I have a finished basement that completely flooded with storm “Ida”. Called Servpro and they sent out “a fantastic” team! They were wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for all they did!

I had a flood in my basement due to rain coming in through an old bulkhead. They were very responsive, very nice people to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

In prepping a rental house to sell, I called Servpro to come out and inspect a closet and to look at the mold removal work they had done 2 yrs earlier in an attic. They were in and out before I could realize and let me know the mold was minor enough my painter could fix it and the attic inspection revealed that there were no issues. Such quick and excellent follow-up! Highly recommend!

Just want to give a thumbs up to SERVPRO in Plymouth on south meadow rd.My company was doing a cleaning job the other day. Home owner said they smelt mold. I looked in a bedroom and pulled a small piece of drywall down- found mold growing up the wall behind tub. I called servpro Jessica Haskins and Jen from the office where great, had a team member out with a few hours. They where there next morning and removed all the mold.Their guys were a pleasure to work with. They told me and the home owner exactly what they where doing and very polite about it. Would recommend them to every one of my customers. Great job! Very thankful.

Covid-19 remediation.

My wife and I had a septic back up in the home we rented and ServPro was the only thing that was pleasant about the entire experience. Jen was amazing on the service side and Donald couldnt have done better job and cleaning and carefully handling/ organizing our personal items.

My roof had black marks all over it from some type of algae and Servpro gave me a very reasonable estimate, showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned and treated the roof once and then did it again because they were not completely satisfied with the outcome….Now I have a perfect roof again. Great on getting rid of mold, but they are clueless on what causes it, so therefore your mold problem never goes away and you pay more $$$ because they are unqualified

Thanks Jess Haskins! Due to the recent storm in North Carolina I received services from ServPro DH Storm Team. Due to the fact that the field team were so busy, they were unable to get me a receipt for payment. I tried all day talking to different personnel at corporate no luck. Then I decided call the franchise that served me and talked to Jess Haskins. She work hard and in a few minutes she emailed me with info I needed to show that I had paid my insurance deductible. The storm was very bad and I was stress to my limit but with people like Jess I can take another step forward.

I cant speak highly enough of the ownership and crew of SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. Our entire community was flooded, causing a sewage system malfunction that resulted in our basement toilet and sinks flowing in REVERSE. Needless to say, we had a nasty mess on our hands. SERVPRO came in with a great crew of clean-cut professionals and held our hand all the way through the cleanup process (we were pretty freaked out at first). After they were done, the basement was immaculate. I couldnt be more happy with the results.
