Eder and his team are seriously the BEST of the BEST. They take their time with each customer and car. Eder is a pleasure to work with. I own a BMW M3 (E90) with tons of swirl marks and white spray paint on it. To be honest, I was very skeptical about ceramic coating at the beginning. But all my doubts disappeared after seeing the results. Did a full paint correction with ceramic coating, now my M3 has a deep red shine on it and looks brand new. Eder also did (paint) my calipers which they look amazing. Thank you for the great staff working with you. Myself and my M3 are very happy.

Very disappointed. I went to this guy in the beginning was very nice . Ask for full wrap for my car. I gave him a deposit and he promised 2 weeks max for the car to be ready. The car sitting there for almost 2 months!!! Every week he had a different excuse. Car wasnt ready I went to pick up my car without the job to be done. ( one of his excuse was I was in vacation for 2 weeks- what do you want) rediculous

I had my rims powder coated and my calipers painted while also having a spoiler put on. Their prices are extremely competitive, and their work is reliable. Will be taking my car back for more work.

Eder is amazing in the quality of work his place does and making sure the client is happy. He gave me great ideas and had my car looking like a new car. My neighbor that I am pretty close to thought I had traded in my car and upgraded models. I originally came in just wanting a wrap and Eder gave me ideas to make the car incredible. Most places would just sell you a wrap. He even surprised me and was able to redo some of the interior plastic that had become sticky and horrible looking. This is a known issue with Maseratis and Ferraris that had me ready to just get rid of the car. Everywhere I drive now I get a few compliments and I am happy to tell them who did the work. Eder and his team did an amazing job applying the ceramic coating and a clear bra to my Street Glide CVO. I made them sweat with the clear bra and they are so perfectionist with their work that they made me come back three times to rework some sections because according to him they didnt look good enough for his standards. I have to be honest that after looking at some videos of ceramic pro, I was expecting the final result to be more hydrophobic from what I see. Dont get me wrong, I truly recommend the team and the product. It is true that simplify the cleaning process and the shine that adds the paint is outstanding. To summarize, 5 stars to Eder and his team and 4.5 to ceramic pro so far! Lets see how the product protects the bike over time considering I commute to work every week rain or shine.

Let me first start off by saying my review is in no way about the quality or there work because they never did the job.It is about there customer service which I find a joke! I had an appointment set for over a week. I took my vehicle in this morning on the date we made the appointment for.... only to be greeted with an attitude.I then looked around and seen there was no room for my vehicle. I asked can you take my car in today for him to then tell me NO. I can’t do it till the first week in January. My next question was why didn’t you call the number that was left as a contact number to tell me not to waste my time driving 40 minutes for nothing.This guy didn’t even have the consideration to apologize for wasting my time.I wouldn’t refer nor take any of my vehicles to this shop just based off his response and inconsiderate attitude.Just as a reply to your response being busy and having the common courtesy of giving the customer a call to tell them not to come is all it took now you wanna go on my business and leave a one star review because you’re not happy that you have bad customer service you’re a joke!!!And you should be ashamed of yourself trying to get revenge on my review that I have every right leave based off your customer service you haven’t done business with me and my business to leave a one star review I hope that your customers read this review to know what kind of person they are going to do business with.

Excellent excellent service after being disappointed so many times by other shops this guy truly went above and beyond with the communication workmanship and service I will never take any of my cars to any other shop for the remainder of my life unless I move from Florida.All future work will be done at concept auto spa. If he can’t do it which I highly doubt he will find someone who can. He brought my car back to life. I have been complemented by people on my car’s appearance since I left the shop.

Paid for a lifetime ceramic coating $2700.00 for my 300C the whole ceramic coating job failed in less then a year, I had to pay another dealer 1000,00 to fix it everything looks good in the beginning, you should get the cheapest plan this stuff is not durable easy to wash other than that its a nightmare to keep up from spots when its done youre stuck with it forever, every little thing normal you can do yourself cost 100.00 of dollars to fix and every time they buff your car it takes off clear coat.this is good for glass, plastic,wheels, interior not paint i would get the paint correction and have it waxed.the warranty is a joke that they give you it all marketing. To you response below youre talking about the wrong vehicle that warranty is useless. I didnt bother calling the warranty because their song and dances is the dealer didnt apply it right or the customer didnt take care of it right. In my opinion they probably never paid Out one claim.

I have to say, generally I dont write many reviews. But to the owner of Concept Spa Coatings, he has done a fantastic job on my Chevrolet 1500 LTZ. They performed the work as stated and on time as told, and were very courteous throughout the process. I had the Ceramic Pro gold package installed on my vehicle and it looks great. I have only had it on the vehicle for a few days so as to the duration of the coating will come on a later review.

Had two cars completed with the gold package. Both were on time and look great. Very happy with service. Mobile wash unit does a great job also.

Checked out the website to see what these guys do. So, I brought my BMW to them to get detailed and got the exact results that I expected. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks for a great 2-step polish detail. My BMW is SHINING and I didnt even get it ceramic coated! Can only imagine what it will look like if I did!
