he did not do it they don’t listen to what you want and their prices are ridiculous for bad nail jobs I walked in there at 5:30 and I walked out at 8 o’clock I think that’s a very long time for a full set

Kevin works like a rock star and the people who do pedi as well. I’m giving the place 3 stars only because they don’t respect the appointments. You make an appointment and when you walk in on time, you realize he is just starting with someone else. Happened to me more than three times. More than enough for me not to go back.

Great service. I was a walk in but they took me in right away. Not very expensive--$35 for mani-pedi.

Great spot. Sometimes its busy but they always fit us in. My girlfriend is picky about her nails but they Did a great job and they have nex gen which is apparently not at all nail salons. Facials and pedicures are all I can personally attest to and they have all been up to my high standards. I would recommend LS nails and spa to anyone !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager is so rude and disrespectful. This place is not worth your hard earned money. I asked for my nails to be shaped a certain way and did not get what I asked for at all and still of course expected to pay. Then my friend got her nails done by the manager and got cut while she was handling her cuticles and she continued to do her nails without apologizing or giving anything to clean the blood. Once she complained the manager was rude and stated she will check the cameras to see if she was lying. What???Why??? My first time there and my last time there.

The owner is sweet at times but they do a great job. I had my nails done there by Ashley one of the tech shes really good at the dip nails. Had my nails done two now and they still like great.

I was recommended by a friend and she told me the original price of the lashes were $150 and Vicky “ did her a favor” by charging her $100. After checking the prices online it said $75 for individual lashes. So I called and advised them online says $75 and then she was like oh okay well do it for $75. That doesn’t see much of a deal to me. If I could give this place no stars I will. Vicky the owner did my lashes and within a week a big space between my left eye was missing. About 8 lashes fell off in the same spot. I came back to have her correct it and she tried charging me $50 fo the full lash refill price. When I told her it’s only a few lashes from one side she then said $35, which I believed was ridiculous. She said she will fix it and had me waiting for a half. After waiting she then kept telling me she’ll only do it for $35. When I brought to her attention that I know I’m not the only one that has complained about this issue in the past that I’ve seen reviews from other customers she told me “fine I won’t do it for you, you can go somewhere else” I guess the truth hurts. Her employees are great. Vicky has a bad attitude and even worse customer service, she is money hungry. I will not be coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone coming here. On top of that she charged an extra $5 for the SHAPE of my nails which is crazy I’ve never heard of any other salon charging extra for coffin shaped nails.

My pedicure was perfect. My nail tech was spot on, AMAZING AND FRIENDLY. I cant say enough about her. You want your nails done? Her name is Tran!! She is now my one and only go to. I love her!!
