Ive been using Florida State, in my real estate business, for home inspection services for over ten years. I was thrilled to find out they had expanded and added restoration and roofing services to the company. The dedication to professionalism and quality work Ive experienced using the inspection division was clearly evident with my experience when they took care of a roof problem. The work that needed to be done was dependent on the weather. During rainy season, they went over and above getting everything prepared so when we had a few clear days things were ready to go. (Roof leak above kitchen) A great experience. Francis came by and evaluated the situation and suggested the repairs to be done. He is a very professional, patient and kind person and his visit gave me a good first impression of the company. Follow up communications and proposal were timely and any questions were answered satisfactorily. Work day came and 2 gentlemen arrived and were very courteous and respectful. Showed up on time and did their job with no fuss and no mess left behind. They showed me pictures of the damage and their repairs. All this goes to customer service and customer retention. Will I use FSR again? Absolutely. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

I contacted the owner Gene on a Sunday and he called me back very quickly. We had an appointment scheduled for the next day and he walked us through the process. This company from start to finish is excellent. Their quality of workmanship on our new flat roofs is very good. We would highly recommend this company A Plus for us!

Very unprofessional, was suppose to have a leak fixed and gene would randomly text me if he could come by while I was at work expecting me to drop everything and come home. When I finally set an appointment his guy was 2 hours late, no call, no text, nothing! He then proceed with getting upset because I didn’t leave a key for his 2 hour late guy and yelled at me over the phone, cursed me out then hung up on me. He then calls the management office to tell them I threatened him and that’s why he wouldn’t do the job. I would highly recommend a better company then this one. Very hostile and unprofessional.

Amazing home inspection! I’d never use anyone else! Nothing even remotely bad to say! Inspectors are professional and knowledgeable! Office personnel are helpful, and quick to make sure you get whatever you are asking about. Gene makes sure you get what he promises! From the bottom to the top all the people working here are the best!Totally thorough, report was worth every penny!Not my first home inspection wish I had them for all the others.

Florida State Roofing Services did an excellent job replacing the roof at our home in Pompano Beach ! Once the old roof was stripped they quickly identified and replaced any of the roof decking that was bad. The job was completed in the amount of time promised and the grounds promptly cleaned up. Great company to deal with.I have been trying to get a new roof for about a year and of course getting dozens of quotes, luckily Florida State was doing a roof in my neighborhood. My husband called and Gene was out the next day and showed up when he said he would. When we got the final estimate we were so glad we waited because they had the best pricing out of all our quotes. Gia in the office always returned my calls promptly and CJ and Stacey in the field were on it taking care of any problems and keeping us posted along the way I highly recommend this company. They are fair and honest.

I have used Florida State Restoration/Roofing many times over the years at several different homes. They have sent people out on moment’s notice when we’ve had emergencies and have also done standard repairs for us. The owner, Gene, was out at our house doing a repair the day before Hurricane Irma because he wanted to make sure our roof was tight before the storm. Are you kidding me??!! Who else would give you that kind of customer service.More recently, Tim and Poke came out to do some repairs on the flat roof over our pool area. I trust their work and I know I’m getting a fair price. Gia back at the office will take care of you if you have any questions along the way and the follow up is excellent.
