They did what chino couldnt which was doing there job. Awesome experience the techs were friendly and professional. Thanks Johnny Ill be coming back here instead of the chino location. Didnt even need an appointment got the work done quickly.
Terrible customer service at auto Care center, I went to purchase a car battery that closes at 5 00 pm, i was at the counter at 4 30 . the Walmart sale employee at that department was not there, when i complained to store manger that it is only half hour before closing time she told that the sale person left early today and come back tomorrow .very rude disappointed

Ok, so a little disclaimer: I dont shop at Walmart. BUT seeing as there are no recent reviews of this place and that I know they sell tires, I decided to stop by the automotive center on this one after looking up some pricing online. So I needed tires for my 2004 Tacoma. First, Celina helped me at the front desk (you have to actually go in there yourself to request service, not the techs outside) and she answered all my questions about the tires I was looking for. Good job there. They have lists of their services on the wall and I spotted an oil change, which I requested after deciding on the tires. Finally, I added a fuel injection. Celina gave me an estimate of about two hours for everything to get done. In about an hour and 45 minutes ALL services I requested were done :). They vacuumed the interior as well, no extra charge as far as I can tell. My bill was a bit hefty, surprising the girl that helped me out in the end (cant remember her name), but I have to say, I do feel it was worth it. My truck is such a smooth ride now with these tires and even with the added services I ended up paying less than what another place wanted for JUST the tires. All in all, Im pleased with how it all went. I know Walmart isnt known for their customer service, but this experience was a good one and theres a good chance Ill be coming back. Hopefully they keep this up!

The technicians name is Dewuan, Ill keep that. Last night when I went to the tire center in Pomona, it was near 7PM, and I was told it was closed already. But I told Dewuan that I came twice at the weekend but couldnt get it done. So he decided to work overtime to replace my tire. That is super. Ill give him a five-star!Simon
They dont deserve even one star ( due to dishonesty and fraud), but that is the least choice given.I had changed all four tires of my car at this location less than 2 years ago. I went back on 4/5/2019 to have them rotate the tires. The supervisor look at the front tires, and he claimed the front tires worn to the thread. even though I disagreed with his judgment, I accepted it, and I asked them to rotate the two back tires since they were not worn at all. The supervisor (Gurrardo) was keep trying to convince me, it is not beneficial. I got the feeling they are not happy to do it even though it is part of the life time warranty of the tire and they can not deny it. Finally, the supervisor started the work order while looking unhappy, he told me it would take 3 hours. At this moment, it occurred to me they might even not do anything about the car, and I can not differentiate between the two back tires. So, I decided to mark the back passenger tire with chewing gum on the first outer line to be able to differentiate whether they have rotate the tires. I returned after 3 hours, and got my car back. I checked the back passenger tire, and I suspected correctly the chewing gum was exactly at the first line. I complaint to the supervisor (Gurrardo), and told him noting was done to my car. He told me I asked my guys and they have rotated the tire, and I believe them . I could not take it when he would basically disregard my claim and basically call me lair. After insisting and showing him the chowing gum ( my mark), He said he will have Dustin the manager of tire center look at the cameras. Dustin came by and he said, he had checked the camera and the guys have rotated the tires. At this point, I got frustrated and pointed out the fact that I dont gain anything by making wrong claims ( this would be basically waste of my time, and I dont gain anything by making wrong claims). I just hated the fact when someone things they can fool me and device me. I asked him to easily prove me wrong by showing the only camera footage for rotation of my car. For sure, he would not show me the camera because i was right ( he basically came up with the excuse it is against store policy to show me only that footage, to cover up for his coworkers).Therefore, I asked to talk with store manager, he got his friend Russ the assist manager to showed up. The same thing happen with him. they easily could prove me wrong by showing the camera of that few minutes of tire rotation. However, They all cover up for each other, and denied the fact that my tire was not rotated. This place is a fraud, and I would not go there any more.
I watched these cartoon characters fumble about car after car struggling at every task. It was obvious that these unfortunate beings had no idea what was going on, under the hood. I think these individuals are the ones who couldnt even cut it at a MacDonalds. I probably overreacted, but I quietly stood up and walked out. I wouldnt trust these characters to even unscrew the oil pan drain plug, let alone calibrate the flux capacitor on my Chryslers Chevy F159... .. :)
Horribly SLOW AT TIRE CENTER. 3HE 52 MIN for oil change. Only 3 cars in line!!!!WHEN YOU PULL UP, NO GREETING, NO HELLO, NO INSTRUCTIONS. Evidently at this location youre not supposed to wait in your vehicle when pulling up youre supposed to go inside and solicit your own help, but rather than tell the customer this, there is no courtesy whatsoever, the gentleman working in the Bay just stare at you in your car, leaving it up to you to figure out what your next step is. This is a far cry from the better treatment one would get a jiffy lube or any other tire and lube center. If you can better to pay $5 more and avoid this location

Horrible experience from the customer service to the work done on my truck MANAGEMENT WAS WORST THEN EMPLOYEES ...I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER WALMART AUTO CENTER...I RATHER PAY MORE FOR QUALITY SERVICE DONT EVEN THINK OF BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE...

They dont open on time. After about 20 minutes you have to go into the store and ask, if they can open the Auto Center. Only 1 auto employee is scheduled, so theres still a long wait even if you get there early. Auto Center isnt well run.
