I received incredible service by the entire staff at this location. I was on my way home to Vegas on a Sunday and my van started to overheat. They were the only repair shop open and I drove my hobbled van to this location. They went out of their way to not only get the parts, but to repair it that day. By the afternoon I was on my way to Vegas and my van ran perfectly. Thank you!

My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. They didnt even bring my car into the bay until 4pm, it is now 4:27pm and my car still is not done. I came to have 2 new tires changed. And an oil change. I understand that they want my car to cool off before working on it. But they have already drained the oil and have the tires off. I asked how much longer and i was told another half hour!!! I know i can change my oil in less than 15 minutes, start to finish. And i am using a jack and dont have the luxury of a car lift!The only reason i came was because i dont own the tool needed to put the tire on the rim.This will be my first and last time coming to this business.

This location has extremely helpful staff and Pep Boys always has competitive prices for services. They even alerted me to current coupon discounts! Will definitely use them again!

If you cant serve an appointment, call the customer more than once to inform them, text or whatever. Bad service.

The service here is great! We bought tires and made an appointment online, then had them installed the next day. The communication was great and the entire experience was awesome, including complimentary Lyft service to and from home!We took the car back the next week for a check engine light. The guy knew exactly what we were talking about, recommended the right repair, and had the car back to us the same day, running like new.Highly recommended!

I am so impressed by the manager, Charles Askins that I followed h from the Montclair store to where hes at now in La Vern.

My husband and I took our van in for a diagnostic on Saturday and were told we needed a new coolant hose but the tech was not in. Made an appointment for 9am on Tuesday. Take the car in and waited for a call to pick it up. 4 PM rolls around d and WE call them to be told oh no, you actually need the heater hose array replaced and we havent called you because weve been looking for the part but we found it now and the car will be ready tomorrow mid afternoon. Next day afternoon rolls around and have to call them again(multiple times because they dont answer their phone) to see if the car is ready. Nope, not ready and the part isnt even there yet and they dont know if it will arrive today. After spending 20 minutes on the phone and getting a lot of I dont know youll have to talk to someone tomorrow we find out that the part will arrive in about an hour today (330 pm) but cant be installed until tomorrow because their tech has somewhere else to be. So now an EXTRA day without the car. As we are a one car family we have now had to go out of pocket to cover basic transportation for work and school for the kids. We have been tentatively told that our balance will be zeroed out for our trouble but again thats something we are going to have to take up with someone tomorrow so it cant be guaranteed.Very bad service. Definitely dont use them.

I have been to many pep boys locations, 9 in total in Southern California, and this specific location is my favorite by far. I spoke with Eugenio, one of the managers at this location, of whom gave me excellent service and was honest about the current services that I need. I drive with Lyft, so service is a regular cost that I need to take care of since it takes care of my well being. If you come to this place I hope the same experience of trust and honesty within this place is passed to you as well. I didn’t see myself sticking with a corporate chain for service, but I’m glad I was treated with courtesy and respect here. Will be sending them business, as well as my own, from here on out.

Didnt exactly know what I needed or how much everything was going to be. Davaughn was extremely helpful. Told me exactly what I needed and different options for future visits that he was able to walk me through painlessly. Instead of judging me for not knowing much he took the time to explain everything in detail. I will definitely go back to this Pep Boys and send my friends with confidence they will get excellent help and service.

Good service. Went in to have my tires checked. It was something stuck on the outside of the tire that was easily removed. If you want to maximize your time, make an appointment. Walk-ins is not as easy but their attention to customer time/comfort is ok.

First visit I ordered 4 tires, everything went smooth. I called same day and forgot a tire...went back for it two days later as I spoke with someone and they said they would hold it. When I went back the guy didn’t mention it to his co workers and my semi new tire got thrown away.Second visit, I came for an oil change. After my oil change as I was heading home I heard a rattling sound that I have NEVER heard of before..I went back the same day and they seem to really not care so much of fixing the issue as they said there was none. I made another appointment for the following day so they can look under and still...NOTHING. Now my car sounds like an Oldsmobile and they said there seems to be no issue. The mechanic stated maybe he can’t hear because of his age....they never followed up with me and now I’m left with a 2012 Jeep that sounds like it’s 80! Thanks

Great customer service! I went in for an oil change 30min. before they were going to close and they still took my car in. They didnt give me any attitude for coming in while they were getting ready to close. I will come here for any repairs my car needs. Thanks Robert and Christian!

Went in to to get my a/c fixed. They said I had to leave my car over night because the part that they need is not available til tomorrow. It was okay even though I didnt have a car for like a day. Overall, they charged me $200 for everything. It was a bit steep but I was like okay. My a/c was working just fine, blowing cold air. However, in a month period, my a/c gradually became less and less colder. Now, its just blowing air.

They will rip you off any chance they get. Tried charging me around $500 to change plugs in a jeep saying they had to remove my ac compressor and alternator to get to them. Also saying my factor strut bar was added by me and I would have to take it off first or charge me custom labor. So pretty much they wanted me to do half the job for them and charge me for stuff that didnt need to be touched. My alternator and ac are nowhere near my plugs. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Either they are dumb and do not know what they are doing or purposely trying to rip me off.

They mounted some tires for me for free because they didnt have a valve stem in stock and it took an hour when they originally said 30 minutes. Really fantastic customer service.

They have a lot of company protocals they have to follow before looking at your car. Once they do its pretty reasonable for basic needs like brakes and oil changes and tires, anything more its asking too much for their mechanics.

As a female I am always scared that I am being ripped off but I trust the guys here. They have been very helpful.

Theyre customer service is the best Ive seen. They went out of their way to install new tires and a broken tire sensor on my truck.

Went in on Saturday for tire repair that was just ok. Went back on Sunday to get an oil change it was ok also. They had no change in there registered to make change and they said to me I would have to have correct change or use a credit card. So this is what I told him. Give me my car and I will go and get you change or I owe you $3. So I go back to today to get 2 full synthetic oil changes and eas turned away. I showed the clerk my coupons he said he couldnt honor them but I could call the company and file a complaint as I did. Then I get an email say sorry you missed your appointment. No your service is sorry
