These guys are the REAL DEAL! I had a flood from a pipe connection and, though I caught it pretty quickly, (because, well, Florida) there was mold. I contacted MVP and they responded promptly. They conducted testing that located and measured the molded areas. They quickly, courteously, PROFESSIONALLY, neatly and thoroughly mitigated it. They removed the areas of sheetrock, baseboards and my bathroom vanity that were effected. They cleaned all exposed surfaces in my home and sanitized floors and walls. They even scrubbed the air to remove spores. The Techs, Lenin and Jared, bent over backwards to make sure I was informed and protected every step of the way. They packed and labeled my personal items that had to be moved. They were so respectful of my property. I am SO, SO happy that I found them. They even worked DIRECTLY with my homeowners insurance, so one less stress for me. Luisana in the office was a great contact, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone I had contact with were EXCELLENT at COMMUNICATION. So refreshing these days. I HIGHLY recommend MVP!

I usually do not give reviews but felt the need to with this company.. MVP from the first phone call inquiring about mold in my house to the actual work complete was so smooth with no issues AT ALL!!! They were so professional and treated my house like it was there own taking every precaution to keep it clean and protect it. Also just an added bonus I called 4 places for quotes 2 of them wanted to charge for the consult but mvp did it for free and was by far the least expensive and they also do all the work to get you money back with your insurance. Leo was awesome and totally went out of his way to be of the most help. It’s nice to know there are honest good people out there so thank you MVP for all your help. I was truly at minds end when I contacted MVP mold remediation, and spoke with Lou Gordon, following discovery of mold in the condo I inherited from my mother in Florida; at the time I was traveling for two weeks and picked his name from a list, simply on the basis of reviews. Believe me, what a godsend. He walked me through the steps Id need to take, both for the remediation and to return the condo to spic-and-span shape. And once we signed the contract, he followed through 120% so that I didnt even need to go down to Florida, and could instead return to my home in California. He documented the work with pictures. Very professional company. We met one of the MVP managers who is a coach in our local little league. MVP is also a team sponsor for the team. We had a leak in our home and we felt as though we had mold. We asked them to come out to take a look and we are glad we did. They found mold behind the kitchen cabinet confirming our suspicion. We had to file an insurance claim which was a bit scary but it actually went smoother than we thought based on what we heard from other people. Highly recommended company.

So glad I stumbled upon this company on Angie’s List. The reviews were great so I called to fix some mold growing around my air conditioning unit that had a leak. They lived up to all their great reviews and did an excellent job on my house. Highly recommended family run company.

I had a small fire in my apartment that caused a lot of smoke damage so I called MVP and they came straight away to asses the damage. They worked diligently to get my home back to normal in reasonable amount of time. Well run company, the owner Leo is very involved in the process and the customer service exceeded my expectations! Bryan Clune who works for MVP Environmental Solutions was very dishonest with me. He charged me $350 for mold inspection and $3,595.28 to remove vanities from the major bathroom and the guest bathroom and cleaned the mold on the walls. I was shocked he didn’t confirm me the mirror (which was about 77 inch diameter) dropped down and there was a big crack above the light on the mirror. I was puzzled when I saw two big wood pieces under the bottom of mirror because the next mirror close to this mirror was okay. The contractor whom I ordered the new vanities took a look at the mirror and he was shocked to see the work done by MVP Environmental Solutions which was terrible. The contractor had to remove the mirror for my safety and charged me $1950.00 for a new mirror. I tried to reach both Byron and the company but they never answered my email or returned my call.

I found mold under air conditioning unit from a leak that happened under my nose. I had no idea until it was too late. I called MVP immediately and they soon came to fix it. I was afraid this would be invasive and lengthy but they made it quick and painless.
