Paid for The Shiny Knight Interior and Exterior. Horrible completed job. Door jams not wiped down, looks like a blind person vacuumed the car (pictures should tell you that), dash not wiped down at all, interior windows (especially the passenger rear windows) not touched or wiped down at all as you can still see finger prints all over them. Windshield is dirty. ALL PICTURES TAKEN RIGHT AFTER THE COMPLETED DETAIL AT HOME. Very minimal interior detail with little to no attention to detail. I would recommend going to a Motor City Car Wash as the door jams and and windows inside and out are cleaned with every wash no matter which one you buy. This place definitely needs some quality control as these detailers have no idea what they are doing and will keep making the same mistakes without knowledge of it.

I went to this car was a week or two ago after being dissatisfied with the companies work, I havent gotten around to writing this review but the service I got needs to be appreciated. I decided to give the car wash another shot because its so close to my house and very convenient for me despite having my wax done so badly last time, the greeter introduced me to the employee who would be personally handling my car per my request. This guy did such a fantastic job on my wax and as a bonus he cleaned my interior so well I couldn’t believe how everything looked, if youre ever in the neighborhood or just looking for an unbelievable a detail service go see Aaron at nights auto spa, I guarantee youll appreciate the work he puts into your car like it was his own.

It’s not right to close before closing time. Even if it is 4:58 pm. He said it’s small business if there is no customer we can close before closing time. I said I came from Boca Raton. You can not close machine before 5:00pm. He said ; there is nothing I can do. If you want to complain my father General Manager. You can complain him. He will say the exactly same thing. I said but it’s not professional. You guys make closing time for reason. If you guys make that decision you need to stick with it. Bank will close their door exactly same time. They let you in and after you finish they close their business. He said again. We are not big business we small business. If there is no customer I can close when ever I want. While I was typing. One of their employee was backing up and he hit my car. Thank God nothing happen small scratch. It’s not professional at all. I was really disappointed.

Used to be a good car wash. Now you have to double check you received what you paid for, even as simple as vacuum and remind them. I won’t be returning

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. The guy started to hand wash my car with soap without even weeding the car. I was going to post the video but it was too large to upload. Regret ever coming there. The supervisor seems more lost than the employees. Please don’t go there, I don’t write reviews but had to because of the garbage service this car wash offered.

The drive up experience is good, however the general wash and vacuum service is poor. I paid over $20 and had to return for my wheel shine. The car wasnt dried properly and the interior lower sections of the doors were not cleaned.

Went to the beach a few days ago so I came here and paid 14$ for a wash and interior vacuum. They left my trunk FULL of sand. Waste of money Ill have to just vacuum it myself so what exactly did I pay for? Should have checked before leaving

Theres nothing but good things for me to say about this place. I called Ali yesterday and spoke with him about how bad my car was and how badly it needed a detailing. He told me he would take care of everything from crack to crevice. I wasnt expecting my car to look as Immaculate as it does. My car has never been as clean and sparkling as it is now. not even on the day I bought it. Every employee there is very kind and very professional. Ali definitely lived up to what he said he would do and made my car brand new. In the same day I brought my truck there to get done as well. Thats how amazing they are. I would recommend this place to every single person that I know. They deserve five stars all around in quality time and precision. Thank you Ali Im sure my children are going to love it just as much as I do. P.s my windshield is so clean it looks like there is no glass lol. They even got the mildew stain out of the ceiling!

The two guys that dry my car off put no effort into it. They rather have a conversation with each other than pay attention to my car.

They missed about 30 dirt spots on the outside of my car. My entire grill wasn’t even touched. Left hand prints on the inside of my car windows. I had to pull over right after and dry off my car to avoid wet spots. My wheels weren’t wiped down. But they did vacuum very well at least.

Im extremely upset after todays event. I didnt want to to write a bad review to steer anyone from going to Sample Car Wash, but I believe writing this review could get the Supervisor involve to improve their service. I had requested for the Super Clean, which includes vacuum and dash. After walking to my car once it was finished, I looked around the inside of the car and had to drive back around to the vacuum station and ask them to actually vacuum inside. I understand that my car was probably not the cleanest, but I am coming to this place for a service and I want to assume that it will be clean considering that I am told vacuum is included. I wasnt really upset that I had to drive back around, mistakes happen and its okay. After getting in my car the second time, after telling them to redo it, I had to take pictures to really explain how frustrating it is to go home from a car wash with your car still not clean. Not only was it not clean but the boot of my gear shift was detach. At this point I drove off because yelling or making a scene isnt in my character. So, if the Supervisor is reading this, as a customer, please ensure that what you are advertising what actually is in being done, also thank you for taking the time to read this. To end this long rant in a positive note, the outside of my car was completely clean and spotless.

My car came out of the automatic wash dirty. Chris and Barbara insisted it’s because I didn’t pay extra to have it hand dried. Since I saw that my vehicle was still dirty after the wash why would I pay extra to have them towel dry the dirt into my paint job on the car? They refused to wash it again, were rude and didn’t care if I disputed their charge with my credit card company. I get a far superior car wash at the gas station down the block from my house and will continue now to use them and not waste my $$$.

The crew did a terrific job- they applied wax and perhaps some compound and removed long-standing scratches on the door handles. The car never looked better. The new manager was delightful, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely return.

Ok my car was dirty. Had car sent to be cleaned. An after i pick car up. They put floor mats on wet floor. An mold grew. An the owner try to tell me that its my fault. An car was dirty when. Got Ther. It was the reason why was so it can be cleand. The pictuer are after they cleaned the car.

It came out looking like it rolled off the showroom floor.Their general car wash options also are very good. I brought a 2nd car here to get washed and cleaned and it came out very good also. Would’ve rated 5, it was my first time here . Overall car wash was good my car came out nice and shiny, tires looked good and they didn’t take too long (about 20 min) . But as I’m driving I notice that inside the cup holders it was pretty dirty and in the back seats it was full of sand, the dashboard as well was pretty dirty. My floor could’ve been vaccumed better also and my windows were cleaned decently (could’ve been better, a few smudges on them as I left I noticed) . I got the super clean in and out . The outside part I was pretty satisfied with but inside could’ve done a better job .

Came here for a wash a couple weeks ago because it’s an off-site approved wash place from my dealer and after I left I noticed a coin tray was missing from my center console a couple days later which also had a spare key in there. They refuse to acknowledge that someone stole my coins and my key and refuse to do anything. Won’t let me speak to the employees who were in my car that day. I will never be back here again and I definitely don’t recommend them to anyone.

I had stopped coming here because the lady who ran the place and quoted prices was ripping people off. After over a year away I came back today and had a very different experience. The lady is no longer here and Ali gave me a very reasonable price for an orbit waxing and interior detailing. he was not a pushy forceful salesperson like the previous lady was. he is much more customer-focused and interested in providing customers an outstanding value. Well, I trusted them could be providing a good job for me but unfortunately they didn’t. They sold me a package the includes head lights cleaning, interior and exterior with wax. At the end I had to return my car for a poor wax and interior barely done. I’d recommend for a express wash for $7.99 maybe. I spent $90

Excellent customer service and job well done! I paid for an ultimate wash and was in a hurry that particular day. A worker suggested that I return within two business for them to complete the job. So I did. After I left, a 2 liter of soda exploded in my vehicle after having to stop fast. I later returned to inquire if they could wipe down/remove the soda....And they did. I was incredibly shocked at the excellent customer service this business has! Awesome people and awesome costumer service! I HIGHLY recommend this business! Not many businesses find costumer service important.

I paid 37 dollars and they didnt wipe and vacuum the car seat. Had to have the guy do it before I left. Vacuum is the basic thing from a car wash. Also the machine didnt do a good wash on my car or my sisters car. Wont be back.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The only reason I go to this car wash is because JM Lexus has been giving their customers vouchers for free washes because their car wash has been down. Every time I get my car washed here, I always have to point out the dirt left on my car to the men drying my car. This place is awful.For the owner’s reply below: My review mentioned “dirt” - nothing difficult to remove. A car wash, no matter how cheap, should AT THE VERY LEAST remove DIRT. Regular dirt. My review mentioned nothing about tree sap and sprinklers.

This is the most disrespectful owner/manager on the planet. He called me just about every name in the book! I have never been so disrespected by a stranger in my life. The workers are not trustworthy and will touch and take anything you leave that may look temping so watch out! I will say though, the dryers are pretty decent, very friendly but watch out for the vacuum people!!!!!

Paid a lot of money for the windows to be cleaned and they forgot the windshield! Also had to return because they completely didnt vacuum the back of the suv. Was empty so no excuse. Not returning with my 3 vehicles.

STAY AWAY!!! Would give them a -5 star if possible, unfortunately had to put a star in order to be able to post my review. Damaged my daughter’s rims of her car and her boyfriend’s car antenna. They said they would fix the rims to then back out of it because it was too expensive. Horrible to see they do not keep their word and don’t care when they not only messed one but two of her car rims. Do not go there if you want your car to stay in one piece!!! Spread the word so others don’t go through this.This is not in any shape, way, or form as you say a threat or bullying sir. I am excersing my right as a citizen and saying what did happen. This is called freedom of speech. My daughter’s rims were damaged by your staff and you had said you would fix it and we called the person you recommended and you said they were too expensive. We asked for you to fix it in a proper way and you denied it. These are the facts.

I have a belt that left a mark on my leather seat. Took it to Sample car wash to see if they could clean it up and they took the job. They could not clean it, not even a bit and still charged me.Also, the same day they broke off the antenna on my truck (which I noticed after I was gone as the radio did not work as well). I called them to ask them about it and I spoke with the manager that basically told me I was on my own.NOT COMING HERE AGAIN.EDIT: I kept coming because they are conveniently close to my house. Since then I have changed my mind and I have come to the realization that I was nitpicking. They still have a few issues to resolve but a one star was not deserved. I have changed my review to four stars because some of their employees need to be trained in dealing with customers or just be sent to the back where no one can interact with them.
