This was the best massage that me and my mother had. Conversions were great. They care about healing your body and making sure your comfortable and relax. Gen is an amazing healer/supremely skilled and professional massage therapist and spa owner, and genuinely cares and wants to heal. Gen, is not only a great masseuse but a healer! After having surgery months ago, I’ve dealt with swelling, muscle aches, numbness and nerve pain. She took the time to break up scar tissue, release toxins in the area so new blood could flow threw initiating the healing process. Released trigger points and stretched out surrounding muscle groups that has been carrying the load supporting the body since surgery. I feel like a new man! The experience was amazing!!! My experience with Gen has been amazing. I’ve been to many different kinds of doctors to help my pain (I’ve had high levels of pain for years), but no one has given my wife and me the encouragement and help that Gen has. I went to Gen Spa with extreme pain in my right deltoid. There was restriction in my movements and the overall muscle was tight. I didn’t even have to say anything. In the middle of my Swedish massage she felt the knots and tensions and asked me about it and immediately began to work on it. I was in search yesterday for a Swedish Massage Therapist for pain and Trigger Point Massage near me. Gen Spa was a near me search on google. I contacted Gen, I told her the pain I was in and she said let me get back to you and see what I can do. I heard from her 2 hrs later and she had a confirmed app for the next day. My Deep Tissue Sports Massage was beyond phenomenal. Gen has provided me with a Natural Healing for Pain. My hips and glutes are no longer constricted with limited movement . When I came into the Massage Therapy Spa, the Pressure Point Therapy for Pain was great in releasing my tightened muscles I felt popping and crunching feeling in my body as she was breaking down what has built up, now my body has more of a blood flow and able to flush out these toxins. Great friendly staff, on time, there is a lot of customers there which shows me her work is good. She is an amazing massage therapist and she know the exact pressure point. I am very grateful. Went to visit Gen Spa on Wednesday after weeks of pain in my neck that chiropractors could not fix - I havent been able to sleep well or go jogging. On Wednesday Gen was able to quickly identify the issue and when I left i felt very relaxed. The next day(yesterday) the pain was at about 40% of what it was when I came in though I was a bit sore - but she clearly advised of that. This morning I woke up and the pain is 99% gone. I am going for a run this afternoon and excited to have the pain completely gone by tomorrow. Stop wasting your time elsewhere and go see Gen. She is gifted at what she does and will get you back up to speed quickly.

I am so pleased I found this place! Had a cosmetic surgery in town and needed a lymphatic massage. It was Sunday and I knew it was going to be a challenge to find someone good and open... Gen was amazing! I was in so much pain - I could barely move. She was knowledgeable, patient, gentle, accommodating and most importantly, I had real results right away. This was my first ever massage and I was super impressed! I am currently pregnant and got a prenatal massage. They have the prenatal tables so you can lay comfortably on your stomach without any weight on your belly. Throughout the entire massage she checked in with me to make sure me and my belly where comfortable. When switching positions from my stomach she made sure I was positioned in a way that was safe and comfortable for myself and baby.The room was nice and relaxing. All in all this was wonderful experience and I will defiantly be back.

Gen has helped me a great deal with a rotator cuff impingement that bothered me for many months. Gen is not your average therapist, she has a broad knowledge of anatomy and the roadblocks to recovery that we can create with our minds. I have had two deep tissue massages that have given me back a freedom of movement in my arm that has been missing for far too long. I was wary of the pain that might be involved as the arm felt so rigid and tight, but Gen loosened it up a lot and encouraged me to aid my own further recovery with a sensible exercise regime to follow. She is a wonderful lady.

Have had bad back pain and it was reactivated with the long drive to Pompano Beach while on vacation. Gen did wonders with just one treatment. She did various treatments in our scheduled 90 minute appointment and even went over the time a bit. When I left I was feeling so good I almost forgot my cane, as I had that little pain with standing and walking. Will be scheduling with her next time I’m in her area, even if it just for a relaxation massage.

Ive been to see Gen twice now and both experiences have been excellent. Gen gives a great, targeted deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy. But what really makes her different is the extensive use of stretching she uses in each session. No other therapists I have been to does the stretching, and it really, really helps. I received a birthday gift card from my friend who swears by Gen Spa. I was so happy to get this referral! I have a recurring stiff pain in between my shoulders that radiates up through my neck. Gen found the source of the pain without me even having to tell her where it was. She is one of the only massage therapists I know who can get right in there at a certain spot to release the knot. She is really careful to go in to a spot only as much as the client would like her to go. Shes very intuitive and cares how the client is feeling with whatever technique she is applying. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful that gave me such a relaxed feeling. Gen was so amazing like soup to my soul. I will continue to go just because of the wonderful experience I encountered.

I was in terrible pain before going to Gen Spa. When I got there the staff was friendly. The service was excellent. Gen explained the reason for the pain I was having and gave me exercises to do to maintain the health of my body. She is all about healing not just fix the surface of the problem. Gen Spa is a quality place to go for body, mind and spirit. While most people will focus on just the body when choosing a spa fr a massage-Gen Spa offers so much more. While the quality of the massage is beyond compare and the owner Genny know how to heal, she also is concerned with her customers mind and spirit. I have seen some people talk about not getting their calls answered and yes sometimes they are busy with customers (they come first) and might not answer the phone, they always call back. I would rather have a Spa concerned with my massage and worry about future business when I am not there. I highly recommend them

Gen immediately asked questions to hone in on where the stress was coming from and sat down to get to know me and my pain before she got me in last minute with her therapist Alline, who was honestly amazing. She focused most of the massage on my problem area and gave me suggestions on how to stretch and other ways to implement relief. I was given a gift certificate to Gen Spa by a friend who swears by her services. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was immediately relaxing. She was professional and you can tell she really has a passion for her work. I chose to have a 60 minute facial and let me tell you I really needed it! She asked all the right questions and tailored her services to my specific needs. I cant wait to go back for another facial and Im gonna get a massage too!
