Well they told me not to expect much because the car was dirty and they left it dirty. If they want to clean a car with no dirt thats not a car wash.

Last night was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have gone through with this establishment and any other car wash that Ive visited for that matter. I am a Pompano Beach resident that visits this establishment quite often and have been happy with their services until this point. Any time that I visit, I always purchase the best wash that the establishment can provide. Unfortunately, on the night of December 18th, 2020, this was not enough for the night manager that was working.Since I visit this wash frequently, I know the bulk of the options given for a wash. When I pulled in, the manager proceeded to only show me the top tier washes. I asked were there any other washes available and he informed me that there wasnt. I wasnt looking for another wash, however, for the simple fact that this manager was forcing a patron to get a specific wash was my first concern. Needless to say, I got the top tier wash as I always do.At the end of my wash, the night manager working, whom I forget his name, (short, bald and wears glasses) proceeds to cowardly tell me thank you... for nothing as my window is rolling up to exit. The first time I heard it was very brief so I requested that he repeat what he said. He proceeds to say Thank you... and then cowardly walks to the back of my vehicle and says For nothing as my window is rolling up for the second time.After finishing my errands, I returned to the establishment to address the negative comment. This manager initially lies about what he said only to state the reason that he made such a comment was because I visit and do not tip. From my recollection, there is no verbiage of this establishment that states any patron must tip employees for their wash. Furthermore, the manager was unaware that even during the height of COVID19, I visited this establishment on several occasions and had tipped due to the lack of customers they were receiving.I was extremely upset by his remarks and extremely uncomfortable. Instead of the manager owning up to his behavior, he proceeds to tell me that I DO NOT HAVE TO COME AND GET MY VEHICLE WASHED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT and I wont be! It is very concerning that this is the type of personnel running this car wash when the owners are not present. It is unfortunate that this type of situation has occur which has drove away my business. This car wash is an automated wash and not one of the employees ever hand washes my vehicle. My vehicle is never totally cleaned when I visit this car wash and Ive never complained. I WONT BE VISITING THIS CAR WASH AGAIN and its a shame that greed and ignorance is the reason why.To the manager that had everything to say about his comments, I am attaching photos of the my vehicle to show how my car is not always fully cleaned. I went to this car wash hoping to get the interior and exterior done. I pulled up, one person in front, 2 beside me and one behind me. The lady working there took care of everybody around me except me! I asked the woman behind me to back the car up and got out of there. Went to Simonize and got in and out perfectly

Been going there for a while.Bought a Month membership from the owner Whats told you could come through as much as you want.. I had my car wash yesterday it rained and I parked under a tree when I came back through today for the 4th or 5th time since Ive bought it I was told I was a little excessive.. I guess the membership is only good if it works out for the owner not the customer. I thought Scott was a nice guy the owner. Was going to buy one for my wife also I have always bought annuals at car washes for years but I will finish up my month and then go around the corner.Steve

After wash, car was returned with lots of finger prints on trunk lid and other locations. Manager said waxing would be required to remove them, but I demonstrated for him that they rub right off. He insisted that there should be no expectation of receiving a clean car after the wash. If that was the case, I told him he should have warned us before the wash that the car may not come clean. Very poor management skills. He definitely lost customers today.

Loved this place my car looked like it did when I first bought it. Can stay enough good things about the team there it was exceptional work from the owner down to the employee I live on Delray Beach and drive down to them.

Paid for the ultimate car wash. Asked to remove some sticky stuff on the outside my door. Didn’t get taken off at all. Only one request and they couldn’t get it done.

Best car wash around that quickly hits the inside and outside in less than 10 minutes with really great results.I only go here.

I am not a happy customer. Paid in cash for exterior car wash to owner directly. After my car went through I noticed a chrome trim piece was damaged. After waiting for half hour for owner to take a closer look he offered to epoxy it back on but he had no epoxy. Wanted me to come back after calling me Dude numerous times and saying it was not his fault. After I asked him to not call me Dude he started with F this and F you language after I told him I was not happy. He did not offer to refund what I paid for the wash. Not the way I would treat a repeat customer which was why I stopped by today. I don’t think this guy will be in business for long with this attitude. I will never return and I urge u to find another care wash to use as the owner is very disrespectful. God bless him as he needs to atone for his sins...

I went there for first time ever.My Ultra expensive Laptop was stolen at this car wash today.I gave them keys and agreed on type of wash.They started vacuuming, I went inside to pay and my truck comes out of car wash, I drove straight to my project one hour away.NO STOPS.I reach in the back seat. GUESS WHAT? My laptop is gone.I turned my truck upside down. NO Laptop. What staff do they hire where you cant expect your belongings to not be ripped off.Had to file a police report. Cost me hours of valuable time not to mention a laptop loaded with engineering software. I feel violated. I cannot ever forgive them for what they did to me. Owner was not supportive.Shitty blurred 2 dollar cameras.

This is our year-round go-to car wash for our BMWs. I always get the Ultimate wash and feel I get excellent caring service.I have been going there for years. I feel with Scott & Tracy and their staff, I am always in good, trusted hands.

I came through here the other day and got the ultimate and afterwards my rims still had spots on them that I had to have my son wipe off that took him two minutes. Then when I took a look at the inside once I got home I still had crumbs in easy to get places . Do not recommend. Once I got back into my car it stank as well. I dont know what is up with this place.

Doesnt like paying his employees. Makes us clock out when there isnt any cars coming through the car wash. I went to pick up my paycheck after I left and he told me hed call the police if I ever came back. This was over a 80 dollar paycheck mind you. Many of the female employees were mistreated and belittled. Horrible place to work. Horrible company to support.

Wasn’t too happy paying $25 for interior and out to leave with my whole dash dusty and screen in my car dirty. The just don’t care about the interior and that’s a big part. Just use washe app I’ve never had a problem with it

Just went for exterior car wash. But the car looked worse than when it went in. Its like the dirt was just swirled around and not removed. Had to wipe it myself when I got home and saw how bad it was. SMH

Slow. Disrespectful. Bad wash for $25.I called this place in advance to ask how long it would take to have my car washed because I had a showing in Boca at 2:30 (realtor life) and I had a 30 min gap between showings. It was about 1:35 and the woman who picked up (owners wife) said I would be out in 20 mins. My boyfriend and I got there 8 minutes later with both of our cars and got the $25 washes. We were each third in line. 23 minutes later, I noticed only 4 cars had been washed (we were 5&6) so I went outside and saw that my car was still third in line and his car was fourth in line. When I asked the owner, who says he’s the manager, why our cars hadn’t reached the front yet, he said “we put the cars who are only doing exterior washes through the machine first, while we vacuum the cars that are doing interior and exterior washes.” And yelled that my car didn’t really lose its place in line (still don’t understand that logic).But he didn’t mention what I could see while I was sitting inside —that the people drying the cars were getting backed up and therefore there were times that cars were sitting in the washer after they were cleaned but no one was available to dry them. I asked the cashier if there was anyway I could just take my car and leave since it hadn’t been cleaned yet and she said I would have to ask the manager, so I went outside and asked. He yelled at me again about how my car really never lost his place in line and how if I waited 10 more minutes it would go through the wash (and would then have to wait to be dried). So I went back in and asked the cashier if I had to get my car washed, because it hadn’t been cleaned yet and the wife was inside and said that the car had already been cleaned on the inside and if I paid five dollars I could just take it as it was.I went outside and informed that guy that I was going to pay the five dollars and I just wanted my car back because I was already late, and he said that the interior cleaning cost $10 and when I told him that his wife told me otherwise he said she didn’t know what she was talking about. So the cashier came out and told the owner that she was there and the wife told us five dollars and that I mentioned in the beginning that I had to leave in 20 minutes. It took them another 15 minutes to get my back my car and as soon as it was officially pulled out of line the owner yelled “what the hell is wrong with you people? You were next in line for the wash.” I left, the owner fired the cashier for standing up to him, my boyfriend said the $25 wash sucked and he still had bugs and poop on his car. Can’t wait for this place to shut down

Monthly car wash program is great. Friendly staff. Only complaint is it can get super packed. I live nearby and can drive around until the crowd leaves. Decent lounde area, but I dont want to wait.

They atract customer with a false deal $ 8.99, once you stop, they tell you dosent include interior, and them they have 3 range prices and only aloud you to do the $21.99 or the 24.99. I told him is expensive and he toll me help yourself out with a actitude

My first visit was spectacular. First I called to find out prices, and the guy I spoke to was very warm and friendly. When I went in, every single person I spoke to was kind, informative, and very friendly. They washed and vacuumed my car SUPER fast, which concerned me. However I inspected my car and it was spotless!! Only $24 for a wash, wax, vacuum, and window clean. I HIGHLY reccommend Ultra Shine. I will definitely be back!!

Got my car waxed here a few weeks ago. The was included a full detail of the inside as well. As waxing was the reason for my visit, I gave the wax job a quick one over and came home. Later when I looked at the interior, I noticed a lot of little pockets of dirt where it looked like the workers were just too lazy to put in the extra effort to get all the dirt. Less than 5-minutes with my ShopVac and the dirt was done with not much effort. The waxing was good, but interior cleaning wasnt all that great. I did like that they cleaned the interior side of my sunroof, but that just means that theyre attention to detail is very hit or miss.3 Stars because the was wax job was good, what was cleaned on the interior was done right, but I cant overlook the obvious dirt left behind on spots that should be easy to clean. Attention to detail is BIGRESPONSE TO OWNER: Please take the time to read and understand my review that youre responding to over a year later. Your employee vacuumed my car and simply did a questionable job. The package I requested and paid for was the Ultra Shine Detail Package which includes vacuuming of the carpets. I also the gentlemen who took my car as well as the woman inside what the package included, both agreed that vacuuming was included.I understand youre responding in the hope of saving face for your company, but take the time to understand customer complaints before making excuses. Your responses thus far make me question your integrity as a business owner. Take ownership and at least tell me youre striving to teach your employees the value of attention to detail or that youre apologetic that my car wasnt cleaned to my desired standards.

I just came through here today and my car wasnt in bad condition just a couple crumbs on the driver and passenger side mats and I got the order that was supposed to vacuum above and under the mats. Alot of stuff missed. My dash wasnt wiped that was supposed to be included as well. Very bad job for what it was supposed to include. Good job on exterior but terrible interior job.

Loved coming here until my last car wash where their machines chipped off my pin stripping and I was promised multiple times by the owner that he would get it taken care of. Well I have been trying for a month now and he has not returned any of my calls. I am glad this damage did not happen on my husbands Mercedes. Never again.

STAY AWAY!!! Priced me at the front one price then cashier up -charged me for suv!! It the same exact wash process as a small car...And not in the writing on paper they showed me when they took my car in to start... cashier pulled a paper out after with small printed notice??? Such a scam!! Only place I have gone to that does this... Then spent 20 min after showing them a ton of places they left dirt!!!

Horrible company paid 10 bucks to get truck washed . Owner came out as I discussed the quality of the wash which was horrible. I had to get a rag from him and wipe of dirt where the cheap car wash technology couldnt handle. I dont reccomend this place.

Bad quality of service, the employees were good but the washing was bad, didnt clean well inside the car, the glasses and mirror dirt the body not well cleaned. I think they are focusing in quantity not in quality. One good thing I can say...it was fast. Never more see my money. Thanks!

I gave this place another chance and still not fully satisfied with my full detail. When it was done (which was a little too quick imo), I looked at it and it’s like they missed the entire bumper. I asked them about it and they grabbed a microfiber cloth to wipe it off. I asked about a scuff and they said it won’t come off. I said just try and guess what? It came off. Also I don’t think they put tape on the trim bc I had to take off all the white wax or wtvr it is off of my trim. I wouldn’t recommend this place now and I’d say do your research and take it somewhere else. Maybe learn how to detail your own car like I will now. When I drop it off, I often wonder if they even do everything that I pay for in the detail.

The staff here are great and I would have continued coming here, until the day the owner was here. He hollers at me to pull up, rather than at his employee that hadnt moved the vacuum hose that I didnt want to drive over, not that it matters, there was nobody behind me. Then, after loudly exclaiming what the **** is this guy doing he instructs one of his employees to watch that ****ing guy (another of his employees) within earshot of 2 or 3 kids under 10. Incredibly obnoxious - the biggest favor he could do his wonderful staff and the future of his business is to never come to it. Because I know that type of guy would never do that, I will never come to it again.

The owner of this car wash owns two carwashes, this one and another in Naples florida called Neapolitan car wash. We paid $144 to have my Mothers SUV detailed for a client real estate showing the following day.The workers crashed the vehicle and the owner refused to pay for a rental for the weekend house-showing, stating “the car is drivable”. The entire right rear side of the car was scratched and the detail trim ripped off and bent. They promised to pay for a repair but we have yet to see any action other than verbal insults. The cost of the detail was refunded and they quickly ushered us out promising things would be ok.Don’t bring your vehicle here or to Naples, unless you want to have it wrecked.

What a great place they do such a wonderful job couldn’t be happier I feel like they detailed my car but for 38 bucks and with that 38 bucks I get another wash on top of that. Highly rrecommend commend!

Only receiving one ⭐️Because zero is not available. My fiancée and I drove to South FL for North FL during LoveBug season. Nonetheless, we paid $20 for the Ultimate Exterior Wash which included under carriage and doorjambs ... non of which was completed.

This place is the only place that knows how to really clean a car

Liked the service until i came out of there with a metal and screw in my tire. Went right back to show them one of the guys said that it couldnt have come from there but the manager took my info and told me where to go to get it removed. It obviously came from there since it wasnt on my tire when i got there. When i left to get it plugged the screw popped out as i was driving and thank God there was a Tires Plus at the light as i was getting a flat. More than an hour later they were able to fill and plug my tire. Do you think the manager has called me to find out what happened..of course not. It ruined half my day and i had to pay the expense. Not returning again.

1st time here and the service was good.

Be warned. Just plain bad all the way around. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was done even average. Did not vacuum under any floor mats! Back of suv looked like it may not have been vacuumed more than 4 or 5 quick swipes. Tunnel wash was bad leaving several spots missed and greasy feeling. Didnt even get brake dust out of wheels and the window were as bad as the rest. Too dark to see at the end of their tunnel to see just how bad it was. Maybe thats their scheme. Customers cant see anything until they get home. Will not go back under any circumstances.

I called for details, while I was asking the guy hang up on me. At least it was a good sign to not go there anyway!

Very disappointed. I paid for exterior wash with tire shine n they claim that wiping the rims is not included unless i pay extra. Left there with my rims full of brake dust. I was there every weekend till the owner approached me n told me that. He is an a**hole

Got the $14 wash. Made my paint and carpets look new, but the windows were still a bit dirty. Theyre the easiest part to clean so I expected a bit more from $14. Website has outdated prices.
