Over promised and under delivered! We hired this company for what was supposed to be a 2 day job to remove the carpet adhesive from my stores floor so I could seal and paint it. The job took 6 days after they started a day later than they promised, and then they removed their machines, not because they were done, but because they needed them for another job. They didnt clean up at all (you can see where they put the machine and left dust on the floors in the photos) and they didnt even finish. They calculated square footage in their pricing that later on they didnt want to do. After arguing, they finally did do another area, but not to completion. I was so frustrated and tired of dealing with them that I just let them leave, but it has taken 5 days just to clean up the dust they left. My freshly painted walls are now gouged and scratched. They did not complete the edging and there are still several spots of glue on my floor. Im not some huge company with a 20,000 sqft building. Im a single mom sinking every penny I have into opening this business. This company was paid for a job they didnt complete and has set me back on setting up my business for over 10 days. The two stars are only because the workers were very kind, but the ownership is absolutely unprofessional. I normally dont write reviews, but people need to know what theyre getting themselves into. Go somewhere else.

This is the company you need to redo your concrete floors!!!! The project manager was Mr Gerardo and he was very knowledgeable . They did our20,000 sq foot warehouse, on a concrete polished finish.
