We had a busted pipe that left our kitchen floor completely ruined. Thankfully Carlo Mejia saved the day! He was friendly, very professional and did an outstanding job! Carlo removed our damaged floor and thoroughly cleaned, dried and sanitized our entire kitchen. Awesome job!

Carlos Mejia came to my rescue after my neighbors water heater broke and the water seeped into my condo and destroyed some property. He and Gennaro Gambardella took great care of me, I was very nervous dealing with all of this, I had never gone through anything like this before and they made sure to to explain every step of what they were doing and helped me understand what was happening. I called United because I was alerted to a water leak in my house by my water company and this company had the highest google ratings by their clients- now I see why. United provided the leak detection services and quickly found my problem. They showed up on time, explained everything to me clearly and even went above and beyond to stop the leak until their plumber could permanently fix the problem. And because they found the leak so quickly, they didnt even charge me the full amount they quoted me! How honest is that! I highly recommend this company. It is so rare to find companies like this in Florida that are focused on taking care of the customer and not on making a fast buck.

United did a comprehensive mold remediation project for me in November/December 2018. They were efficient and prompt in their performance and I was very pleased with their work. I was warned that they had poor reviews but was told that this was the result of association with a prior company that did the restoration portion of the work. My recommendation is to ignore those old reviews. I would recommend the Pompano Beach office highly, especially their operation director, David Kays.

You improvised and made it work. You could tell they all wanted to make sure the mold was gone and that the contained area was being worked on properly by detailing it even if that required more days of work. This company seemed very shady to me. They work on referrals from some plumbing companies and immediately want your insurance information which is a red flag. They came out to look at some minor water damage and was shocked when I said I wasnt using insurance. Their goal seems to be to bill your homeowners as much as possible. I asked for a regular quote which was about three times as much as any other quote I received.

United Water Restoration responded to our issue within an hour. Artsem was professional and courteous. He resolved our mold and water problem within a few days. Artsem explained the process thoroughly, and kept in touch with us.

This is one rotten company. They say they will document proper fixing of your mildew problem to comply with Florida law, but that is actually a lie they tell. They will hold you up for extra $$ like they tried with us, after agreeing to the remediation contract. Sickening. An embodiment of a bullying and abusive contractor. Sad. We tried to complain, but the supervisor Colleen when we asked her name and official position, said send a subpoena. Oh, excuse me. I guess we have to not use normal names, and allow United Water Restoration the little blizzard of corporate identities that they use, so that you dont know who the heck youre dealing with. Real smart alecs. Possibly God was punishing us by putting us in touch with United Water Restoration - I dont know. But they are in fact very bad people.

My name is Franz Lothar Lahrssen and the technician Giuseppe Iapichino and Carlos Mejias worked at my home at 6757 Woodbridge Drive, Boca Raton remediation of mold, doing a professional job.

I heard about United from a relative and decided to give them a try. Sure enough and just like my brother in law said, they are very prompt. No sooner had I called them, a couple of hours later a team of their consultants was at my house, discussing the different measures I could take to combat the mold problem. They were very helpful and pretty cost effective too.

United Water Restoration gave us very professional and fast service. Of course the equipment is a little loud and cumbersome but it got the job done drying the damaged areas. Joseph was courteous, thorough, making sure wires or hoses the equipment had, that you could trip on, were properly covered and away from danger, and he kept the follow up as scheduled until it was done. United Water was recommended to me by my plumber when he saw I had waterwater damage from what he was there to fix. We called them up and they sent someone over before the plumber left. Joe B had a look, got everything started and guided me on the first steps to take with my insurance company. He and the team were very polite, knew what they were talking about and were willing to work around our schedules to get it done.Update: The clean up team was great, but the rebuild team, not so much. I practically had to hunt down my project manager, he missed an email from me which delayed the rebuild by over a month. When he showed me samples of materials they could provide, he could never tell me how much they cost. When I asked for an itemized expense list after the fact, so that I could see how much the various materials had cost, they only ever gave me the estimate, which I had had from the beginning.

It was 12 at night, I was sleeping and suddenly I heard the noise of flowing water, I woke up and saw my room, it was flooded with water due to leakage in bathroom pipes. There are very few companies which provide emergency services and the best of all is United Water Restoration Company. I called them at mid night and a guy named Dave came in 10 minutes. He fixed the problem and dried up my room as soon as possible. It was really very nice of him. This company is licensed and can trust these guys completely.

My tech Andrew came out the day we called. He was fast and very assertive with what he was doing. He was very polite and when ever thier was an issue he was thier to take care of it. He went from ripping up base boards and kitchen cabinets to walls and just making sure all the mold in our house was out and taken care of. He is very friendly and personable.
