LRMs truck buying process is extremely easy. Do the application, submit deposit and wait on a truck. However, if you need a TRUCK fast this might not work for you. It took 4 months but I finally got the call to come pick up a truck. Flew to Texas to get the truck only to find out there was a VIN number mix up and it ended up being the wrong vehicle. James at their Texas location helped greatly to resolve the issue. I ended up with a newer truck with less miles for the same money as the original truck. The truck was serviced, inspected and knocked out a 900 mile trip back to Florida with no issues. Overall my experience was good but have yet to receive the travel reimbursements they promised. Sometimes communication wasn’t the best throughout the process but overall I’ll rate the experience 4 out of 5 stars. My salesman was Chris.

My experience with LRM was great, from the truck they offered me which i still have to today, to their streamlined process which made it relatively easy to get out and get rolling. As long as you have the required documents, and dont mind waiting on the inventory of trucks to restock with what youre looking for,then it would be a great experience for anyone,especially if you dont want a credit check or cant get a truck if a credit check was needed because they do zero checks apart from verifying your identity and your bank info.it was simple .

I did an application over 2 weeks ago and nobody has ever contacted me back. I received an email saying that I would be contacted within 48 hours but never was. Ive also left several voice messages and none of my calls have been returned. Not off to a great start so far. Communication is very important. I leased a truck back in 2017 which I just paid off. The truck is still in great shape.. only minimal problems like sensors and filter cleanings... when I had and issue that was hard to correct they told me to get it to their shop and it was taken care of at no cost to me. From start to finish it was honestly pretty easy and luckly fast. I was blessed to get my truck within 3 weeks of sending my down payment. Chris always got back to us in a timely manner and answered the 1 million questions i had. Chris was awesome when we went to pick up the truck and so was Robert. Robert did a great job explaining the contract. Chris even stayed an exra 45 min talking to us after closing just because he puts in that extra to make sure his clients are good. We had an alignment issue which LRM credited us 250$ for which was awesome and so far the truck has been good to us :) the payments dept is also super kind i wish i had her name who helped me out so i could give her the credit she deserves but im sure she knows how awesome she is. LRM in my opinion does the best they can to help people that other companies turn down get into a truck to start making money as soon as possible. Thumbs up guys :)

Ive been calling this company for a week. They dont answer theyre phones. Why even have a company & they want answer the phones?

I came in for Sam cab replace, brakes, and pm and they got me done very quickly. Steven and Mike in the shop were very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of.

Good People all the way around, if i could give them 6 stars I would... They sold me a good truck, reasonable payment and helped me get out of a jam when no one else would.

I started my o/o journey just over a year ago I went with lrm to get my first truck. With in the first few months the truck had some codes it started to throw and lrm jumped in and helped me get the truck fixed. Now over a year latter my egr cooler is failing I called talked to Rob and Steve soon they are selling me one they have at a great rate. They have always gone above and beyond to help their customers to keep them moving and I highly recommend them...

They take your money and make you wait 4 to 6 months with little to no commcation what so ever, now I understand the market isnt very good right now especially with low inventory. But how do you offfer someone a truck with almost 600,000 thousand miles with no warranty on top of the over all value worth $70,000 with a $10,000 deposit? Also stay far away from the sales rep ( Chris Acconey ). Dude is bad at just about everything from emailing and returning phone calls ( lack commcation skills ). When they do get a truck in, it wasnt great a deal. Best thing they did was return me my money. I might try them again in 6 months, hopefully theyll have better deals and customers service in future!

This is a edited review.Ownership has reached out to me to rectify my complaint, my sales rep Eddie is a very good guy.I know we are in a time period where things arent as normal today that it was 12 months ago. And as business and people grow we must be able to keep lines of communication satisfactory.only reason for not giving a 5 star was because of the communication issue. But has since been better.

By far one of the best establishment to purchase equipmentAs with anything I was a bit Skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from LRM leasing do to leasing companies being dishonest and a ripoff. My to go guys was Chris and CarlosWhich who I spoke with on numerous occasions about the process of purchasing a vehicle I think they probably got a little annoyed with me but they never showed it their great customer service representative always willing to answer every question I had. It’s crazy how everything happened I called in one day and asked about a certain type of truck that I was interested in an just my luck they had one in stock. I asked could I come by and take a look at it which they encourage me to do and it was in very good condition I must say. LRM leasing was very straightforward with no hidden fees and no balloon payment, even down to previous repairs. It also came with a warranty on it. Everything was very doable and the process was easy. Every staff member is to help and resolve any issue you may have which is outstanding. I wish I could have left a good comment, but my experience was far from good. You can never speak to anyone directly and early emails sometimes go unanswered till next day. Communication was actually great until I gave $4000 to hold a truck and sent in my wire confirmation. That very night they sold the truck and told me itll be another week until my replacement truck would be ready. 1 week turned to 2 then into 3 weeks and then to I dont know when then truck will be ready. I first spoke to the salesman Chris Oct.23 and by Nov.23 I asked for my money back. The salesman really didnt seem too interested in helping me and was not straight forward with information. In order to get my deposit refunded I had to pretend I was calling to make a payment. Otherwise I would have to wait hours to a day for a email response because the sales team NEVER answer calls. This may be a good fit if youre not in a bind for time as I was. Just expect over a month, even if they say next week as they did me. Or sameday like advertised on YouTube.P.S. the website is extremely misleading. They claim to have all these trucks ready but yet when you ask for the truck they say its already sold. If thats the case then why keep it posted, I ask? And the response is that they continously have the same trucks running through. I call that B.S. and a lie. For a month straight I delt with this guy and checked the website daily. The website was never updated within the month I delt with them. Typical salesman hoopla. Talking about truck shortages, insinuating his power of supply and demand over you, SMH. I wasnt looking for any fancy truck all I asked for was a APU It could be Automatic or manual. Just be ready for a max down payment because nothing else available and at least 1 month waiting time for whatever is available. I Pulled my money and got a better truck and better price at River Valley Capital with the warranty and mechanical run through the next week after Thanksgiving. Even though I preferred to do a lease with LRM due to the no credit check. The only thing LRM did for me is waist my time and add to my monthly expenses as I waited on them to not deliver. Insurance dont wait one more week, im sure my truckers understand this.

The experience we had with LRM Leasing Company was professional and very informative about the trucks they lease and sale. They made sure the truck was ready for the road, if you found anything wrong LRM would repair it with no problem. I would not hesitate to purchase another truck from them, GREAT company.

Just wanted to give my review this is a reposting on my peterbilt 579 I picked up on November overall the process on purchasing this truck was good sales department was good they delivered on time . My truck has been running good mechanicly but there are some things that the shop did not look at I have spent over 2 k on repairs already with in the 1st month of owner ship all these repairs where minor Wich it is expected on a used truck but things like the fifth wheel not sliding is a big one cant check that there at the shop until you try to hook up to a trailer. There where other issues but not going to post that. I am happy with lrm and would still buy a truck from them but I think with the demand that there is for trucks things might be missed by the shop. But either way its a good company to buy from and a good program.

Ive only had the truck 2 months and have already had problems. DPF unit went bad even before doing a load, $5100 to replace unit and a sensor. 2 weeks later ac condenser goes. Took truck back to pompano beach and Steve, one of the mechanics there did everything possible to help me out. Tried to locate replacement but no one local had in stock. He referred me to another shop and had AC working 24 hours. LRM paid for the parts and I had to pay for labor, $200. So 2 months in and Im already out $5300.Right now the only positive thing I have to reflect on is how I was treated and taken care of by Steve...with respect and taking the time to help me with not paying full cost of repair on AC.

This company apparently doesnt want business or has poor organization. Every time you call about a truck they tell you someone will return your call and no one ever does. Plenty of other trucks for sale. Makes me wonder what they will be like after they sell you something.

WOW...Where do I start....A little over two weeks ago my truck broke down and I was referred to LRM for repairs....During preperation it was found that my crank was damaged from previously overheating. (My world dropped). I thought I was gonna lose everythingBut Mr Matt instead of telling me to neglect my truck and buy a truck from him. Instead he called my current bank who owns my current truck and asked them a bunch of questions and recommended to them to do right by me....Needless to say. They originally said no to helping me repair my truck. But all of a sudden. They decided to help me get out of my old broken truck and put me in another new truck of my choice...Within 2 days I just completed everything and Ill pick up my new truck next week Thursday....Im so freaking ecstatic...If it werent for Matt jumping in to help me, Ive wouldve possibly lost everything in business and my family way of living. I said all of this to say. Matt and his staff at LRM are there for you every step of the way! I recently became an owner operator with the help from LRM. I was apprehensive and everything about the process worried me. The “what can go wrong” question plagued me. I voluntarily turned the truck in and the owner called me and said they want to get my truck looked at and fix the issue with the DEF system Id been having. They have done that and more. If you have bad credit and can’t be financed anywhere then just wait til you’re able to repair your credit but don’t make the biggest mistake of your life and get scammed and fooled by this company and their horrible trucks that break down on a monthly basis!! These trucks cost more per month then what you make! The managers are rude, obnoxious liars! If you decide to go and purchase with them make sure you have great health insurance because you’ll be in the hospital often from the stress and tension they cause you! They’ll respond to this review with lies of course to protect themselves. They threaten you, they disrespect you and thensome! I leased purchased a KW W-900 from LRM leasing at the 595 truck stop in Davie, FL. I did have some issues in the very beginning but being professional about it we worked with one another. I just received my title as I paid it off. They are actually what they say they are all about. Should I decide to get another truck I will not hesitate to give them a call and do it all over again. I did not have good credit to obtain a truck through a dealership therefore making this my option. It was a pleasure working with LRM leasing! If your looking to get your own truck give them a call!
