I absolutely love getting my car washed here the only problem is I live so far from here and I figured I don’t mind taking the drive because I like to go to the beach and I will come back and get my car washed the $39 value is amazing and then the staff and the manager or owner was truly truly amazing he told me there’s closer places in plantation but honestly I will take the drive just to go back I appreciate everyone there they are diligent professional and a completely and wholeheartedly recommend! Keep up the good work guys.

The customer service I received was great, but on two occasions I’ve gone and they vacuumed the inside but not the trunk, they removed the car mats but didn’t hook them back on. Also both time they left the bottom of the car with soap and after driving home realized my entire car was spotty. Great people though.

I did not have a good experience. The guy who helped me was extremely rude. He treated me with no respect. He was yelling at me all the time. There are no reasons to treat a customer this way. Just for that, I would never come to this place again. The wash was average, I paid for my rings to be washed and they did not wash them properly. I would have done a much better job myself and not being yelled at.

Well I was happy not thrilled with my car wash. It advertised that they clean the inside with the car wash that I ordered also giving me a fresh scent in my car both of which were not done. when I left I noticed this there was dust still all over my Dash and console and there was no fresh smell in my vehicle. Did not go back didnt want to make a big deal. But I thought for the $25 + $3 t i p I would have better service

Good car wash if you go early in the morning. Understandably by 1 in the afternoon its super hot out and the workers are tired. They do a much better job than the 595 Boca Car wash and way better than Mr. Squeaky on Atlantic. I recommend getting your car washed here.

Legit my car came out dirtier than it went in, and was told it needed a polish. Which cost another $42 after buying a month pass for $61.

Car wash didnt take this one spot off my car. They scrubbed it with their bare hand after for free! Always happy when i leave. And who doesnt like a free car wash with purchase of oil change.

Great service. I always get my oil changed here and they wash it, vacuum it out, hand dry exterior and wipe off all interior as part of the oil change. Its about $90 for 6 quarts of synthetic oil. Shaded bench to wait outside, masks are mandatory on premise due to Covid-19. All staff are wearing masks.

Youd be better off spraying your car with a water hose than coming here to get your car washed. Every time I give this place a chance they always end up disappointing me.

I’ve been here twice. I went the first time a week ago and left unsatisfied as my car was still dirty. That led me to coming again this week. This time I paid $40 to have it completely cleaned in and out. The outside was much cleaner this time but the interior was skimmed over, left with dirty windows, and a quick vacuum. My doors and exterior were barely wiped and there is rag residue all over my vehicle. I will not be using this location again.

Since new owners have taken over, the place has gone down the tubes. Not only did the very rude man who takes the money let some guy cut the line right in front of me, he tried to pressure me into a more expensive wash. The car came out dirty with spots on it. Will never bother going there again.

Went here for the first time today. I was unaware that you are not allowed to stay in the car during the wash, which was immediately off-putting. I understand that it is probably due to insurance, so I let that go. The wash was pretty good for the price, but I noticed a bunch of change missing from my cup holders once it came out. The person who took my car from me and the one who dropped it off was different, so at least 2 people had been inside my vehicle.I decided to review the camera footage from inside my car to see who had taken it, but it turns out that the person who took the vehicle UNPLUGGED MY CAMERAS! The footage stops immediately when the attendant entered my car. They then plugged it back in and shut off the car at the exit.I assume that the attendees are familiar with most vehicle cameras, so they know to disable them before doing anything illegal.I dont care about the few dollars that was taken from my vehicle; its the fact that their employees are stealing from the cars.Dont go here!TL;DR - attendee(s) unplugged my cameras and took money from my vehicle while it was going through the auto-wash

Pay $60 a month unlimited washes. Normally in and out and they do a great job. Get my car cleaned about 8-10 a month inside and out so well worth it.

Its with a heavy heart i have to write this review, for ive been coming to this car wash for years and now i will never return to this establishment. I signed up for a monthly membership at the #015 pompano beach location last week. I spent over $300 in oil change and misc work along with the car wash. Before i existed my truck i put $8 in the center console with the intent to use it as tip money. When i entered my truck and opened my center console the monies was gone. I was shocked and felt violated. Nevertheless i didnt have proof so i did not report it. I returned today with the intent to get some type of proof in order to report this problem. I recorded myself entering the car wash, placing $5 in the center console and existing the truck. Sure enough my monies was stolen once again. I showed the video to the manager and cancelled my membership. I up front clerks was very upset with what they saw. I requested that the Manager call me right away to discuss this issue and i yet to receive a call. I will be blasting this all over social media.

These guys are the best around. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a car wash. Donald, the front man, and Garrett the manager keep this place running smooth.

$150 for an oil change, but I get a free car wash so thats nice. Except I wanted more than just the basic wash, I wanted an interior detail too. Unfortunately I had to pay an extra $45. I could probably live with this if the manager had been a bit nicer and professional about it. I would have a guessed an interior detail included a vacuum, which wasnt done and I came in with 4 floor mats and left with 2. Explanation, I dont really know what to tell you. Competitors down the street that charge less and do it better!

Been going here for years. They always did a great job. I stopped going to this location (Pompano Beach) a few months ago (before covid). I have the unlimited and tried to make it in about every week or so. The location was convenient. They just dont do a good job anymore. Theyre so slow, you end up with streaks and water spots by the time they wipe the car off. Sometimes, they dont even wipe the whole car down. I keep thinking itll be different the next time, but its not. I started to go to the one on US1 by Oakland and they do a much better job. Im cancelling my membership because I cant make it down to the other one as often to make it worthwhile.

This is not my first negative experience here, but this is the final experience I will have here because Im sick of the terrible customer service. Long story short, I took my car there yesterday to get a car wash. I dropped it off and then when it was done my windshield was cracked. When I alerted the manager about the crack, he said he needed to review the video before giving me an incident report to ensure it was not cracked before I arrived. He confirmed it was indeed not cracked before I got there. We filed an incident report and he told me the regional customer service manager would call me today to let me know what the next steps were going to be. Today, the same manager called me to tell me that my claim was denied. I asked him why, and he said the regional told him there was not sufficient evidence. Video evidence is not sufficient? Since when? I then asked if they are going to refund me, give me credit for a future wash, or do anything to help me... I was told no. I then asked why the regional did not call me and he said she did not have time. Shes the customer service regional, an incident took place at her operation, and she cant call me? I since called her and left a VM but have not heard back...no surprise. Long story short, do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash at all cost. In general, the customer service, quality of work, and facility is not good. I would suggest going elsewhere!!

The wax job was great, the car cleaning not so great. I still have sand, dust, and dirt in my car. Especially around the door details and fixtures and in the shift area as well. It could have been better wiped. Also dirt build up around the front grill and lights. It looks like they washed around it.

Been going to this car wash for 3 years now. Generally a good job. Very disappointed today (Jan 3) when I presented my card with 10 stamps for a free wash and was informed they no longer accept them. I have a full and a half of these cards stamped. Understand they have a right to discontinue a program, but they still should continue to accept full cards and not partially stamped cards. Only disappointing long time customers.

Poor effort at getting your car clean. If you dont buy the upgrades, they will run other cars through ahead of you and make you wait. Also, oil changes are way over priced. Much cheaper to go back to dealer for oil change. Recommend Cactus or Majestic car wash instead of any of these Mobile One places.

Mike the mgr is great, Seeing Franz back as assistant mgr. was sorely needed. The assistant mgr you have now is horrible. Also having a greeter that is not asleep when you pull up would be nice. Without Mike running the show I personally would not go there. Last weekend was a debacle without Mike. Please keep him around. I have been going there for 21 yrs and will continue

Has anyone else notice since this place changed hands even tho most of the same workers that the quality is lower.Last time I could sort of understand there was a lot of cars and they were backed up.Today not busy and one cleaned the passages side windows inside or outside. Still have waterspouts and dust in the door jams when they open the doors, dust all over all 4 door panels inside. I hope it was just an another bad day. I have been going here for 15 years.

Quick and easy wash

Got the bumper to bumper service. Was very impressed how detailed and clean the car was. Looked and smelled like a new car. It did take some time so I would recommend dropping off and coming back. But if youre looking for a full interior clean and and a great exterior wax I would highly recommend this place. And to top it off they give you a 5 day guarantee where you can come back for a free wash over the next 5 days for free. Go try it out.

Very sloppy job. Exterior got a wax it was fine but interior terrible job!! Inside it was so dusty I had to bring it back the next day very upset. On the weekdays they do a good job but the weekends when theyre packed quality goes down. However they did take care of me when I came back the second time free of charge as they should since it cost me $175

Am a long time customer at this car wash I have been coming for years. But on my last trip to the car wash I had a terrible experience. I was having my car done and one of the staff was helping me with my windows which had a mark from one of my parking passes. When he and everyone else was called off my car to clean a car that just had come out. Skipping me and two other customer. Normally that wouldnt upset me but after waiting what felt like ten minutes. The manger a small Brazilian man the same that called everyone off tells my windows are bad and there is a mark( From my parking pass). Which both were getting cleaned before this whole show began. On top of that the car had dried out. Ive been to other car washes and this use to be my favorite. I work in human resource and being marginalized is not how you win over customers much less keep them. Also the person that got there car cleaned first wasnt even in a rush. It was clear this whole show was because she was a very attractive model type.

I am definitely not the kind of person to give bad reviews as I work in retail, and I know sometimes we might slip up and get a bad review and that not only affects my work ethic but also my employers image.So that being said, I went in for the first time on Friday with my brand new car and I did not want to go all out so I just tried out the BASIC wash for $13.99. I specifically told them I wanted it vacuumed real good and once the car would get out of the wash for it to be dried good and thats it. Once I got home my wife and I inspected the car and found that they didnt even bother to vacuum underneath the mats and that there was water still dripping.Looks like I will be looking for another car wash or even do it myself to avoid all this trouble.By the way, I used to work at car washes so I know it is not that hard to give your customers what they ask for.

This is a great car wash with really good customer service. They take care of the car really well they clean it up good sometimes it takes a while because they are so busy. They have some indoor seating which is air conditioned and they have Wi-Fi. Theres outdoor bench seating also. Ive always found that the employees are very friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricey the oil change is a bit on the high side. But they do wash the car for free if you get an oil change. And I feel like they do a good enough job to earn that money.
