William was fantastic. He was respectful, friendly, and professional. He worked quickly and cleaned the area thoroughly. I was very impressed. In the past the person who cleaned the main drain had a camera so a second visit wasn’t necessary. You should return to that service. The wait was pretty long however it was a Sunday evening so I can’t really fault the company for that.

Not happy at all with experience I had and price was way more than it should have been and felt taken advantage of .... charged 602.00 to install a part that cost 54.50 and took maybe 20 minutes to do.....should have been charged according to a hourly rate becauseof the time it took.... no complications or parts having to be removed.... just a simple procedure to add a turn off valve.... certainly was trying to make money off ofThis call....would not recommend

Andrew was great came out promptly at 8AM on a Sunday within an hour of the call. Professional, knowledgeable, fast and effective. Unclogged our main drain and shower. Now we know who/where to call in an emergency!

I called them at 5:30 on a Monday evening and they came and cleaned out my clogged drain before 8:00 that same night. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and explained what they were doing. And gave me tips if anything else should arise. My only issue is they couldn’t give me even a general estimate over the phone. The price was a bit more than I expected but the service was great so I can’t complain. I also found a coupon on their website which helped

It costs a lot, but much less than it would cost if the pipe collapsed!We’ll continue to use Roto-Rooter!

Terrible Service. Don’t hire this company. We wasted all day at home for a 10 am-2pm service call. They called st 3 saying the technician could not make it to our house because another job was taking too long. They wanted to reschedule 3 days later. I told them no and called another company. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t call Roto Rooter if they were the only plumbers in town. Save yourself the frustration and call someone else.

From the person who took our call, to the dispatcher to Jake the technician service was fantastic. Plumbing costs are never cheap but I felt this was a lot less expensive than I anticipated. Our whole house filtration system had a massive crack that flooded our utility room. They came out, removed the filter as we didnt need it because we had multiple other filtration systems, and replaced the pipe. They patiently listened to my panicked concerns and the whole process from initial call to completion took about three hours. Jake was great and clean and explained what he did. Would recommend and call again.

We booked an appointment with Roto-rooter yesterday afternoon when we noticed our floor drain backing up. They were here the next day and had our pipes unclogged within an hour. The service tech (Kofi) was very professional and explained exactly what the issue was. Would definitely use them again!

We needed someone to come out and use a rotorooter on our main pipe after the shower drain started backing up. We had a 2 hour estimated wait time, and the repairman showed up to help us well before then. He was able to figure out what our issue was based on the type of pipe we have.

Luke and associate unclogged a very deep and tough clog that left us with an unusable kitchen for three days!

Gas leak in pipes. Much more expensive than I thought it should be. The plumber was cordial and did a good job. But next time I will shop around more for a less expensive plumbing service. $1600 for 3 hours labor costs is absurd.

I have dealt with a lot of home repair professionals before so when I say with confidence that working with this Roto Rooter shop was by far one of the best experiences I have had it’s no small thing!I called on a Sunday and Luke came out and had the issue diagnosed 45 minutes later. Turns out one of our drain pipes had completely come apart and the entire length of it needed to be replaced. The job required jackhammering through the basement concrete, trenching a new route for the pipe, and reconnecting it to the main. It was in the middle of the holiday season, and yet despite this it was still done in a professional and timely manner.Our main technician Cody worked diligently and through long hours of jackhammering and digging out rubble to get the work done. I think he even skipped lunch so that he could take care of us as quickly as he possibly could. Despite the dirty nature of the job he left our basement and the surrounding walls and carpet clean and free of unnecessary debris and damage. At the end, our final bill was even hand delivered, something that was completely unnecessary but just goes to show the links that these two gentlemen went to to make sure we felt taken care of.Saying that this was exceptional service really doesn’t go far enough. If another issue like this ever occurs (hopefully not..)I would call them without a second thought. If you have a plumbing issue, stop scrolling right now and just call them. I promise that you will not regret it!
